- Hodgson (7/5): - Great size, and 3 bathrooms! Great local pubs! Easy to get to the city I think you could have a few more basics in the cupboard salt, pepper
Dish cloth
- Liam (5/5): Not a great stay - Modern decor. House was not cleaned before arrival. Beds had not been stripped and remade.
Was sorted on first day 5hrs after check-in but big corners cut cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms as a result.
House needs a good clean. Water pressure to the showers is very poor as well.

- John (5/5): It was ok, just the cleaning was the BIG issue, which mayb the host is unaware of. - The property is nice enough, beds are quite small, and rooms very compact, but not enough room in the living area for 6 people, to sit comfortably, there was no grassed area out back as described, maybe some outside seating, for the warmer weather. The kitchen area wasn’t clean, the downstairs bedroom shower wasn’t clean round the plug hole, lots of built up dirt, the headboard in the downstairs room has disgusting stuff on the top, could smell b.o. on the duvet, all floors were really dirty, white socks were filthy when walking on floors, patio door still had dirty handprints on it, bad odour coming from kitchen sink and en-suite shower, your welcomed at the front with what looked like the contents of somebody’s stomach and weeds, and at the back patio is full of weeds and very unwelcoming, I feel that it could be a nice house, but your cleaning services are letting it down big time, also bathroom doors need a good clean.

- Ann (9/5): Perfect for our needs - Easy access and good communication. We had 4 engineers staying and had no complaints the house was spacious enough and close enough to the main city for meals in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable and showers good. Didn't receive any negative comments.
- Sherridan (10/5): Exceptional - Close to everything
- Brandon (9/5): Superb -
- Donnacha (10/5): This is an excellent base for a group when discovering Belfast - The house is very central to most attractions in Belfast. It's very quiet and plenty of local shops
- Gary (8/5): Very good - Good location and very clean
- Leah (8/5): Very comfortable stay, would recommend - Modern, comfortable, plenty of space, easy check in It was very cold when we arrived and had some difficulty sorting the heating. The boiler was off when we arrived, once we realised this it was fine
- Oreoluwa (8/5): Very good -
- Callum (10/5): Exceptional -
- Blessy (6/5): Pleasant stay, wish it was better a bit more. - Excellent location, close to the city centre, easy and free off street parking There was hardly any water supply to take a shower or even to flush the toilet! House appeared clean but the thermostats were not working and some curtain strings have been broken. I have reported to the owners but there was no response.
- Ciara (9/5): Superb - Great location and a cosy clean house. Ideal for 6 of us who wanted to explore the city. Rooms were very comfortable. Nothing to dislike.
- James (8/5): Great value for money in an excellent location. - Clean & well thought out. Excellent facility’s, everything you needed. Warm and quiet location & only 30 minutes walk to city centre.
- Bailey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lianne (8/5): Very good -
- Sophi (5/5): Overpriced - Beds were comfy.
Decent dishwasher / microwave / cooker / fridge
20 minute walk to city centre. Very few towels. No hand towels or tea towels. Hot water in shower went off. Location was a bit rough. 300 quid hold charge that I don't even know if it's been refunded. Not enough cutlery - despite 8 guests stated, there was only cutlery for 4. Outside area was a yard, quite bleak and nowhere to sit. Not worth nearly 900 quid for 3 nights. The noise sensor went off when the kids were playing Mariokart and recieved warning calls
- Ruben (7/5): Good - Number of toilets and bathrooms Insufficient cooking gear for large groups. Little isolation between rooms. Small beds
- Paula (5/5): Disappointing - It was near to the city center The showers were blocked and didnt drain, we had to clean hair etc from the shower plugs. We were told to keep the noise down when we were only talking. However 8 people talking will make a certain amount of noise when in one small room. This was only around 6pm. We spent the rest of the weekend whispering for fear of reprisals. The beds were small the photos on the website were deceptive. Only two glasses for 8 people we bought more and left them there
- Stan (1/5): Bad -
- Catherine (10/5): Absolutely awesome! - Was lovely, very well presented Nothing really, only thing I would say is that there was 6 of us & the lounge was small but didn’t really cause any issues
- Carolina (10/5): Great property, need transportation to get to touristic destinations - Instructions before check in. Nule response from the host during our stay
- Laura (7/5): Good -
- Olanrewaju (10/5): Exceptional -
- Armstrong (10/5): Exceptional - Plenty showers and beds for everyone.
Was clean and lovely wee set up.
Staff get back to you very quickly with replies. Maybe a welcome pack would be nice but not really essential just would be nice. Bother than that can not fault.
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, about 15 minutes walk from centre of Belfast. House had everything you needed for a short stay. N/A
- Kate (9/5): New and clean place that maximises space - This little place was very compact and designed to maximise space. Attention to detail was great with everything we needed there. We had cars so access to the city was easy. We didn’t use public transport. The rooms are small but this was fine for us.
- Sean (10/5): Had a great family holiday! - Great location. Lovely house.
- Diane (10/5): Lovely experience - It was very new and very clean …beds were comfortable ….everything we needed for a short stay in Belfast
- Carol (5/5): Passable - It was cheap and close enough to city centre . It was clean. Luckily we had plenty to see and do in Belfast so only slept in the accommodation. Very small house. Not possible for the 5 of us to enjoy breakfast together. The couple in group found bed very small. Only 1 towel per person and liquid soap in bathroom the only toiletries provided. Facilities stated patio...it was a yard (grubby) with no seating.
- Fiona (9/5): A lovely long weekend with family - The house is in a great location and within walking distance of a few local shops (supermarkets) and the city. The location was quiet and there was ample parking for 2 cars. We were a party of 7 and the accommodation, kitchen, rooms were great with ample wash rooms.
- Liza (10/5): Exceptional - The property is beautifully decorated, beds are so comfy! House has everything you need, home from home. Location is great, plenty of parking outside the property. Perfect stay and great communication from the hosts.
- Laura (10/5): Perfect home. - The property was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts have thought of lots of little things that make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely visit again. Nothing.
- Annmarie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Modern and bright
- Maša (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful house, clean, new, very comfortable beds
- Lee (9/5): Lovely stay, house decor is amazing. Host was extremely helpful. -
- Phileas_hogg (10/5): Warm and comfortable - The house was warm and comfortable. The heat comes on very quickly. It's got all the equipment if you want to cook for yourself. It's got four lovely comfortable double beds. Overall a pleasant stay.
- Josh (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, 10 min walk/ bus from the centre. Lovely place - Comfy beds, warm, clean. Super friendly hosts, let us check-in slightly late.
- Laura (10/5): Lovely property with contemporary feel. - The house was spotless and the owners had a great eye for the small details. The decor was fab and was very home like with a contemporary edge. The owners left some little luxuries on arrival which added a lovely touch. The house had everything that we needed and was in a great location to the city centre for shopping. There was on street parking also. We had a mishap with our keys but the owners were on hand and sorted us out pronto. We will most certainly be back to visit and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend break. The house had 4 rooms and was very cosy and quiet also for night time sleeping.
