Guest Reviews
- Stuart (7/5): -
- Issy (7/5): Relaxing few days - Quiet rural location Access to carry luggage challenging. Outside seating area needs attention
- Mark (6/5): Not great for banquets or boardgames. - We stayed when under previous ownership. Whilst well decorated we were disappointed by the standard of furnishings. The lounge table was even smaller than before. The dinning chairs were very poor quality, matching the table, which was unstable. The lounge wall lights were both defunct. We reported this but no suitable replacements were supplied. We were unable to buy compatible. Also, nowhere in bedroom to store any clothes seems a bit spartan.
We enjoyed our stay and would happily return if these issues are addressed.
- Maxine (5/5): Ideally placed for exploring North Norfolk - Ideal location for coastal walks. Local facilities - pub, general store, cafe. On a bus route. Small but well equipped kitchen. Warm. Comfy double bed. Ideal for a weekend, rather too bijou for a week. Internet access. Bin for dog waste. Small seating area outside bedroom. Walk from car to cottage over 100 yds partly in pitch black, lights along passage between cottages and wall not working, needed a torch. Had to negotiate three gates & overgrown bushes to get to cottage. Large metal gate in disrepair & difficult to close/open. No bathroom, shower/sink in corridor between kitchen & bedroom, with rusty washing machine under sink. Toilet in separate cupboard. TV on small side. Knobs on wall mounted kitchen units were almost to high up for us to reach. Wobbly coat hooks in kitchen.
