El desayunó superó nuestras expectativas, el cocinero, la camarera y el personal de la recepción siemprefueron muy atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. The breakfast was good enough Don't take the dinner during the weekdays, that's pure disappointment and doesn't meet the price. After claiming it wasn't what I would expect from a dinner, they returned me the money, but who will compensate the bad experience? I was almost alone in the hotel, yet was given the room with the worst possible room. They have a place with free water for guests in the fridge, but unfortunately all bottles were empty, I managed to get a couple of drops from one of them - would be better to supply a bottle per room. There was a dead bug in my room - not sure it was properly cleaned - however the rest of the room seemed clean enough.

- Cristian (10/5): 3 días, dos noches en la que el personal del Hotel, empezando por la Directora “Carol”, nos han hecho sentir “entre algo - La localización es excelente! El Hotel está nuevo. Todo está muy bien pensado. Sala de juegos, sala magna para comidas/cenas con excelentes vistas. Muy bien climatizado. Recomendable al 100% No haber podido pasar alguna noche más!

Les habitacions molt confortables i boniques. Vam estar entre setmana i, lamentablement ens va" tocar" un dia del que el sopar, s'oposen a criteris de la casa, va consistir en un menú tancat format per pica-pica .... I postre, (sense cap 1er o 2on plat). Quelcom la resta del àpats molt bons i de qualitat, i molt ben atesos pel servei.

- Miguel Angel (7/5): Estancia tranquila en un entorno natural, con algunos detalles a mejorar - El hotel está ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza y con bonitas vistas a la montaña. La persona que nos recibió fue muy cercana, servicial y atenta, lo que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna, bien decorada y muy limpia. Nos resultó incómodo que hubiera un poste abatible que impide llegar con el vehículo hasta la puerta del establecimiento, lo que obliga a aparcar más abajo y subir la cuesta cargando el equipaje. También notamos que hay poco personal atendiendo y que, en determinados momentos, no hay nadie disponible. En la habitación, el split generaba algo de ruido y tuvimos que desconectarlo para poder descansar en silencio. Además, había una luz LED azul en el techo que por la noche puede resultar molesta para algunas personas.

Hi had d'accedit amb cotxe, per tant no és al centre del poble. és un lloc de descans. La decoració és molt càlida, les habitacions i el lavano estan molt bé. El servei ha estat molt amable, en Saïd ens ha atès al registre i ha sigut molt atent. La noia que ens ha servit els cafés també. I el Director també. L'esmorzar podria ser una mica més generós, però en general, estava to molt bé i bo.

- Jan (10/5): Great service in a beautiful location - Just above the town you will find the Abbatissa Hotel and Restaurant, which is an affordable yet extremely pleasant hotel in a lush forest setting with great views over the surrounding mountains. The Abbatissa is run as social project to create jobs for people with disabilities and in vulnerable situations in the region. The food is cheap, generous, and tasty. The service is second to none. There are enough nature walks in the forests around the Abbatissa to justify a stay of several days. If you like mountain biking then this place is heaven. Nothing. It was just a great place.

La comida es excelente, tienen un cocinero de lo mejorcito. Riquísimo y abundante! El hotel está ubicado en un lugar maravilloso, con vistas estupendas y al fresquito se está genial. Esa temperatura maravillosa del Ripollès. Alojamiento super limpio y prácticamente nuevo..Qué más se puede pedir? Por cierto no os llevéis despertador. La campana ya hará el trabajo! Jajajaja! Las toallas y savanas de buena calidad. el aire solo puede ser prendido por el personal del hotel que nos recomendo no prenderlo pues no hacia calor, pero la habitacion estaba caliente y nos costo un poco dormir.

The staff were very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. The casual dinner menu was a selection of typical Spanish local food, which was perfect for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was great!

Интерьер приятный,, стилизован, ничего лишнего. Персонал приятный, ненавязчивый и в тоже время услужливый и внимательный. Местоположение и виды замечательные Чистота в номере. Тишина .в округе в силу местоположения Кондиционер в номере. Номера без холодильников. Один общий мини холодильник на два этажа. Нет возможности подъехать ко входу для выгрузки багажа, нести в руках с парковки в горку. В номере свет аварийного выхода над дверью очень ярко ночью, приходилось накрывать Телевизор со смартТВ, ,но без интернета и возможности подключения, ни поделиться экраном , ни раздать со смартфона. Санузел - странное решение, по сути отгорожен кирпичной стенкой с дверью но стенка до потолка не доходит.все запахи и звуки, влажность в комнате.но кондиционер и вытяжка компенсируют.

Viajaba en bici y pude guardarla sin problema en un lugar seguro. Reserva fuerzas si vas en bici para acceder. El precio para una persona que viaja sola.

- Ozana (10/5): Very cozy room in great location - Great hotel, lovely staff, good location to visit the region. Cozy room, the bathroom had floor heating which made it great after a full day walking in colder weather. Very nice innovation of the old building.
- Hanna (10/5): Sitio muy tranquilo y de buena calidad. - Ubicación está muy tranquila, de noche no encienden la luz, así que las estrellas salen grandes y brillantes. El hotel está rodeado con bosque así que hemos hecho una pequeña ruta antes de la puesta del sol. Las habitaciones limpios y de buena calidad, y lo bueno es que tienen techo alto en forma de cúpula El restaurante tenía un poco demasiado nivel para mi gusto, pero a quién le gustan restaurantes de alto nivel, estará contento.
