La posizione a Dubrovnik è comoda sia per il centro storico che per le spiagge. Ana-Marija è stata un’host gentilissima, disponibile e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Le 7 notti sono volate! It is comfortable and homely and perfect for couples and families. The location is also very close to the supermarket and a 7 minute walk from the beach which is also very helpful

• Chieh Ying (9/5): 留下美好回憶的地點～ - 小陽台真的很棒，沒想到陽台上的沙發也是一塵不染，早晨坐在戶外享用早餐真的很幸福😊 房內設施與booking照片相符～大家可以安心入住，民宿老闆十分親切，還能幫忙預訂到機場的計程車🚕，當天早上也提早抵達民宿等候！ 此外公寓也有電梯，不怕搬大行李。 住宿附近有大型超市，也有到老城區的公車，地理位置十分便利，此外周邊也有沙灘，十分建議旅客可以留時間到此處玩水～ 無
• Jaana (10/5): Excellent value for money. A wonderful host who truly wants to make all your wishes come true. - An apartment in a great location, about 500 meters to the bus stop. The building is very quiet — there was absolutely no noise at any time. The bed linens were excellent, and the apartment was lovely and clean. There’s plenty of closet space and drawers for clothes and other belongings. Various cleaning supplies are available, including shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is stocked with some dry food items as well. The host, Ana-Marija, is extremely kind and helpful. If anything is missing, just let her know and she’ll take care of it. She even came with me to the hospital when I needed help with a small health issue — drove me there in her own car, took me to the pharmacy, and translated everything into Croatian for me. Such incredible kindness and helpfulness. Thank you again <3 There was no regular coffee maker, but there was a capsule coffee machine. The host even brought the right kind of capsules for it free of charge. Beach towels would have been a nice extra, but of course this isn’t a hotel, so maybe that would be asking too much. We bought towels from the promenade for €15 each. The balcony doesn’t get any sunlight at any time of the day, but I was aware of that when booking the apartment. It does have nice furniture, though, and I’m sure it’s lovely to sit there during the hottest summer months. We traveled in October, and by then it was already a bit too chilly to sit outside in the evenings.

• lee (10/5): First time in Croatia, really enjoyed our stay. Very pretty country - Modern and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Air con in the main room and bedroom. Lots of storage space in the bedroom and cupboards in the main room/kitchen. Felt secure and looked after. Plenty of towels and everything we needed was provided. Very central to Lapad and situated close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and bus routes. This is on the flattest part of Lapad which can be very hilly. If you are booking accommodation, be aware there can be a lot of steps involved, this apartment was so close to everything. The apartment building had a lift which made it easily accessible. Parking is underground and you have a designated bay which made parking very easy. Nothing. It was totally good for what we wanted.

• Ekaterina (9/5): Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison ! - L’attention et la bienveillance de la propriétaire, la localisation de l’appartement, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage Uvala Lapad. Quartier bien connecté en bus à la vieille ville (lignes 6 et 9), avec de nombreux commerces.

Perfect apartment with everything you need in large quantities and many nuances that pleasantly surprised. Very quiet apartment, beautiful balcony on the shady side. In the very center of the Lapad area - 300 m to the best beach, 150 m to the bus stop (and in 10 minutes in the Old Town), Tommy hypermarket opposite, more than 20 cafes and restaurants around. Special thanks to the hostess for easy check-in and attention to all issues.

The air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room worked quietly and efficiently. Right next to the building, there’s a shop and several excellent restaurants with delicious food. Well equipped: washing machine (if you are staying longer), dishwasher, spacious, nice balcony and also private parking spot in the garage. Location is also great, few minutes walk from beach, supermarket, lots of restaurants in the area, and also nice promenade nearby.
• Ljubov (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great stay at this apartment! It was really nice, with everything I needed nearby. There were shops, and it was easy to get to the old town by bus. The apartment had great appliances, and the kitchenware and bedding were clean and comfortable. After a week, the bedding was changed, which I really appreciated. Ana was friendly and always ready to help with any questions. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends! -

• Jennifer (10/5): Perfect! 100% all the way around!!!! - Everything about this property was on point. Modern, clean, simple, balcony & location is the best in the town. The apartment is on the 4th floor but also has an elevator, which is great. Lapad area is great for guests who want to have the “where the locals live” experience. Steps away from the market, restaurants/cafes… and just minutes from Sunset Beach. Ana was the PERFECT host. Attentive and always reachable. I will definitely book this apartment again and highly recommend her as a host and this apartment! 5-Stars!
• Teodora (10/5): Perfect place! - The apartment is just perfect! One can move in and live there straight away. Spotless clean! Easy access with elevator and walk-in shower. Very quiet. Well furnished, it has literally everything you need. The location is perfect -2 min from the supermarket and pharmacy; 10 min from the beach by foot and just right under is a wonderful Italian pizzeria. Beautiful promenade with restaurants next to the beach. You find a gym again 10min walk from the flat and you can have daily use for 10eur or a weekly for 35eur. Plenty of boat tours offered around and easy to go to the old town from here. And the host, Ana-Marija is incredibly kind and helpful. Excellent place to stay for more than just a few days. :) Everything was great, I really don't have anything to recommend for improvement. :)
• Yuliya (10/5): Exceptional - We are very happy that we chose to stay in Ana Marija's apartment. The apartment is located in the heart of the Lapad district, in a new building with fresh renovations. Everything was spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with fresh fruit. We were pleasantly surprised by the provided bathrobes, slippers, and travel toiletries—comparable to hotel service. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking, including excellent dishware. The bedroom was comfortable for sleeping, and the balcony offered a nice view. There is a large supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants, and Sunset Beach, one of the best beaches, is just a short walk away. Ana Marija was always ready to help, support us, and make our vacation even greater. We enjoyed everything and are grateful to Ana Marija for a wonderful stay!
• Einar (10/5): Great apartment in Lapad - Great apartment in Lapad, clean, spacious and modern. We were greated with water in the fridge and fruit on the table. Bus 6 to old town was 3 min away. Beach was close and nice. Calm area a bit away from old town fit us perfectly. Parking is in a locked garage and the host let us leave the car for a few hours after checkout. Tip: Get the Dubrovnic pass before you take the bus, it includes free bus for its duration. Parking cost 15€ a day, just be aware (it is listed on booking, but easy to miss)
• Elina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice new apartment, 7 minutes from the city center by bus (the bus station is next to the house). It included more than enough such as supplies for the washing machine, coffee capsules and gifts from the owner. The hostess was really kind and friendly and offered us many information. Totally recommended 👌
