Hans (8/5): - Goed verzorgd appartement met vriendelijk en goed personeel, Lilly kwam wekelijks het beddengoed en de handdoeken vervangen en het appartement werd ook grondig schoongemaakt. Voor vragen en problemen was de gastheer Patrick bijna iedere morgen aanwezig en was ons altijd vriendelijk behulpzaam. Wij hebben het daar 90 dagen prima naar onze zin gehad.
Antonia (6/5): - Las instalaciones no estaban mal pero la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Está alejado de calles centrales pero no mal ubicado. La limpieza, el baño olía a orina fuerte siempre que no se iba. Las toallas olía a humedad.

Franco Taddei (1/5): - Lo scarico del lavandino dell'appartamento da 3 posti era completamente staccato e quindi il lavandino non era utilizzabile. L'attrezzatura da cucina decisamente scarsa. Nei due appartamenti non ci sono spazi per pranzare. In quello da 4 posti, c'è un mini tavolo e 2 sgabelli. Sporco in abbondanza sotto i letti e i divani

Lara Magalhaes (8/5): - Anfitrião muito prestável e sempre pronto a ajudar nas nossas necessidades. Localização boa. Cozinha bem equipada O ar condicionado ser apenas no quarto o que faz com que o resto da casa seja muito quente e quem dorme na sala fica com muito calor.

Carla (4/5): - Attention aux cafards ! L’appartement était infesté, alors que j’y ai séjourné seulement 2 nuits sans jamais y manger. Dès mon arrivée, il était évident que le logement n’avait pas été nettoyé : sol sale avec du sable partout et même un fil dentaire usagé posé à côté du lit sur la table de chevet… le micro-ondes pleins de sauce tomate. Quand j’ai signalé la présence de gros cafards, on m’a littéralement ri au nez en prétendant que c’était de ma faute car j’aurais laissé une fenêtre ouverte, ce qui est impossible, puisqu’il n’y a aucune ouverture vers l’extérieur et que je n’ai rien ouvert pendant mon séjour. Le personnel était nonchalant. L’endroit n’est pas sûr pour une femme seule. Je ne recommande pas du tout, il y a bien mieux ailleurs à Santa Maria !

Maria (8/5): Adorei a minha estadia.voltarei Concertesa e recomendo - Bom apartamento,espaçoso com uma localização muito boa,arejada,perto de tudo e acima de tudo,fica numa zona tranquila Não gostei do sofá cama,é muito pequeno e um pouco desconfortável,a curtina da sala tem ser escura para evitar a entrada de luz e sol para quem dorme na sala, o apartamento não tinha sido limpo,era visível o chão de td o apartamento que estava suja,mesmo o prédio em si,precisa de mais atenção a nível de limpeza . Este não foi uma critica mas sim uma sugestão para melhorar porque o sítio tem uma grande potencial para quem está a pracura de um sítio tranquilo para família

Just 10 minutes walking 🚶‍♂️ to the center or the beach ⛱️ 2 supermarkets near to the apartment .. *The T.v .. no channels.. u have to connect with wifi and play only YouTube.. *The shower is new and good but the water go out and u need to dry it Except this .. everything is amazing 👏
