- Peter (7/5): Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, leider mit einigen Mängeln. - Das Haus liegt sehr gut, fast direkt am Strand (man muss nur die Straße überqueren). Strandstühle, -liegen und Sonnenschirme sind im Haus vorhanden. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Cafés. Das Zentrum von Nerja ist in kurzer Gehentfernung erreichbar. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch, da Parkplätze im Zentrum von Nerja sehr knapp sind. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt Vermieterin einfach. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, leider jedoch nicht gut gepflegt. Viele Dinge funktionieren nicht oder nicht richtig, zum Beispiel der Fernseher und die Kaffeemaschine. Türen schließen nicht oder nur schlecht, das kann mit ein wenig Liebe leicht behoben werden. Da das Haus zum Verkauf steht, erwarte ich nicht, dass viel daran gemacht wird. Könnte alles auch sauberer sein.

- Lynda (5/5): Amazing location. Lacking in bedroom space - Large well equipped kitchen and large amount of downstairs space Only 1 decent sized bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms were small. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds pushed together which made the room too tight to move around. No where to store suitcases or drawers to put clothes. Had to keep our clothes in the suitcase on the landing which was very inconvenient. Also the 2 beds pushed together also meant you couldn’t have the bedside lamp plugged in as the socket was between the beds and the plug wouldn’t fit
