• Cristina (3/5): - The only positive aspect is the location - it is in a nice area, very close to the airport, with a bus stop nearby and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Unfortunately, our stay in this studio was not very pleasant. The studio was not cleaned properly — there was dust everywhere, the toilet was unstable, there were no hand towels near the sink, and the trash bin had some dirty stains on top. We also had issues with hot water: to take a shower, we had to wait at least 15 minutes for the water to heat up. In addition, the water pressure was so weak that it was very difficult to take a shower. The bed was very unstable and squeaky. On top of that, we had ants - I don’t know where they came from, but they were crawling all over the floor. There were likely bed bugs as well, as I was badly bitten. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this studio could offer a much better experience for future guests.

• Kevin (3/5): Thus place is poor. Relatively clean but basic, no amenities at all - This is just a garage attached to a house converted to a bedrrom There was no TV, no comfortable chair to sit on and the water heating system did not work

Todos los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios aparte de ser insuficientes. Nosotras solo lo queríamos para dormir, pero hacer vida ahí no es viable, ni siquiera hay una mesa para comer. Demasiado caro para lo que es.

I've stayed at your hotel before, but now I'll be a regular customer. Put more bags for me to throw the trash in, and the only thing missing from that building is a television.

• Sydney (8/5): Good place for solo travelers looking to crash overnight. - Property owner was quick to respond to my questions. The tap water there is potable. Instructions for heating are easy to follow. Needed a place to crash by the airport for a night and it did the job great. Location easy to find in a cab and close to a bus stop. There’s a cute park and a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Place was very clean. Front lights were off when I arrived so was a little cautious in the dark, but everything was fine. Property owner messaged instructions on how to lock the door - it took me a second to figure out, but once locked the door feels very secure.

• Debra (3/5): If all you need is a place to sleep and you aren’t bothered by cleanliness then this is a good option - Accessibility… I am currently on crutches and the parking was right in front of the door. It wasn’t clean at all. Floor didn’t look like it was cleaned in a week and we weren’t sure if the sheets were changed since the last person either. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the room was a lot smaller than it looks on the photos. Also the shower is in a closet rather than in the bathroom with the toilet and the sink, so extremely awkward if you want privacy. Also the door was very drafty, so definitely need to have heat on over night if it’s at all windy or cold out. The ad states there is a sofa, but there isn’t, not even bedside tables.

• Keltie (1/5): Bad - -door-system needs much improvement, as does the heating. Why not place a detailed instruction list within the facility? Current instructions on-line do not facilitate user’s comfort, in any way. Not a positive way to be introduced to the awesome city of Dublin.

• Chantelle (2/5): Unfriendly host, Not a good bang for your buck, hard beds, no heat until early mornings, - The location was close to airport Not worth the cost, host was uninviting, unit was not ready when I requested it I was left to stand out the in the freezing cold rain for approximately 2 hrs when the host confirmed check In time was ok, the unit was freezing all night long no heat and the directions they provided for the heat did nothing, the heat finally came on around 4am. The host did not respond in a helpful or friendly manor. There was no proper privacy as they had access to the unit with no proper lock in between unit and their door. The bed was hard and woke up in pain. Do not recommend. Not worth the cost. Lock on door does not work and could not properly lock door without fooling around with it. This place is not a value for your money and overpriced

• Jan (5/5): Small but fine after some suggestet adjustments. - Perfect location just 4 minutes drive from the airport. Cute and nice looking. Tiny but functioning kitchen. Clean. Tiny room, when you shower there is no place you can put your clean clothes OR towel. Very small bad for 2 adults, for me not comfortable at all, but that’s probably a matter of taste ( subjective feeling). The towel ring and toilet paper holder were ripped out of the wall = not usable. Automatic light and ventilator turning on automatically, the problem is, it turns on just all at once and switches off after few seconds = (while you are siting in the toilet or washing your teeth) and you have to constantly move around so that it doesn’t switch off. It is possible to turn on the heating for max 3 hours, so you are pity during the night, cause you will either stand up in the middle of the night to switch it on for next 3 hours or you wake up in the cold cold room. No shelfs in the bathroom to put your stuff on. The is just a true and honest list as a reminder for the owner who could easily fix those smaller issues to make the stay for the next customers much more pleasant for a penny. • Mari-liis (7/5): Good - Everything was nice and clean, had onsite parking, is close to the airport if you are arriving late in the evening or need to catch an early flight. Very good price in comparison to the average in Dublin. It is a tiny reception room on the ground floor in a so-so neighbourhood which has been refurbished as an apartment, so it is fairly tiny and more a place to crash for the night than enjoy a wholesome holiday. The light in the toilet automatically goes off in like 15 secs, was pretty uncomfortable. Had a cold shower in the morning, probably should have woken up earlier to turn the booster on in time.

• Johnny (4/5): The above remarks would not cost much money to sort - would go back then. - Traffic noise too loud. Bedside lockers would be appreciated. Find some way of anchoring the bed to the wall. Bed moves forward if you sit up in it to read. Spend a few euro to make the room decor somewhat attractive - it's a bit industrial as it is. Even a small TV would be appreciated. Floor could have used a good sweep but no brush available.

Host left tea/coffee but no milk. Early check out time. Not very ‘homely’. Have stayed in annexes (converted garages) before where a lot more thought has gone into stylish decor and comfortable furnishings.
