Richard (9/5): Superb - The security and safety. There is no routine regarding protocols when the fire alarm goes off. All guests checking in should be informed of what to do in case of a fire alarm. There should be information on evacuating routes, and all stairs should be marked with numbers of the floor, so one knows what level they are on in case of emergency.
