- Dagmar (5/5): - Das Bett war okay und bequem Das Personal war freundlich Wenn man nachts nach Hause gekommen ist, musste man durch einen dunklen Nebeneingang in das Haus gehen. Dort gab es keine Lampe oder irgendeine Lichtquelle. Die Eingangstür zum Haus, hinter der sich sofort die Zimmer befinden, war nicht abgeschlossen. Da hat man ein unsicheres Gefühl. Jeder kann da rein. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht deutscher Herkunft, was natürlich nicht schlimm ist, aber man hat sie sehr schlecht verstanden. Und damit meine ich wirklich schlecht ! Das Frühstück war spärlich. Es war fast alles alle auf jeder Platte oder in jedem Topf war nur noch ein kleiner Rest, obwohl wir ungefähr in der Mitte der Frühstückszeit dort waren Frühstückszeit ist von 8:30 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr und wir waren circa um 9:15 Uhr da. Im Bad um das Fenster war das Silikon geschimmelt und die Fugen in der Dusche waren auch nicht sauber. Es ging für eine Übernachtung, aber noch mal würde ich dort nicht übernachten wollen.

They don't have their own parking, but rather rely on a city lot nearby. Hence, it fills up and there's absolutely nowhere else to park. They don't tell you of this in advance. Therefore, eventually I found parking but was afraid to leave after that because I didn't want to lose my spot. Breakfast - You have to pay for breakfast, 12 euro each. Was a nice breakfast, but come-on, don't nickel-dime for everything. Staff - non existent. You have to self check in and out. Nobody to ask any questions. This is a bad trend in hotels. Location - Not in Bacharach, but rather a 7 minute drive up hill. There's nothing to do around the hotel, and once you're there, you can't leave because you will lose your parking spot.

- Steve (7/5): A pleasant stay a bit to far from Bacharach to walk - The breakfast was good and we stored our bicycles safely - albeit there was no one to ask A faceless hotel that does everything remotely … we had queries but no one there to answer them
