The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

Es muy amplio, limpio y con todo tipo de comodidades. Está al lado de Cairo Complex donde se puede comer y cenar a gusto
• Kannan (10/5): - Very near to airport, very spacious and luxury apartment. The host was very helpful with whatever details we need and always there to help you through whatsapp. 10 mins drive to airport. You could use Talabat to deliver food here as it was central location lot of restaurants where listed there. Almost nil. The main bedroom shower area can be little more cleaner.

• Timothy (9/5): Facility was great but,for me, the host contact was not up to my standards. - A communication I sent to the host two days before arrival was not acknowledged, so I had some trouble getting entry information. I wanted more information earlier because I was on planes and river boats without internet. After I did obtain information, I could not load the videos showing the exact location of the lodging, which is a short distance back from Ankara Street. Why not forget, or supplement, the videos with the simple statement that the entrance for the building was on an alley/narrow street immediately to the right of the Radison Hotel and that the building entrance was the first door on the right. Finally, although I am learning Whatsapp to some extent, it is irritating to be asked to be solely dependent on it. This criticism does not apply only to this host. A year and a half ago, I had never heard of Whatsapp and I still rarely use it. but more and more it is becoming the sole means of contacting the host.
• Hemant (6/5): Overall it was good value for money as we stayed only for a night. - Good value for money. Close to airport. The shower room was taking long time to drain the water.

• DCWM (9/5): It was perfect for our early morning flight. - The apartment was very spacious and the host was very helpful. It would be helpful to have an image of the very front of the apartment building driveway and a description of its location relative to the large “Cairo” sign, but this was minor.
• Huf (10/5): Everything we needed: comfortable and quiet place. - The property has a good space, the rooms are big and comfortable. We slept very well. It is very quiet. The showers were very good. There is a good kitchen with everything necessary, there was bottled water and snacks waiting for us. Very close to the many restaurants and a grocery store. I would certainly stay there again Nothing.

• Maria (9/5): Great stay near the airport - We stayed here for one night as we were catching an early flight. Check in process is very smooth and Mohamed is in constant contact through messages. He also answers all questions promptly. He had left out snacks and drinks for our kids which was a lovely touch. Free parking is not allocated spaces as it is on street parking. We ended up parking in the shopping mall which was cheap.

• Mohammed (10/5): Comfortable Homely - Excellent communication with the property owner Mohammed, was very helpful and his PDF msg he sent explained all required for location/direction wifi code etc. complementary snacks was a nice touch for the children. We got stuck out in Cairo due to flight issues and booked a stay here for the night before morning flights. 10mins from Airport and amnesties close by. Easy to walk to restaurants and felt safe and was not hassled at all. Would recommend this place. Thank you Mohamed, you’re genuinely a nice guy.

• Lihana (10/5): - Everything about this apartment was extremely good. It was neat, clean and everything was there that you would need for self catering. A bonus about the location is that there is a shop in the building next door where you can buy groceries and snacks. But the main bonus is that Mohamed, the host, is a very helpful person. Our one bag got lost at Cairo and he took it upon himself to help us find it. He was a BIG help. Thank you! Nothing

• Mustafa (10/5): Perfect apartment with amazing host - everything exceeded expectations! - The space is beautifully furnished with good-quality pieces that make you feel instantly at home, and the cleanliness standards are high - you can tell the owner truly cares about their guests' comfort, they deserve special recognition for their outstanding hospitality. Also the location was convenient, being so close to the airport saved me time and stress. This is exactly the kind of place that makes you want to return.

• Thijs (10/5): Excellent host - We booked this apartment for the end of our holiday. Location is perfect near the airport. Unfortunately due to family circumstances we had to go back home a few days earlier than planner. We were not able to stay here which we were looking forward to. Eventhough there is a non refund policy the host Mohamed gave us a full refund because of the circumstances. He did not have to do this but still did. It was a amazing act of friendliness and concideration. Mohamed is amazing and such a gentleman. Even in the communication before and after the booking. We are very very thankfull to him. When we will be back in Egypt we definately will stay at his place.

The landlord was incredibly kind and friendly, accommodating a late check-in and allowing for a late check-out, which made my stay much easier. The flat itself was cool, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is perfect—it's close to all the shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it very convenient. Plus, it's just a 15-minute drive to Cairo Airport, which is a huge bonus for travelers. I highly recommend this flat and the wonderful landlord to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Most importantly, the owner is a very respectful person who is always helpful and ensures all ways for a comfortable stay. There were even snacks waiting for the kids, which was very nice . I highly recommend it.

I didn't have to buy anything for us. I wish I stayed little longer. Also check in was very convenient with lock box too. We were able to sleep soundly even though people were partying because of Egypt's football win just below us. The electric shades kept out light and sound beautifully. • Shuai (8/5): Taking these factors into consideration, if given the choice at the same price point, I would prefer staying in a hotel - The host provided us with complimentary snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment, the host promptly helped us resolve the issue, and we were very grateful for their assistance. We arrived quite late that day and only stayed in the apartment for one night, primarily for sleeping. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Firstly, the bed was too firm, making it difficult for me to sleep comfortably without an additional cotton sheet. It also seems impractical to launder the blanket after each guest. Additionally, despite the presence of air conditioning in the room, I woke up feeling cold during the night. Given Egypt's temperature, it didn't occur to us to use the heating. Moreover, there was no enoough toilet paper in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. It would have been nice to have tea or coffee available, as it would have enhanced our experience.

It has everything available, as if you were living in your own home. We enjoyed the stay and the spaciousness of the owner of the hotel apartment, and his high taste and generous hospitality.
