Velik i prostran krevet, ali mogao bi biti malo udobniji/mekši. Klima može poslužiti za grijanje u hladnijem djelu godine, ali joj treba dosta vremena da ugrije i malo je preglasna ukoliko se ostavi uključena preko noći.

• Miriam (10/5): - Das Studio Square liegt zentral und man ist in wenigen Minuten an allen wichtigen Orten. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist für einen Kurzurlaub vollkommen ausreichend und die Größe für zwei Personen ideal. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie waren jederzeit zu erreichen.

• Swee Peng (9/5): Very relaxing. Almost like home. - The location was excellent in the old town. Room was very spacious. Fully equipped utensils, pots, cutlery n plates. Very responsive host. Nice comfy bed for a good nights sleep! Double glazed windows shut out all the noises. Love that we could open the window. Be prepared for the music from the bar across but at midnight, it switches off! It’s not too loud with your windows closed.

Coś co zasługuje na duże brawa to wyposażenie apartamentu. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się aby w łazience były kobiece artykuły higieniczne. Dubrownik nas zaczarował, będziemy wracać! Sąsiad z pokoju naprzeciwko był głośno.

• DAVID (10/5): Charming Large Kitchenette Apt in heart of Old Dubrovnik - Tops ! - Fantastic location in Old Town Dubrovnik situated on a city square. Easy to get to from the PLOCE Gate - rolled our suitcases all the way - no Steps ! Five-Seven minutes trek. Instructions were great, found the key & up one flight of stairs to the Large room. Modern upgrade of a classic room w 20' ceilings - huge. Windows were modern double paned glass, so NO Noise from the busy plaza / square below. Great views from the windows. Uber modern bath facilities - tops ! Owners left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. This is the place to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. Tops 10+ Manageable, but there is one flight of stairs to carry your suitcases up. Not a Deal breaker, but you should be aware in case you have mobility issues. Top Notch Rental....

And thanks to excellent soundproofing, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet inside. We slept like babies! The apartment itself is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was spotlessly clean and clearly very well cared for. What truly made our stay outstanding were the hosts. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always available for any questions or help we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly, highly recommended.

• Victoria (10/5): This apartment offered great comfort, convenience, and location, and the hosts were warmly welcoming - Our hosts made it very easy to collect keys and get situated, and are happy to hold suitcases on arrival or on leaving. The apartment was spotless, cool and lovely, and the hosts had stocked it with Croatian wine, fruit, and essentials. They were welcoming and wanted to make sure we fully enjoyed our stay, and recommended restaurants, day trips, drivers, and more. The location was perfect: steps from the Jesuit Steps where the Game of Thrones "Walk of Shame" was filmed, and convenient to wonderful restaurants, Buza Beach, and other great sites. Our stay could not have been better! Nothing to dislike.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful week in Leona and Frano's beautiful apartment in early November 2024. The accommodation was easy enough to find and located on a small but busy square with fantastic access to bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was extremely clean with lovely crisp linen on the bed which was very welcome after a long day travelling. Even though the street outside was busy, there was no noise whatsoever inside the accommodation and we both slept very well each night. We found it a little warm for the first night but the AC fan was fantastic and cooled the place down perfectly. We were overwhelmed by the kindness our hosts showed us by leaving provisions for us upon arrival as it meant we didn't have to rush out to find something to eat for breakfast the next morning! They had left bananas, oranges and biscuits for us. and they had even left a bottle of wine, a box of juice and water so we were able to relax for a few hours and sit back with a lovely glass of vino! The apartment suited our needs perfectly as it had a lovely kitchenette where we could make a simple lunch and a great fridge, freezer and microwave and best of all, it was right in the centre of everything in Dubrovnik. All the main sites were less than 5 minutes from our door! Our hosts were extremely helpful with information about transport to and from the airport which saved us a lot of money and any queries we had we answered immediately. Our apartment was cleaned mid-way through our stay and all the essential toiletries replaced. We will 100% be recommending this place to family and friends and we will return ourselves again in the not too distant future. 10 out of 10, no question. Aoife & John

Bathroom recently renovated and looks amazing. Only drawback is the small hot water heater, which only allows for short showers otherwise perfect in every way.
• Yuko (9/5): A lovely apartment in the charming square - We've just returned from 3 nights stay. The location couldn't be better. It was convenient for everything - supermarket, restaurants, shopping, beach etc. Tastefully decorated room with nice bed, modern facilities and high ceiling. I loved the view into the lovely square out of the window. The hosts Leona and Frano were very good with communications and and quick to react to fix a few small issues we experienced. We will stay there again next time. Noise! There live music at the nearby restaurant until 11.30pm every night and we could hear it quite loudly even with the double-glazed windows and wooden shutters shut. On the Saturday night, the noise went on until 1.30am. Security was a bit of concern. The main door to the building was always left open and the communal apartment door was kept being unlocked by other tenants in the building so we only had one internal door to the apartment that can be locked. The door only had one lock. No safety deposit box provided so we carried valuables all the time feeling unsafe leaving them in the room.

The hosts sent a helpful description how to find the place and were quick to reply any questions via Booking messages or WhatsApp. The accommodation has kitchen utilities and a small convenience store with basic food selection is near by. Everything was brand new and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. I liked sitting on the window with glass of wine and looking on the crowd in town It was some issues with coffee maker. But it is so tiny thing 😁
