• Claudia (10/5): - El departamento está bien ubicado en un barrio tranquilo a unos 20 minutos caminando del centro histórico pero si no se quiere caminar pasa el tranvía por la puerta y se llega en menos de 10 minutos ,en la misma parada se puede obtener los tickets a través de máquinas. Se puede andar por la noche sin ningún inconveniente, no es una zona de locales comerciales con lo cual conviene cenar y pasear por las zonas concurridas y luego tomar el tranvía para el regreso. Es muy luminoso y ventilado y es perfecto para 2 personas y hasta 4 si no le molesta estar un poco más ajustado, pero para una estadía corta está más que bien.El anfitrión indica con tiempo y claramente las instrucciones para el check in y el check out ,responde rápidamente y tiene muy buena predisposición, nos permitió hacer el check out 1 1/2 hs más tarde.

• Daniela Cecilia (10/5): due notti fiorentine a due passi da piazza Leopoldo - Ho abitato a Firenze 18 anni e ci torno sempre volentieri. Ho scelto Casa Viesseux perché è situata nella zona in cui ho vissuto e pertanto mi fa piacere ripercorrere i luoghi a me noti e tanto cari. La casa è al civico n.16 di via Francesco Gianni, che collega piazza Viesseux e piazza Leopoldo. IL bilocale non affaccia sulla strada principale ed è molto silenzioso. A due passi c'è il distributore gratuito di acqua potabile e la Coop di piazza Leopoldo. Consiglio di far colazione nella pasticceria sita in piazza Viesseux. La fermata della Tramvia è a due minuti a piedi e in 10 minuti sei in pieno centro a Firenze. Nell'altro verso si va verso piazza Dalmazia e poi ospedale di Careggi. L'appartamento è luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort. Il sistema per il check in e check out è molto semplice ed il signor Jacopo è estremamente gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è al terzo piano, raggiungibile con ascensore. Il mazzo di chiavi contiene anche la scheda magnetica di Alia per gettare l'immondizia nei cassonetti vicini. Ho apprezzato l'impianto di riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante, la cucina con TV e modem per la wi-fi . Ho apprezzato il silenzio e l'educazione degli altri abitanti del condominio. La cucina è dotata di impianto a gas classico, lavastoviglie, posate, bicchieri...sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita di aver trovato caffè, rotolone scottex e tovaglioli (cosa non scontata negli appartamenti dedicati agli affitti brevi). Tutto positivo. La TV c'è e FUNZIONA BENE (data del mio soggiorno qui: 27 e 28 marzo 2026) Avrei gradito il check out oltre le 10, ma capisco l'esigenza di rassettare la casa per l'arrivo dei nuovi ospiti.
• Santiago (9/5): Apartamento top en Florencia - - la ubicación, en tranvía llegas muy rápido al centro. Tiene un supermercado muy bueno cerca (Coop) - Se escucha muchísimo ruido de los vecinos desde muy temprano. Dificulta el sueño. - Cocina poco equipada. Le faltan sartenes. - Estaría bien que las ventanas de la habitación tuvieran algo que hiciera que no entrara tanta luz para poder dormir bien.

Tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno..a due passi dal centro .. basta spostarsi con il tram che passa proprio sotto casa ogni 2 minuti..il parcheggio nelle vicinanze... Costa 10 euro al giorno ma quello decide il comune di Firenze... .proprietario Jacopo sempre disponibile e presente per ogni informazione

• Monika (7/5): I hate to say this but we could not wait to get to our next location for a good nights sleep. - Great apartment, very spacious had a lift which was great, location was excellent close to tram, rail and bus and we walked to all the major attractions. Close to a couple of supermarkets as well. Sadly the only thing that let the property down was the bed. The mattress is well past its use by date. With divots in either side of the double bed, both my husband and I ended up with backaches and we also tried one if us on the sofa bed but that was even worse (probably ok for a child). The most important thing when you are on holidays is a good nights sleep as it spoils your holiday without it.

