• Sanju (8/5): Nice cozy stay in the centre of Milan! - Cozy space with all facilities available. Centrally located and walkable from main station and Porta Garibaldi. The Stairs!! The apartment is on the 3rd floor. So be mentally and physically prepped to tug your suitcases up the small staircase while checking in. The instructions was unclear during checkin and we went into another building in the same complex before reaching out to them on whatsapp where they gave better instructions. Small bathroom and tiny bathing space.

• Eva (7/5): Jól kinéző lakás azoknak. akik bírják lift nélkül a 3.emeletet, és beférnek egy xs zuhanykabinba - Jó helyen lévő, pofásan kinéző lakás. Jó a tömegközlekedés és élelmiszer boltok, számos étterem és bár van a közelben Nagyon bonyulult bejelentkezés, mivel előre digitálisan kérnek minden adatot és az idegenforgalmi adókat is. Viszont ők előre nem voltak hajlandóak a bejutási információkat megosztani emailben. Azokat a képeket és videókat, amelyek pontos útmutatást adnak a bejutásra csak a helyszínen whatsapp-on keresztül küldték meg. Ekkor derült ki, hogy a lakás nem az utcai, hanem a ház belső udvari (kukákra) néző, 3, emeletén van, a lift nélküli részen. Hollandiát idéző keskeny lépcsőházban 58 lépcső magasságában- ha tudjuk, sose foglaltunk volna le, mert egy igen nagy bőröndünk volt. A konyhában nincs mikró. A fürdőszobában Xs méretű zuhanyzókabin van, az alja igen csúszos és nincs kapaszkodó fogantyú. A bárszékek az asztalnál baromira kényelmetlenek. 40 fokos lakás fogadott, nem volt üdvözlő ital, se víz se más, se törlőpapír, se cukor, só minimális fűszer semmi. Legközelebb inkább hotel................
• DRAGAN (7/5): The apartment is on the whole OK, with the previously mentioned remarks - There is no breakfast. Location is quite alright, the nearest metro is 500m away. Very difficult entering-via online instructions. Fourth floor-narrow stairs-no lift. Absolutely not suitable for the elderly, or if you have more tnan one piece of luggage.

• Pino (7/5): Casa Penelope overall is a great, very secure apartment to use as a business or tourist traveller. - The unit was well laid out, had a separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen area, and teh bathroom and shower were of a good size by Italian standards. The coffee nmachine and pods provided were of a good quality. The bedroom lights did not work. The host could've provided some milk to go with the coffee machine. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and could be difficult to access with a large suitcase if one is not fit and strong.

• Robert (8/5): Very good - the place is well equipped and located, also very clean. in general very nice place worth recommendation. the check-in/out is totally automated. we had a question and can't reach anyone neither per phone/WhatsApp nor Booking. in the middle of stay came one question from host side, but didn't base on previous messages we left and our answer has been ignored as well. I would be afraid in case if sth goes wrong to catch someone from host's side.
• Nickradev (10/5): Summer trip to Milano - What a gem this apartment is. Everything you need in very stylish look. Equipped to a very high standard this apartment makes you feel like high value guest .10-15 minutes walk from Milano Centrale, 20-25 minutes walk from Duomo cathedral. Many grocery stores around. Metro stop on the end of the street .On my next visit to Milano I will definitely first check if this apartment is available. Highly recommended. It was little bit confusing how to get in but we managed. You get an online link and instructions. Remember that the outside gate button unlocks both doors at the same time - the big wooden one and the glass one in the left hand side corner next to the bike shop. The apartment then is on the top floor
