• Snezhanka (10/5): I would deffinitely visit again! - Our stay at the sunset villa was amazing-the location is perfect, 1-2 min from the beach, the host was very helpful and had a great sense of humour. We had a bit of a situation with one of the door handles, he literally arrived in less than 5 min and the problem was solved in less than 30 min. There are a lot of great restaurants and supermarkets in less than 10 min via car, the beach was great, everything was perfect. Definitely would recommend!

It’s perfect. - Very close to the beach, we had the sea in front and the forest in the back. We also had a yard, with barbecue, and a dining table. Perfect for children and pets (we also had a Bichon with us, the location is pet friendly). Also the host, Nikos, unbelievably kind, he helped us with our car, no costs involved. He also picked up whenever we called, finding a solution for everything. That we had to leave 🫠

• Mihaela (9/5): - Proprietarul a fost foarte prompt la toate nevoile noastre. Locația este foarte aproape de plaja. Faptul ca nu sunt dulapuri pentru depozitarea hainelor doar câteva umerașe, am stat cu hainele in bagaje tot sejurul.

• Генова (10/5): An unforgettable and exciting experience - The villas are in a wonderful location, right next to the beach and with a view of Olympus. On one side is the sea, and on the other a grove. The view is wonderful. The villas are clean and tidy, with all the amenities for a long stay. The host is extremely kind and hospitable. He answered all questions quickly, helped us with information about the village. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Nikos! We were unpleasantly surprised by the open spaces of two of the rooms with beds. We didn't know they didn't have doors.

• Boryana (9/5): Wonderful villa for a large garden and sea view - very short walk from a great beach, kitchen was well equipped for cooking; parking spot, large garden, comfortable shared spaces for everyone to enjoy. the local recommendations were great! Clean towels brought in the middle of the stay. Terrasse with an excellent sea view in each room. The host was excellent and very understanding. the stairs were very steep for older people and small children. the bedrooms would not be accessible for people with mobility issues. the rooms were a bit small to accommodate a baby cot. One bedroom has no door which limits privacy.

Access to the beach in front and sun beds was heavily taxed even it was the same owner of both the villa and the beach/ beach bar. No discount for villa residents… we paid as all other people coming by car from other places to the same beach. Which I didn’t find normal (30 euro/ 2 sun beds/ day??)

• Alina (10/5): Wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Villas! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Nikos, the manager, was extremely kind – he even surprised us with pies on the beach and a cake in the fridge. He was always available and helpful. The location is great: just 2 minutes to a quiet, almost empty beach, and the Sunset Bar nearby has a very friendly and professional bartender Dimitris. We stayed with our little kids (3, 4 and 6 years old), and the green space in front of the house was perfect for them to run and play ball safely. Highly recommended! The beach is crystal clear, calm and never crowded – absolutely perfect for relaxing. At the entrance there are a few stones, but once you pass them, the water is amazing.

• ΝΑΤΑΛΙΑ (4/5): Απογοητευτικο, πολυ ακριβο για τις παροχες του,βλεπει στο πουθενα πισω. - Άλλο ειδα και άλλο πηρα! Η σχεση ποιοτητας- τιμης απογοητευτικη. Ηταν το μονο που εβλεπε πισω και οχι θαλασσα. Για 500 ευρω δεν αξιζει. Στο σπιτι ελειπαν βασικα πραγματα. Ουτε χαρτι κουζινας ουτε ενα νερακι ουτε αφρολουτρα σαμπουαν. Οχι Δεν το θεωρω αξιο για τοσα χρηματα

Our host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and the best beaches, which really enhanced our experience. The view of the sea from the property was stunning, and we loved spending our evenings outside, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, or going for a swim. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The host was incredibly kind, helpful and funny, always available to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable. The villa itself is amazing: very spacious, with plenty of beds and great bathrooms. The garden is beautiful with lots of spots to sit and relax, and it's just a short walk to the beach. Private parking was a big plus. It had everything we needed, especially traveling with children. Highly recommend!

From very good communication with Mr Nikos, the owner who is very responsive to any requests, to the quality of the accommodation which is pet friendly. The accommodation is nestled between the forest and the beach which makes it as great relaxation point for those who choose to stay here. The villa has everything in terms of utilities and kitchen tools. Mosquitos nets everywhere, AC in all rooms, good pressure on water and we found it very clean. Posidi is more chill than the rest of the island so this one is a great highlight plus you get to have amazing sunsets every day. The beach is literally 2 minutes across the street and there is owned parking. Sunset villas were a great spot to book for our 10 nights stay with our family and for sure we will come back again. Thank you for having us! Nothing to complain!

He went above and beyond by providing us with recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift of local products. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only downside was that the internet connection could have been better, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

• Dumitru (9/5): Beautiful view - The Villa itself it’s nice and clean. Has almost everything what you usually need. What I liked was that it was cleaned every 3 days. Unfortunately we had some neighbours which were very noisy, especially after midnight🤦‍♀️ The view was amazing, only the beach was with rocks and after 2m the water was very deep and not very convenient for kids.

We had our dog with us, she was so happy to swim in the sea early in the morning - there are almost no people at the beach around 7.30 - 8 am. I want to thank Nikos for the hospitality and the best recommendations. :) Nothing :)

• Angelina_b (10/5): Exceptional - Our group of eight friends recently stayed at Sunset Villas in Posidi, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The villa itself boasts a beautiful layout with 4 bedrooms situated on the upper floors, ensuring plenty of private space for everyone. Although one of us ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room downstairs, it didn’t detract from our overall comfort. The villa is not only spacious but also superbly equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. With three bathrooms available, the morning rush was never an issue, even with a full house. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, featuring new mattresses that guaranteed a good night's sleep for all. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the added bonus of balconies in all rooms provided beautiful views and a private retreat whenever needed. One of the villa's standout features is its large yard complete with a barbecue and comfortable bean bags—perfect for evenings spent lounging outdoors. The proximity to the beach, just across the road, allowed us the freedom to stroll over for a swim at any time of day. The beach itself is pebbly at the entry, so bringing along beach shoes might be a good idea, although this was a minor inconvenience. The villa's location was enhanced by the stunning sunsets that we enjoyed nightly, often choosing to stay at the beach until dawn. Conveniently, there is a fantastic restaurant just 30 meters away. It offers a great bar and delectable food in a wonderful atmosphere, making dining out an easy choice on lazy evenings. Lastly, our host, Mr. Nikos, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He was always responsive to our needs, quickly sending help when we accidentally locked ourselves out. He also generously offered us a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Sunset Villas for any group of adults looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway, and outstanding hospitality.
