• Laura (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent view, I had everything I needed and more. The apartment is beautiful and has so many nice touches. The lighting was amazing and made the place feel really cosy. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom and a full size kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. If you don't want to cook there are many amazing restaurants nearby and I was delighted by how easy it was to get to all of the historical sites. The Acropolis is less than a half an hour walk with lots to do along the way. Very easy to get to and Mariam is a terrific host, lots of recommendations and great directions to get there from the airport. The large windows can't be opened but it was probably for the best as it was February and a bit chilly in the evenings. In saying that the balcony was huge and more than made up for that!

• Paula (10/5): Es war ein Traum - Das Studio ist wirklich klasse - man hat einen perfekten Blick auf die Akropolis und konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen (Das Stadtzentrum ist sehr nah). Die Besitzerin Miriam ist eine ganz tolle Person - Sie hat uns immer ihre Hilfe angeboten und war immer gut erreichbar. Sie war sehr lieb und hat uns sogar geholfen, unser Gepäck in der Zeit zwischen Check-Out und Flug zu lagern. Wir haben jetzt schon Fernweh und freuen uns, irgendwann wieder dort zu wohnen. Für uns eine 10 von 10.
• Weronika (10/5): Best view in Athens - Amazing apartment with a view to die for. The host is very friendly and answers all questions instantly. The apartment is equipped with everything you may ever need. The attention to detail is great (like a mirror across the window so you see the view from each way!) . The terrace is amazing with a stunning view and if you don’t come across good whether like we did then no problem because the panoramic windows make up for it and you can still see the Acropolis all the time! There is no other place I would like to stay at while in Athens.
• Cathy (10/5): - Instructions for key collection was great. View from the verandah & room was spectacular. most importantly the host was amazing. She stored our bags for a few hours past checkout time, as we didnt have to meet our cruise till 2pm. Then she also flagged a cab for us as 4 ubers canceled because they wanted airport fares not port fare. Cannot thank her enough for that as I was starting to get a bit worried. So much appreciated.
• Gregory (10/5): Great apartment with everything you need with amazing views of Acropolis Hill - Very close to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum, literally hundreds of excellent restaurants close by even a Vietnamese restaurant nearby that was fantastic food. An amazing terrace with absolutely incredible views across a park to the Acropolis hill. The place was spotlessly clean and the host, Miriam could not do enough to make your stay so wonderful Nothing

• Claire (10/5): Fantastique emplacement. Meilleur rooftop d'Athènes - La vue sur l'Acropole: on ne s'en lasse pas. Le rooftop immense, où il fait bon en soirée et où on peut admirer le coucher de soleil. La situation centrale dans Athènes. Nous sommes restés 5 jours et n'avons jamais pris un moyen de transport. Le calme alors qu'on est au coeur de la ville. Un peu surpris de constater qu'il existe une caméra de surveillance qui permet aux hôtes de nous observer à l'extérieur. La salle de bain est vraiment minuscule.

• George (9/5): It delivers on the view. - We loved the amazing view and large roof terrace. The modern, clean, compact apartment has lots of character, and has everything you need. There is a full kitchen with all equipment and appliances. Modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. It’s very close to Psirri, central market and Monastriaki. The owner Mariam is very friendly and helpful. It’s an ‘up and coming’ area and the street is very busy. The apartment is on 7th floor but the lift only goes to the 6th floor. (we had very heavy bags!)

Super clean and cosy, well equipped and beautifully designed. Miriam the owner is a very special lady, with a warm heart and great vibe. And last but not least, the terrace, no words to describe the magical feeling you get as soon as you step in. We will come back. Soon. Everything was perfect.,

• Hui (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was exactly like the photos overlooking the Acropolis. It was clean and bright, and we felt a positive vibe as soon as we walked in. The comfortable bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning kept the room cool even on a hot summer day. It was within walking distance of the lively Monastiraki and Prysy streets, but surprisingly quiet at night. Mariam was friendly and lovely, offering us mineral water, fruit and coffee. She accommodated our request to store our luggage with her after check-out. Thank you Mariam! Nothing :)
• Gretel (10/5): Exceptional - This is an amazing place to stay in Athens. The penthouse accommodation has a whole wall of windows looking out at the Acropolis and a park across the road. And a massive rooftop balcony that would be great to hang out on if it wasn't so hot. Located in Psiri close to quirky, cool bars and restaurants. Apartment has everything you need. Teen loved the mezzanine bed. From the street we wondered if we were in the right place, but were pleasantly surprised when we got in touch with Mariam to be let in and made it up via the little lift.

