• Sara (9/5): Great property, fantastic location - We have previously stated in the street before and love the location. You are able to walk to all amenities and enjoy the proximity to the bars and restaurants without any noise. The house is lovely and the outside area was great for us travelling with young children. It was really handy this time having beach/pool towels available to use. We were offered a mid stay clean but at an extra fee, given we did 12 nights we felt this should of been a free service
• Ben (8/5): Brilliant villa in a great location - Nice modern villa with everything you need to make it home from home, and a short walk into the town. We would happily stay there again. As previous reviews have said. The pool needs to be re tiled as a lot came loose. This didn’t stop us using the pool though. Also take a tea towel to dry the dishes.
• Jamie (7/5): Good - A beautiful, modern villa with great facilities. The beds were comfy, pool area was perfect to relax, location just a 10 minute walk from the pier and the beach. It was a shame that some basics weren't provided (bin bags, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper - things you need a few of but don't want to buy a whole packet) and a welcome pack of bread, milk etc (we arrived at midnight and had to wait till morning).

• Linda (10/5): Holiday - It’s was a lovely villa Hi, had a great holiday. Villa was fabulous just a couple of small details that could be rectified , didn’t seem to have any tea towels we brought one and left it behind for use of others, in the showers upstairs if you stayed in it for more than two minutes would flood, and glass doors where really dirty , we bought some beach towels they’re all clean left in the wardrobe upstairs and some Lilo’s are in the barbecue cupboard. Hopefully somebody can get some use from them. didn’t spoil our holiday we had an amazing time hopefully come again sometime in the future many thanks.

• Tony (10/5): Great family holiday - Really good location. Facilities are excellent pool was very clean  Great for whole family to be together Very comfortable sunbeds with parasols Only a 8 minute walk to the Main street with all the bars & restaurants Beach is also 10 minute walk away with lots of restaurants The ice cream van comes round once a day Very comfortable sunbeds with parasols two outdoor seating areas, one in the Sun and one with the table in the shade  Villa management service excellent answered all emails very quickly. Had problem with Aircon was sorted out within three hours. This was Villa number one minor issue with a bit of noise from the road 
• Duaine (2/5): Very dissapointed with the villa and La Mer Homes - Location was great we actually stayed here a few doors down with Imagine Villas 18 months ago and had an amazing time. Very disappointed with the villa and La Mer Homes, the image on the screen was not the villa we stayed in for starters, although we did know what to expect as we had started a few doors down 18 months ago. We had numerous issues with this Villa and found it to be dirty, not well maintained and unsafe. it was around 34-35 degrees on arrival and we found that one of the bedrooms air-condition was not working at all, we reported it on the Friday and it did not get fixed until the Monday, in that heat it led to some very uncomfortable nights. the ground floor toilet door was broken of the lower hinge and whist this was attempted to be fixed it meant it wouldn't not close properly and we was informed someone would come and finish the job, this never happened whilst we were there. walls were cracked and dirty, curtains we off th trail in one of the bedrooms and a number of towel rails were loose. The pool where do we start, the positive th water was warm, although the pool was filthy! we had a couple of children's floats and these were covered in grime, the tiles surrounding the pool were extremely dangerous when wet, we had three occasions where a 70 year relative fell and injured herself, and our child slipped over more than once which led to tears, thankfully that's all it was. this could have quite easily led to some serious head trauma and or broken bones. the issues we had was th steps had no grips on and were also coming out of the ground at the top, very unsafe to access and egress the pool. this was reported and again no action taken. Whilst this final point we accept is not a reflection on La Mer Homes it is still one to note, we had some very young noisy neighbours who were playing loud music and partying at 3-4-5 in the morning. we did report this and was informed they had spoken to the other management agents and we were advised to call the police.
• Natalie (7/5): Lovely area and located villa. For the price we paid the little repair jobs that need attending to and the pool needed u - The location was great, was plenty of space and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. The property was a little run down with lots of little things that needed fixing. The pool was missing lots of tiles, which one of the gust hurt there foot on. I emailed about one of the air cons not working properly and some of the repair but but got no response from the property.

• John (10/5): best Villa we have stayed in, wil definitely come back again - fantastic property, everything you’d want for a villa, centrally located to the town centre just 5 minutes walk to the town or the beach. what was there to dislike….. nothing
• Christina (7/5): It was a nice villa in a walkable area from the main Protarus strip. - It was a nice villa, very spacious and good outdoor space. The kitchen was well equipped and it had a modern design. The downstairs space was open plan and well laid out with dining and seating area as well as having wifi. There was a huge amount of wardrobe storage in each room. It had a nice large pool and pool area with plenty of seating and loungers. The sun came around the covered seating area in the early morning then over the pool and lounging area for most of the day, with the pool itself becoming shaded late afternoon. Within the bedrooms there was not any surfaces to use to get ready as it consisted of 2 bedside tables and a wall of wardrobes but no other chest of drawers or dressing table so we ended up balancing make up and hair stuff on top of our suitcase so we could use the full length mirror. The modern sink design in the bathrooms also meant there wasn't any space to put anything to use that mirror. Unfortunately even though we turned on the pool heater, the pool was still too cold to use but this was also partly due to the time of year that we visited.

• Natasha (8/5): Very good - nice villa very clean pool not heated, was unable to use the pool as kids turned blue going in. This was really unfortunate as was one of the main reasons we booked here.
• Mark (5/5): Villa 18 - The privacy, of villa 18 had so many issues first few days and the staff at la mer Homes were helpful sorting out the problems. Curtains hanging off the rail , dirty windows and dirt all down the banister , burnt iron and ironing board couldn't use first night , hairdryer wasn't attached to the wall and the pool was missing so many tiles which made it look awful for a property of that age and filter was missing in pool that then had sharp edges on it . Most things were sorted next day , filter took 4 days but the pool tiles can't be rectified till next year so not a patch on villa 1 which was 10/10