• Tracy (9/5): Buena - Te sentías como en casa. Tenías todo lo necesario. La parada del tranvía a 2’ aunque también podías ir caminando al centro y disfrutar de Florencia. Los ruidos del piso de arriba muy temprano y de noche, pero al final es ajeno al alojamiento en sí.

• Peta-Louise (9/5): Wonderful stay and our host was very communicative through WhatsApp & answering any questions we had! - The property was easily accessible to the tram making getting from the train station & the city centre quite accessible. It was also close enough to walk if you’re wanting to. The above neighbours were really loud, dragging chairs around at early hours (5-6am) so if you’re a light sleeper that wouldn’t be great.

• Ar_tur_ (8/5): nice and not overpriced, but could be better - good location; you can take a tram to the city center or walk there; nice rooms, good air conditioning; I really didn't like the fact that the owners wanted me out of the apartment at 10 AM, because that's when the cleaning lady comes, but at the same time I had to take away the trash, find a trash bin etc, because there's no cleaning fee... Throwing your trash away is not as simple in Italy (or Florence) as one might think, so it is a bit of a hassle for us/tourists; also: super tiny old elevator, which you have to actually learn how to use... (I did manage to lock myself out of it); so - a bit of Italian adventure here and there...
• Julia (7/5): - Nice, clean apartment, good and quick communication with the owner, clear instructions. You can use a washing machine. Owner requested photos of IDs to be sent to him via Whatsapp which is a GDPR violation. Additional city tax (24 EUR per 2 nights, 2 people) is not included in the price visible in Booking when you reserve the apartment. Keep in mind that you'll need to take a tram to the city center.

• Alice (10/5): Génial ! - L’appartement était super, grand et fonctionnel. Nous avons aimé avoir la cuisine avec des plaques de cuisson, un four et un frigo. La clim nous a été très utile avec la chaleur qu’il faisait. L’hôte nous avait laissé des instructions claires et était disponible pour répondre en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement 😊

• Marcella (9/5): Comoda e in una posizione strategica - Abbiamo visitato Firenze in una delle settimane più torride dell'estate, l'appartamento è stato per noi la salvezza! Dotato di aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze, presentava tutti i comfort necessari e anche di più. Il quartiere è tranquillo con una piazza verde nelle vicinanze, un'ottima pasticceria e un comodo supermercato dove fare la spesa. A meno di un chilometro ci sono anche dei ristoranti e delle pizzerie. Ma la vera comodità è la fermata dei tram sotto casa, Tram che ti portano ovunque, persino in aeroporto. Noi ci siamo trovate benissimo, penso che torneremo dato che la città era troppo calda e non siamo riuscite a visitarla come avremmo voluto. Unica cosa da migliorare potrebbe essere l'installazione di zanzariere per poter dormire con le finestre/balcone aperte.

Very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the swifts over the roofs in the evening. Apartment was well equipped and Jacopo had left lots of little essentials like oil, sugar, coffee etc. Very clean and nice big kitchen. Good aircon. Comfy bed. Near a tram stop and with a large Co-op nearby for shopping. Nothing.

The house had everything we needed and all the possible amenities! Everything was clean and in perfect order! Air conditioning! Fully equipped bathroom! Well-equipped kitchen! We will definitely come back! A 10 out of 10!

• Maria (9/5): Superb - There was just a little issue with the airconditioning and generally was a little difficult to figure out how to monitor the heat on the radiators. The remote control for the aircondition in the bedroom was not working at all, maybe it needed batteries and about the second airconditioning at the kitchen-living room, its remote control was working but the machine wouldnt respond at all and not start functioning. At the 2nd day in the evening the 2nd airconditioner opened for some unknown reason by itself and it started emiting cold air and we werent able to switch it off. Luckily the room was still enough warm thanks to the heating radiators. Appart from this little issue everything else was perfect and we had a very enjoyable stay. We thank Mr. Jacopo very much for all the help he provided us!!!!

