• Sigrid (10/5): An excellent villa featuring a large heated private pool - The heated private pool was amazing: large and warm, making it perfect for swimming even on less sunny days in April. The garden was nice and the house was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Shops, a supermarket, and several restaurants were just a few minutes’ walk away. -

• Ian (10/5): Sunny Villa April 2026 - Really good family villa, we all really loved the outdoor space and the swimming pool was amazing. The indoor kitchen was a good size and contained everything you need for a good size family, we had 8 people. All bedrooms were good and contained a mix of double and single beds. The downstairs master bedroom was exceptional. We really liked the Inside living area, it was spacious with an Amazon fire TV and full logburner fire, which we loved at night. The location of the Villa is good, a few minutes to the local supermarket and plenty of nice bars and restaurants, would highly recommend the Great Greek. Another few minutes walk and you can reach the Habaneras shopping center which is certainly worth a visit. We were really impressed with the Villa manager Javier, he was very helpful and quick to respond to any issues we had. We also found the pool management really good, they increased our pool temperature to accommodate our young children. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday (13 day) we would highly recommend it. Difficult to identify any negatives. We did find the showers struggled to maintain temperature when everyone was using them together but thats just required a bit of planning. The walk into Torrevieja Town is about 1.5miles and we had to use taxis.

• Bogdanova (10/5): - The villa is amazing. We enjoyed location- not far from shops, the neighbours were really quite and we could not hear them at all. Pool was clean and very huge. We had everything in kitchen wat we needed for cooking. We suggest this house for bigger groups or families.

• Sian (9/5): Excellent villa in lovely quiet location, highly recommend - Spent a lovely 10 days at this villa, it is in a quiet residential area with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby (walking distance). The villa was very well equipped and the pool was amazing! Plenty of seating and sun-beds for everyone and air con was a huge bonus! There is a local supermarket within 5 minutes and a little further afield, an Aldi, but the local supermarket had everything we needed. There is also a pharmacy within 5 mins walk. There are lots of excellent restaurants locally and all of the food was amazing. The villa was very well looked after and super clean. Everything was in good working condition and the showers are really powerful. Javier was super quick and polite when responding to any queries and I would highly recommend this villa! There could have been perhaps 2 towels per person as we were a few short but aside from that there is nothing negative I can say about the villa. The town of Torrevieja is about 30 mins walk away, there are taxi's but we found that the local companies are not particularly reliable, with the exception of Radio Taxi Torrevieja who came to our rescue when our private transfer failed to pick us up for our return trip to the airport!
• John (10/5): The property provided everything we wanted. - The furniture outside was comfortable, there was plenty of shade when needed. The pool was excellent. We paid an additional 30 Euro to have it heated. Was uncertain about this initially but for early morning and late evening swims it was more than worth it. Would do the same again. Inside, kitchen had all the utensils needed. Living room, again comfortable. We used downstairs bedroom and had no issues. Supermarket and restaurants/bars all within 5-10 min walk. Overall, we will consider booking again. Maybe some cushions for the chairs around the table outside. But that really is a small thing.
• James (8/5): Excellent property with a large pool - Excellent property in a good location near the shops and restaurants, Private and safe . The external garden furniture, pool and some of the fixtures and fittings require updating/ maintenance to maintain a excellent experience for guests but overall we had an excellent response from Javier who managed the property.
• Stephanie (10/5): Fabulous villa with everything you need - Very spacious and clean. amazing pool. Garden really nice with sun loungers. Kitchen had everything you need to cook for 8 people. Air con good. Location ideal less than 10 mins walk to restaurants and big supermarket. Quiet residential location. WiFi was good. Getting keys and communication was good. Only downside was water system couldn’t cope with 3 showers going at once but we soon realised and staggered showers.
• Denis (10/5): Highly recommend, ideal for groups or families. - Massive pool, with a jacuzzi corner. All rooms have air conditioning. Loads of storage space. Plenty of televisions. Brilliant kitchen. Laundry room with a freezer. 10 minute walk to local supermarket, bars, restaurants. 10 minute drive to the beach. This villa will not disappoint. Maybe new pillows are the only flaw I could find.

• Declan (9/5): Superb holiday in superb villa - Good bus routes into the city of Torrivieja two lines B & G every 40 minutes. Lots of restaurants and shops closeby in Torrestas including a shopping mall - Habenaras and large Carrefour supermarket. Could walk to the marina in about 35 minutes. Pool was wonderful. Nice features including jacuzzi end and waterfall. Lights on automatically at night allowing night swims. Air con a huge bonus and included the individual bedrooms. Large communal areas. BBQ area was great with a light closeby allowing late night if necessary. Private enclosed Parking space for car. Large ensuite bedroom downstairs with lots of wardrobe space. La Mata definitely worth a visit Took us a while to work out how to cast our streaming devices onto the two large tellies. For watching occasional Olympics event. That might have been us. So no real dislikes Would definitely stay again

• Steffen (7/5): We stayed for 10 days, the pool was MEGA Big and that is a gigant + for this property and this was also the reason we ch - Very big house with lots of rooms, and a cosy corner terrasse with the possibility to close the sides and top. a very big pool aprox 14x5 meter, with seating in one end with massage. Close to the city and restaurants (all in walking distance) The house is very worn/old and needs updating. The pool waterfall and swimjet was not working during our stay. We had other pool problems sadly, but the manager was nice and Quick to find a sollution, and make it ok again
