• Sanita (8/5): As advertised and convenient - It was clean, very convenient close 10 min walk to the train station and other facilities . Nothing to note
• Jade (6/5): Not the best but not the worst - Overall was satisfactory. Host let us check in early which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. House was overall okay. Could’ve done to be a little cleaner. Dust in places which set off allergies. Unsure if pets have also been there previously as my son had difficulties with allergies too. Kitchen appliances - oven/grill was unusable it was that dirty. Air fryer also the same, started smoking when we put it on because it was dirty so couldn’t use it meaning the breakfast food we bought went to waste as we couldn’t cook it in oven/air fryer. Location wasn’t very nice either. Very busy street and had 2 disagreements with neighbours over parking.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - it was one of the best houses we have stayed in, the space was big and clean, there were two large rooms, a very nice kitchen and living room, as well as the Garden, the house smelled nice, we were very satisfied, we would definitely choose it again

Enough free parking spaces around and a private garage at the back of the property. The host was very nice. He even allowed our request to check in at 2pm rather 3pm. Overall a very good stay. Will be staying here again definitely. Everything was top notch.
• Olivia (3/5): Disappointed.! - We like the parking and where the property was located! We was extremely disappointed from the pictures to the reality of the property, It was extremely smelly as we walked in and lingered the duration of the stay. Also we think someone had come into the property when we went to work as the fridge had been turned off and we had off milk in the morning.! Plug is behind the back of the fridge! Seems strange when we was at work and come back to the property it was off! We felt a bit violated with our privacy and belongings! We was disappointed with the hot water in the evening. It seems to run out very quickly.!
• Ben (5/5): Passable - Tv Parking , neighbours and no bedding for sofa bed! Was told to ring when I was going to need these items so I rang before I wanted to go to sleep and got no answer. Why not just tell me at the time when I first asked. Owner then rang back 1hr later at which point I had fallen asleep using the towels
• Ogara (10/5): My stay there was one of my best experiences - I’m really happy with my stay at Mallard house. It was a last minute booking and I got to the property quite late in the night but despite the lateness the host was very communicative. He remained contactable all through, responded to all my enquiries promptly and made my check in seamless. The house is so beautiful. It must have been refurbished recently ‘cos it’s so neat. Every furniture in the house seems new including the beds. Such a nice place and a nice host. I will definitely be staying here again.
