• Amanda (10/5): A lovely stay in a great location. - The apartment was lovely and every thing you would need was provided. The location was nice and quiet but only 5 minutes walk from a big supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the Marina.

• Wojcik (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at LA Malvarrossa. Nice quiet area close to Marina and local mini supermarket. House was clean, cosy and very well equiped. A balcony was a nice bonus to seat in the evening with a glass of wine 😉 We are a family of 4 and unfortunatelly the hot water was running out when everyone was taking a shower.

• Catherine (7/5): Enjoyable overall, but wouldn’t return to this residence due to the noisy neighbours. - The house had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The complex is partially residential and mostly empty so it was ‘generally’ peaceful and quiet around the pool area during the day. We tended to cook for ourselves and the house had everything we needed to do this. There is a fairly large supermarket close by which had enough for us to be able to cook most things. The Marina is really lovely, quite picturesque with a number of restaurants and bars, though they don’t really stay open very late, which for us, was okay. The management company were really helpful when we had a few minor issues. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, we stayed for 3 weeks but think one or two would have been better in hindsight, it was too long in such a quiet area. Due to a young family living next door, it tended to be noisy early in the mornings when they got ready for school, and when they returned in the late afternoon/evening until they went to bed. Consequently, we could hear everything through the walls as though they were actually in the house with us! The family shouted at each other all the time and the youngest boy cried a lot! Also, as you’d expect from young children, they ran up and down the stairs and banged doors! We tend to cook for ourselves at night so this was a problem for us, but if you intend to go out to eat, then it probably would be fine. The Marina is lovely but be warned the walk, although not far, is fairly steep so the walk back is uphill and might be a problem for some. Not many people frequent the pool as it’s absolutely freezing. I hated it, but my husband perservered every day saying he was going for his ‘slush puppy’ swim…. It’s that cold!!

• Josep Miquel (10/5): Impecable allotjament a Lanzarote - La casa és perfecte per quatre hostes, àmplia, lluminosa , ben equipada , moderna , no hi falta de res. En el nostre cas particular ens hauria anat millor que una de les habitacions disposés de llits separats però això no treu que l'allotjament és dels millors en que ens hem allotjat .

• Brian (9/5): Superb - Probably the best villa within the complex due to the closeness of the pool and sun track thru the day. There is a good vibe around the pool from 10am to 7pm. There is a new Superdino in Calero now which is fantastic. Obviously there will be noise from residential families next door and behind which to be fair was minimal but noticeable. Toilets running and getting kids ready for school from 7am each morning. You do get used it.
• Eyal (9/5): We had a great stay at this villa. The location was great , and the house had everything we needed - The location was great close to everything we wanted to explore There was occasional noise from nearby villas , but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment.

• Laura (2/5): Extreme lack of signal/wifi - Clean, good location No WiFi for first 4 days of the trip, 2 routers brought round from staff but neither worked, no normal 3/4/5G signal in the apartment either meaning we had to go to cafes to work, staff unhelpful asked to leave keys in lockbox for the WiFi engineer to use - not safe!

• Tina (8/5): Great property in lovely area - Really lovely property. Very well equipped. Very comfortable and it provided everything we needed. Decorated really well - I loved the plant in the shower room. Wish I could fit one in my bathroom at home. It felt loved unlike so many rental properties where they feel cold and bare. This one felt like a real home. TVs great too. Wasn’t anything negative inside. The property was so nice but I have to mention the lack of outside space. The sunbathing area is not large and you felt very close to everyone. It seemed like a residential area more than holiday complex, and the children would play right outside the property and obviously because they are children they would make a lot of noise. As they should, and I appreciate they didn’t have anywhere else to play but it did disturb us.
• Julie (8/5): Good location. Tidy property. Pool freezing and cleaners entering without ringing doorbell unacceptable. - Location No luggage storage facilities on departure. The pool was freezing cold. Cleaners arrived and opened our front door and entered property at 0915 on day of departure when departure was not until 1000. They did not ring the door bell first they just entered with their keys. This is not acceptable and needs to be rectified for future guests.

• Suzanna (8/5): lovely relaxing stay in modern property - Overall an extremely lovely & relaxing stay. Spacious, modern property. Great location and lovely quiet residential area. Kitchen had every utensil you could possibly require for self catering. Would definitely stay again! only issue was the lack of hot water during stay
• Surinder (7/5): Good - The accommodation is clean and comfortable with all eminites present. It is a quiet resort, as most of units are rented by locals. Local restaurants are 10 minute walk to the marina. Car would be useful to travel around the island. One issue that really disappointed us was that hot water heater is inadequate. One 5 minute shower is just possible. We complained about this but other than coming to check the boiler, there was not much they could do. One of the staff in fact did say the boiler needs to be upgraded to sort out the problem. Any compensation for the inconvenience caused was not entertained. I would not come here again, simply as the staff were not prepared to budge a little. There is no staff at the resort and any communication is through messaging which can take 24 hr responce.
• Rhona (9/5): Lovely well equipped and reasonably priced apartment. - Spacious, very clean with easy access to a large pool. Well equipped . Bedroom air conditioning didn’t work properly
• Susan (10/5): Fabulous villa ideal for couples who like peace and quiet but close to memories. - Perfect holiday home in peaceful location. Immaculately clean Well equipped with everything you need Puerto Calero is peaceful and in the centre of island road networks so very convenient for visiting other places The Port has many lovely restaurants and cafes plus some nice shops including designers Gucci, Balenciaga, and more fir those who shop! Recommend this villa for peace and quiet. Lovely Spanish families live here all the time and are very welcoming and tolerant of the tourists. Important to hire a car to see the island. We booked again before we left!!! Nothing
