• Fleur (10/5): Traumhafter Urlaub in Rovaniemi - Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man vom Flughafen Rovaniemi in 10 Minuten am Ferienhaus. Das Weihnachtsmanndorf ist in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Viele Supermärkte und Tankstellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Stadt und der Berg Ounasvaara sind schnell erreichbar und toll zum erkunden. Unsere Enkeltochter hat sich sehr über den zur Verfügung gestellten Schlitten und das Snowboard gefreut. Der Vermieter antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten, die Kommunikation mit ihm ist sehr angenehm. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Für Ausflüge ist Ranua mit dem Artic Zoo ( 1 Stunde) entfernt oder Sinettä zum Snowvillage ( 30 Minuten entfernt) wunderbar erreichbar. Fährt man aus Rovaniemi hinaus sind bei entsprechender Sonnenaktivität fantastische Polarlichter zu sehen. Reisen wir nochmal nach Rovaniemi, werden wir die Villa Ruudolf auf jeden Fall anfragen.

• Jihyun (10/5): - 사진과 그대로예요!! 정말 아늑하고 깨끗한 숙소였습니다. 산타마을과 로바니에미 시내와도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 근처에 마트도 두군데나 있어서 식재료 사오기 편했어요. 호스트와의 연락도 잘 돼서 편했습니다. 특히 마음에 들었던 건 사우나 시설이었습니다. 핀란드식 사우나는 처음이었는데 너무 좋아서 3일 내내 했어요. 가족들이 정말 좋아했습니다. 최고의 추억을 만들어준 빌라루돌프~~ 이번에 오로라를 못봤는데 다음에 또 핀란드에 오게 된다면 또 묵고 싶은 숙소입니다! 식기세척기 작동법을 제가 잘 몰라서 따로 가져간 주방세제와 수세미로 설거지를 했어요. 어차피 집에서도 손설거지 해서 저는 그리 불편하진 않았는데 혹시나 다음 손님이 식기세척기 쓸 때 어려움이 있을까봐 작동법을 매뉴얼에 추가하시면 유용할 거 같습니다!:)

• Rickey (9/5): Super fijn huis, dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden - Het huisje had een perfecte locatie, erg dichtbij het Santa claus village. Het was erg schoon en het huisje was was van alle gemakken voorzien. Een fijne keuken met alle benodigdheden. En zelfs een wasmachine. Het is ons super goed bevallen! Eigenlijk niks, we zijn heel erg tevreden.

The property is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, cozy and relaxing stay. The surroundings are peaceful and private, making it the perfect place to unwind, while still being conveniently located. The outdoor spaces were especially enjoyable, and the attention to detail throughout the villa really stood out. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily return and highly recommend Villa Ruudolf to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. The only minor issue we experienced was with the shower drain, which didn’t drain very quickly, causing some water to remain in the shower and drain slowly. Aside from this small point, everything else about the property was excellent.

Facilities were very nice and the owners left some welcome treats and made Xmas tree which added a special spark to our stay and I thought it was a nice gesture, always promptly to help and quick to answer and give any info or tips.We will certainly come back Overpriced during December,check out is very early

• Wiebke (10/5): Man fühlt sich direkt wie daheim - Es war absolut perfekt für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder! Es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben es genossen, zwischen den Ausflügen in die Unterkunft zu können! Wir haben die gut ausgestattete Küche und das Zusammensein am großen Tisch geliebt! Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht und man fühlt sich sofort zuhause!

• Anna (10/5): - Das Hauschen ist wirklich sehr schön und ideal in Rovaniemi gelegen. Das Bett unterm Dach hat besonders unserer Tochter (9J) gefallen, die sich da zurückziehen konnte. Die Sauna war eine schöne Abendbeschäftigung für die Kinder. Zum Santa Clause Village fährt man nur ca 8 Minuten und auch ins Stadtzenzrum bzw Flughafen ist es mit dem Auto ähnlich weit. Es war wirklich alles top und wir können die Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen der einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort zu zweit odermit der Familie sucht. Der Gastgeber war auch jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns geholfen, als wir Fragen hatten.

• Thea (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a quiet area - This apartment is incredible. It's spacious, clean and so nicely decorated. We loved everything about it. The location is also great, we were able to see the northern lights just outside the door. The only negative thing is that we stayed only one day and we didn't have the time to enjoy the beautiful sauna! :)
• Emma (10/5): A great stay with three young children! - Had everything that you would need, it was clean and a 5 minute walk away from a supermarket and petrol station. It was in a convenient location from Santa Claus Villlage, the airport and Rovaniemi town centre. Was around £15 in a bolt taxi to the Arctic circle and Santa Claus Village. The price of this property was really reasonable compared to some of the others we looked at.
