- Boyan (8/5): Very good - It is very difficult for me to rate this apartment. On one hand, everything was more than fine—brand new furnishings, a convenient location, and plenty of parking space. Everything was good... If you plan to be out all day and only use the apartment at night, this place is a steal. However, if you intend to stay and work in the apartment during the day, be sure to read the negatives as well. But it's not ready for living just yet. Major construction work is taking place right in front of the building. All the neighbors are renovating their homes as well, including the ones on the left and above. The one above was using a jackhammer so intensely that it felt like the ceiling could collapse into our apartment.
- Dečman (10/5): Exceptional - It is brand new apartment.It has everything you need, not far away from center. Very clean, hot water, air conditioning. It is great for two people, but when you have more than two, sleeping on the sofa is not comfortable. A closet is also needed.
