• Lotte (1/5): False advertising, unacceptable hygiene, and no support from the host. We had to leave the next morn - Nothing. Unfortunately, nothing matched the description or expectations. We left as soon as we could (the next morning), even though we had booked for a full week. We are still in dispute as the owner stopped responding. The apartment was extremely dirty, with mold, black hairs, and no toilet seat. The shower was broken, clogged, and unusable. The place looked nothing like the photos and had none of the promised amenities (no balcony, no hot tub, no clothing rack etc. ).
• Ira (1/5): Over all not a pleasant experience - Location was nice. First the owner left us waiting 45 min at the address given on Booking ( not a full address) without instructions. Tried to call the number more than 10 times and it was out of reach. Second the bathroom was very dirty,there were stuff from maybe previous people that stayed there all over the bathroom.it was floating in water whenever taking a shower. The bedsheets were smelly and we even had bugs in the hallway.
• Beta (10/5): Exceptional - The bathroom could be renovated as well, the shower situation was a bit odd too.

• Harry (10/5): Great Apartment! - Location was convenient, the apartment was clean and modern. The host is very helpful and friendly.
• Vilma (7/5): It was great but could of been better. - The location is good which is approximately 10-20 minutes from the city center. The living room was great as it has a TV, a big sofa and two glass tables. The bedroom was great as well because it has a big closet and comfortable beds. The kitchen has a small coffee machine, water boiler, many cups, utensils and many cabinets. The wifi is great and there are conditioners. The cups in the kitchen weren’t that clean when we arrived. The towel bar is broken and isn’t stable in the bathroom, the shower isn’t that stable either as you have to continue to regulate the water temperature to get the right one and there are no shower walls.
• Epaul (10/5): Good value for a nice place. - Cozy apartment in a good location. Attentive host. Enjoyed my stay. The holder for the shower head was broken. Worked okay without it, but hopefully it gets repaired soon.
• Colin (10/5): Ideal for a city break - Only 20 mins walk to the centre of Tirana or a 40 lek bus ride No oven or microwave
• Catalina (9/5): Great value for the money and great host - The location was great because it is 20 min walking from the center, and the street that take you to the apartment it is full of stores and supermarkets, so it’s very convenient. The bathroom has a problem with the drain, so whenever we took a shower the bathroom would flood.

• Urska (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment with everything that you need for your stay in Tirana. It is brand new and is well equipped. Close to the city center. It takes about 15min walking or you can take a bus. Bus stop is just 1min away from the apartment. I am highly recommending this apartment for your stay in Tirana.