• Maria (9/5): Superb - Nice, comfortable and clean flat in residential neighbourhood, not far from the centre. Tram line T1 is only a couple of minutes away and brings you into town quickly. We spent 2 nights in the property and used the cooking facilities . All of it is in very good order. The host is helpful and quick to response to questions

• Gregorian (9/5): Superb - Jacopo, the owner, was really nice and helpful. Very detailed instructions when you arrived at the room or if you ask him something. The facilities were clean, in good condition. The location was quite nice even though it's not in the center of Firenze (like near the Duomo or Ponte Vecchio), but there's a 50-75 meters of Leopoldo's Tram Station which is very useful if you need to go to the centro area. The location is not in the center, so you rely heavily on the tram

The host was always available for every question. The house is located a little bit far from the city center. However, considering the price it is reasonable. There was a tram line near the house.

Clean and modern apartment with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay. The owner also gives clear instructions with everything you need. Can recommend this stay. Thank you! The only thing would be that the shower gets cold and is a bit bothersome as it happens very often when it is a hot day. But not to worry, there is clear instructions to reset the water heater and it warms up quickly then.

• Michael (10/5): Great room, great location. Perfect place to stay for our time in Florence - The room was clean and cosy. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great location right next to the tram line which took us to the main train station. The fold out sofa was a handy bonus as it was too hot for me my partner and toddler to sleep in the one bed. Nothing.
• Aniko (10/5): Great location, clean flat - The flat is next to a tram station, which makes it very convenient to reach the city center. We could park the car nearby for 1€/h. The owner was super communicative. The flat is clean, has aircon in both rooms. There is a COOP and also a pasticceria nearby. The first flat in Italy where you could hang towels in the bathroom. (I know it ruins design, but still handy) All was good. A bed converted from a couch is never a comfortable option. Although this one was quite big, still you could feel all the moves from the other person. But the sofabed was given when we booked.

• Jessie (10/5): Great place for our quick trip to Florence - I chose this accommodation based on price first, then location. To our surprise, when we arrived, there was a tram stop just outside, which was a quick ride into the core, where all the action is. The building is older but does have an elevator. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. Working with the host was great. He was quick to communicate (Whatsapp) and help us get sorted and get our keys. Overall, it's a great little spot to stay when visiting Florence. Only two pillows

• Trevor (10/5): Great place to experience Florence from and would stay there again. - The location was just by a tram stop that made it very easy and cheap to get to the old town. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. The host has provided everything you would need including little items such as fly spray and matches so is very thoughtful. Breakfast was included along with bottled water and a couple of beers in the fridge upon arrival. The supermarket is just a 4 minute walk away. To be honest it is very difficult to dislike anything. Some may want a TV and microwave but they were not essential for us.

It was a comfortable place with two beds to allow some space between friends. To get fresh air the doors/ windows had to stay open, which resulted in many mosquito bites at night, but not a huge issue

• Baturalp (10/5): Perfect for multiple day stay! - Flat is great. It was very comfortable and the location was quite ok. 30 min walk to Duomo. Was very clean as well. The owner sending 3 sms to ask about city tax in the first 6 hours of arrival :) Other than that all was great.

• Derek (9/5): Wish we had more than a weekend to stay here - It was very easy to find, right along the tram line and the host was gracious and welcoming. There's no television, which was fine for us and the kitchen area was beautiful, spacious and clean. There's no maid, so they expect you to take out your own trash, but that was expected so for the price - not a complaint. The washing machine came in handy and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet and nice. I wish there were a little more variety for breakfast, but that encouraged us to buy some stuff on our own.

• Nadia (8/5): Very good - The appartement was very clean and had all the equipement you would need. The check in process was very easy. It's 20 minutes on foot to get to the city center but it's easier to take the tram. The tram staton is 50 meters away so the location is very good. There is also a big supermarket near by. And it was very generous of them to leave us all what we needed for breakfast which was a very nice bonus. The beds are comfortable. All in all, we loved it.