• Pierluigi (10/5): Excellent place - A beautiful place, modern and comfortable. There also is a kitchen and the window is huge, so you can literally enjoy the view from every spot of the studio. All the underground lines are in a matter of 5-10 minutes by feet (red+green line from Omonia, blue line at Monastiraki), plus buses and trolleybuses stop right there on Tsaldari street.

The apartment really had everything I could have possibly needed; all was good condition and very clean and well-kept. Spectacular views of the Acropolis. Particularly from the vast rooftop terrace. Very helpful and kind host. Her positive energy contributed to my wonderful stay. Absolutely nothing.
• Lisa-fabienne (8/5): Very good - The view was great, just as shown on the picture. Walking distance into Psyri with a lot of bars and restaurants. Front door to the building was a bit tricky. Without my partner I would not of managed to open it. Building is right next to a big street, windows have to be closed at all times,but then it's fine.
• Elaine (8/5): Quite a unique experience - Nice view of the Parthenon. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Love the complimentary fruits and tokens. Too much knick knacks in the studio. Linen doesn’t smell fresh. Lift can be quite touch and go.

• Conleyclark (10/5): If you’re looking to stay in Athens, I highly recommend this studio. It couldn’t have been more perfect. - Mariam is an incredible host. She allowed us early check in, was always quick to respond, and even left us with two souvenirs. A 1-night stay isn’t long enough in Mariam’s apartment! Gorgeous view, safe building, and convenient location - within 5-minutes walking distance to the lovely neighborhoods of Psyrri and Monastiraki. The bathroom is small. But the rest of the studio is larger than I had expected!

• Kay (10/5): Wonderful and Magical - Unprecedented! I do not know if Feng shui was used in the apartment or if it was good Karma but the studio apartment was happiest apartment I have yet stayed in! And the view!! Mariam in her own time took us to a glorious square for a meal and introduced the the restaurant host. Thank you Mariam - you and your apartment are exceptional. We will stay at you again next year (and the year after, and the year after),

The apartment is also very cute, great roof top balcony and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook, clean and feel at home. Also, the view is incredible, especially at night and during sunrise. Μαριάμ, χάρηκα που σε γνώρισα :) The area feels a little rough but there are many great bus connections into the centre (e.g. line 26 going directly into Monastiraki in a couple minutes where the walk to the Acropolis starts). We were two girls so we just made sure to stay alert, but all was fine.

• Tatsiana (1/5): Bad - - I am writing this review for anyone who is considering to stay at this apartment. It will be exclusively negative, because the only positive aspect of our stay was the view of the Acropolis. First, let’s list everything that you will definitely NEED TO TOLERATE if you decide to stay here (big mistake): 1. WIFI. As mentioned in one of the earlier reviews, the WI-FI here is absolutely terrible. You will be virtually unable to upload any videos or participate in video-calls. The fact, that they have the fastest ISP is true, but it seems that the plan is the cheapest available. 2. NOISE. The apartment is located right next to one of the busiest streets of Athens, so the noise is constant and extremely loud. It doesn’t matter whether you open the windows or not, you will hear the traffic and can forget about peaceful sleep or just relaxation. 3. HOT WATER. If you prefer to shower with cold water, then no problem for you. Otherwise, entering the shower you can only pray. Sometimes your prayers will be answered, and sometimes they won't. 4. AC. Air Conditioner only pretends to function, it seems. After leaving it running on 22 for several hours, we still came back to the same hot place. Keep in mind that opening the windows is not a viable option (see 2.) 5. OUTLETS. There are plenty, but the placement is just awful. If you want to work on the laptop or use your phone on charge, you better have a really long cable. 6. ELEVATOR. The apartment is built on top of a residential building as the 7th floor. The elevator only travels to the 6th. If you are fine with carrying your luggage one floor, you better be also willing to drag it the whole 7, since the elevator might also now work, which happened to us. The staircase is not illuminated and quite dangerous. 7. TERRACE. The so-called terrace or balcony is simply a table with several foldable chairs and a sofa on the rooftop where the studio was built. No sun protection. No wind protection. No rain protection.

The host was very friendly and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay. Please note that the appartement is not in the most silent part of the city.

Mariam is really friendly and ready to help with anything. I miss this place allready! If you are sensitive to traffic noise, this is not the place for you.

Not much that I did not like. The only thing is probably the internet. If you work fully remotely, the internet is a bit too slow for decent video calls all day long.

Mariam was a exceptional host who clearly has love and pride not only for the room, your experience, but Athens as a whole. We can not express our gratitude enough. <3 The the photos are no exaggeration! One of the best views in ALL of Athens. Multiple historical buildings put on a backdrop of rolling city and breathtaking mountains. This is a amazing find for couples looking to take in the culture and have an amazing experience. Can also see the appeal of bringing family or very close friends due to having an extra small bed. Wish we had stayed longer.
