- BERNARD (3/5): insatisfaction des prestations - l'emplacement avec vue mer, malgré tout les problèmes, la personne intermédiaire a fait ce quelle pouvait Plusieurs problèmes importants ont fortement nui à la qualité de notre séjour et ne correspondaient pas aux prestations annoncées lors de la réservation : piscine impropre pendant la durée du séjour( eau trouble et verte), lave vaisselle en panne pendant tout le séjour, téléviseur en panne, changé au bout de 2 jours , pas d'eau chaude pendant une journée (bouteille de gaz vide), volet d'une chambre ne pouvant être fermée (trop petit laissant un jour de 15 cm). l'ensemble de ces désagréments a eu un impact significatif sur notre confort et sur la qualité générale de nos vacances, au regard de ces manquements nous sollicitons un dédommagement financier raisonnable en compensation du préjudice subi. Nous vous remercions de bien vouloir revenir vers nous rapidement avec une proposition de remboursement amiable. - Frans (8/5): Villa mooi uit zicht mooi zwembad perfect op paar mankementen na perfect - Uitzicht en zwembad Dat de afzuiger kapot was de kraan van de keuken zat los dat de stofzuiger het niet doet.dat we minimaal 1 week hebben moet wachten dat de tv het niet deed en het internet.lamp van de huiskamer sprong aan en uit.en dat de man waar we mee uit checken niet zo heel vriendelijk was ivm dat Savonds iets met de vaatwasser was waar wij ‘s morgens de laatste dag pas achter waren gekomen.waar wij niks aan konden doen een boze uitdrukking had om dat er mensen kwamen die dag en dat wij het niet eerder hadden gezecht.en dat hij in het begin zij dat wij het moesten betalen dat vonden wij niet zo netjes!de vrouw daar in tegen met in checken die geef ik een dikke 10👌🏼en de service van de vrouw was top
