• Olga (9/5): Superb - Very centrally located. Apartment has everything you could possible need. Pillows either need to be replaced with bigger, firmer ones or provide more pillows.
• Gabor (10/5): Authentic apartment - Really liked the place, very authentic. Usually I am careful with a few ratings on booking, but they are justified. The furniture is like on the pictures, all needed equipment in the kitchen is there. Also small things like salt or oliveoil, which often is not the case. It seems like a private person is renting the place and therefore, you will feel way more home than on many other places in town. It’s walking distance to the old town and restaurants, bars and cafes are nearby. Even though, it’s close to a major street, you don’t hear the sound of the cars. There are many Parking spots around.

Let's start with the highlight of my stay—the incredible room decoration. The attention to detail and the stylish design elements created a modern and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was tastefully furnished, with comfortable bed, elegant decor, and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was a haven of relaxation and tranquillity amidst the bustling town. The host went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, his friendly and attentive nature made me feel like a valued guest, and he was always available to answer my questions and offer recommendations to enhance my experience. The location of Chapo Central was simply perfect. Situated near "Makariou" avenue and “Stasikratous” street, it was a hub of activity with numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. I loved the convenience of being able to explore the town's vibrant streets and immerse myself in the local culture. The proximity to the town's bars and restaurants allowed me to indulge in the lively nightlife without having to worry about transportation. Overall my stay was a lovely experience from start to finish. The combination of exceptional room decoration, outstanding support from the host, and the strategic location made it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Nicosia town. Whether you're seeking a relaxing retreat or a vibrant exploration of the town's offerings, this place has it all.
• Andreea (10/5): everything was excelllent, situated in the city centre, we will come back for sure - we loved the space this flat offers, the modern devices and utilities, the fine, comfortable pieces of furniture, the great terrace.
• Muaaz (10/5): Home away from home! - We loved practically everything - location, ease of access, facilities and amneties, host's friendliness and readiness to help, everything was spot on. Our stay was 2 weeks and we really felt at home. You can practically go there with just your bag of clothes, and the host, Christos, has everything else you would need in your daily life arranged for you in the apartment. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay (not just related to the apartment), Christos will do his best to help you and guide you. This place is so much better, personal, and homely than most of the 5-star hotels. When living there, you feel like the host has thought of everything that could make your stay more comfortable. This would probably be my first option whenever visiting Nicosia. These are not something I didn't like perse, but somethings that could enhance the experience during stay: - Dedicated parking spot. This wasn't really a big issue as we would always find spot to park on the street. However, with rented cars it's usually a risk to park car on the streetside. - A slightly bigger bed and more pillows. - Addition of a frying pan and a spatula in the kitchen.
