The area's historic charm and proximity to iconic landmarks like the Colosseum make it an ideal base for exploring the city. It is only two stops on the Metro train to Colosseum. With its picturesque surroundings and welcoming atmosphere, this place provides a perfect blend of relaxation and cultural immersion, allowing guests to experience the authentic beauty of Rome. The place is easily accessible from the Piramide Metro Station, which is just about 5 minutes walk. It is an ideal place for those who are attending meetings at the FAO Headquarters which is just about 14-minutes walk from the House, or if by train, it is about 9 minutes by the Metro train from Piramide Station, it is actually the next stop at Circo Massimo. FAO is two minutes from Circo Massimo Metro Station. The owner of the residence gave very good video illustrations of how to access the key to the house and also directions to the house from the gate, including how to open and close the house. It is a secure place. The place has a kitchen where one can preapare meals, all the utensils are there and clean. One can easily prepare tea and coffee in the kitchen. You can also buy your own food and come to prepare the meals. The Wi-fi is also very strong. Look at the wardrobe on top of the bed to get the Wifi access password. One needs to have the phone ready to read the directions for opening or print the directions to the house as there are some small roads crossing one another, so one can easily cross to another street confusing it with 20 Via Giovanni Miani.

- Tommy (4/5): Good place, but the shower was a big issue for the entire stay with only like warm water for short periods. Without that - Good place and tidy Hot water did not work for the shower for the duration of the stay.
- Cristian (8/5): Excelent location a 15 min walk to Circo Massimo. - Perfect for a place where you just sleep. You can also cook breakfast there is a kitchen. Shower cab may be too narrow for overweight people, luckly I am thin.
