Guest Reviews
- Thurai (10/5): Best ia good and easy accessible for public transport - Stafff Friendly.and goood
- Profaqua (2/5): We will never return to this hotel! - Right from the entrance, there was a very strong smell of feet! We found this place very dirty. The lights were broken in the room. There was only one toilet available for guys. The hotel did not provide free towels for the shower! But there were plenty of restaurants around the hotel! - Idham (10/5): Exceptional - Good Haha
- Vivi (1/5): Bad - The whole hostel smelled pretty bad, one of the employees walked around in her pyjamas and was basically sitting on the couch all day. If you asked her about something, she was bothered. The showers & toilets look like they are never cleaned, it was pretty disgusting.
- Thurai (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - Staff was good
- Mr.purushoth (1/5): Bad -
- Siam (7/5): Good - There were travellers around the world so we had a great time together. The staff of the hostel was quite friendly! The location is not for nightlife & it will take around 12 rm fare in grab if you want to go to bukit bintang.
But the metro station is 5 mins There were total 2 toilets for men and one was under maintenance.
- Kcziah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hamza (4/5): Disappointing -
- Nurul (1/5): Cheap stay, rude volunteer & maggots - The work table, the socket at each bunk and the water dispenser. Volunteer Jane was extremely rude, lacking respect for paid guest. She lacks boundaries and gives her unwarranted opinion. She is of questionable character - sharing her experience being handcuffed, her jail time and speaking about her drug addict father with other guests. Other female guests and myself felt unsafe with our belongings with her around - even when she comes into the room.
At many occasions during my 5 day stay, she hogs the sofa that paid guests are unable to enjoy the seating for movie viewing.
There were also maggots crawling in the shower which was informed to Dawood - another volunteer.
Although the facilities itself is value for money with the basics - a bed to sleep in, air-conditioning, hot shower and a table where guest could use their laptops for work, I wouldn't stay again with I'll mannered convicts as volunteers.

- Mieke (6/5): Weird smell. good enough hostel. convenient location. - The location was convenient and the hostel was a good enough hostel. Expectations were et and the bathroos were nice and spacious. The showers were hot an pleasant. i had a very strange run-in with a roommate that left me feeling like it was time for me to go. Also the whole hostel has a funny smell. which i did see in the reviews but didn't really expect it to be so present. it kinda smells like feet and mouldy.

- Forbang (1/5): Thankfully there's other places to stay. - Owner to this day has not responded to my multiple messages about my booking. Took my money and wouldn't refund me despite all the advertising on his Q and A regarding late night check ins. Waste of money No communication. Very quick to take my money but ignored me when it came time to actually provide a service. Thank you
- Jane (1/5): You get what you pay for. Dirty cheap place. - Nothing. Maybe location. The staff was nice but their being nice doesn't offset the horrendous condition As soon as I opened the locker I saw a cockroach running around so I closed it right back.
The room is dirty, no window, no ventilation. The hostel building (or the floor it's on) doesn't seem to be built for residential purposes. Maybe a warehouse. I booked for 4 nights and left after 2 nights. The pictures are absolutely misleading. Avoid at all cost.

Laundry facilities The chairs and outside area smelt of sweat like it hasn’t been cleaned or aired for ages
Staff need to be serious to keep it clean, at least every few days and ventilate everyday
One bedsheet wasn’t changed and they only knew when I complained it had stains and something solid sticking on it, I saw a pillowcase with a huge hole

Plan to stay there again if I'm staying in KL again
