• Elena (10/5): Ottimo punto d' appoggio per visitare Edimburgo - L' autobus per il centro città ferma davanti a casa.La casa è molto spaziosa, i letti sono comodi e ci hanno fatto fare il check-in anticipato senza problemi, visto che la casa era libera. Tutto ok.

• Sandra (8/5): - It was quiet, even though you were really close to a busy part of town. Close to shops and murrayfield Was up 2 flights of stairs, bed was comfortable just a little short for my partner who is 6'3".

• rachel (10/5): Wonderwall - The host was lovely, the apartment was nice, location was spot on. The bed was so comfortable. We had a little hiccup and the host sorted it straight away and even dropped off a box of chocolates for us. Would definitely return. Thank you.
• Sandrine (10/5): Ce fut parfait 👍🏻 ! - L’appartement est au calme, très lumineux , spacieux et très agréable à vivre. De nombreuses lignes de bus pr l’hyper centre passe au pied de l’appartement , c’est parfait ! Notre hôte est remarquablement réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui est formidable ! RAS .

• Reshma (8/5): It was perfect for a short stay to visit our daughter at university.I would recommend it - The property was clean and well presented with good facilities. The location was not central but it was an easy 10 minute ride into Old Town.

It was a wonderful stay for us as a family. I wish there is an elevator. But it was an old Victorian building. So can’t complain at all.

• Karl (8/5): A pleasant flat for a pleasant stay - The bed was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of wardrobe space. A nicely appointed and clean kitchen. The living room was comfortable with a sofa bed available. The bathroom was clean, and toiletries were provided. The flat is quite close to the O2 Academy (which was our main reason for visiting), and also close to many shops (Sainsburys, MacDonalds, Aldi). The support were easily contactable and friendly. A nice flat for a lovely stay. Flat is on the second floor if you have serious mobility issues, although the stairs are not steep. Parking was a bit limited, and a permit may be required depending on what day(s) you are staying.

• Keith (7/5): Good - Booked for gig at O2, okay location, plenty of buses nearby. Apartment decently furnished, bedroom and kitchen good with everything needed for an overnight stay. Great shower. Surrounding area a bit run down, bathroom needs a refurb.

• Tracy (8/5): Very good - Flat was clean & comfortable which was great. Kitchen was well stocked. And bed was very comfortable. The building was a bit sketchy. Old & tired but the flat was great. Need to pay for parking but there was plenty of parking available.
• Jennifer (5/5): clean before use - not what i expected - good location - clean sheets- comfortable bed washing machine was unusable due to mould growth. I had to purchase rubber gloves and cleaning products and spent over an hour cleaning the machine before i could use it. I left a receipt for the purchases and requested a refund from the host but have had no reply. The oven was so dirty i could not use it. I cleaned the microwave so i could heat food. The small freezer in the fridge was so filled with ice that i could not refreeze my travelling ice bricks. I think i should receive a refund for the cleaning component of the rental fee. The instructions to access the apartment were unclear and i had to contact the host to clarify this. From reading reviews I am not the first person to have this issue.

• Nischay (1/5): Unsafe place - The property lacked security since the communal door lacked a lock, leaving the building vulnerable to unauthorized entry. Additionally, upon entering the property, it appeared uninhabited for quite some time. Consequently, we opted not to stay at the apartment due to concerns for our safety, as we doubted anyone would be available in the building to assist us in case of an emergency. When I inquired with the landlord, he indicated that he could only oversee the apartment and not the building as a whole.
• Josef (9/5): Superb - The apartment facilities (kitchen, bathroom) and accomodation was great overall. The bed and couch are comfortable and the guest is provided with clean towels. The street and the building the apartment is in seems to be a little shady as the street is dirty and the building is old and dark. In the apartment there are two locked doors with no indication where they lead (i suppose one of them is a storage room), which for me, as a non-english person and a fan of horror stories, was a little unnverving. But this is more of a 'me' problem.

The apartment itself was brilliant but the building it is situated in was a little sketchy to begin with. The other apartments were noisy.

• Sandra (7/5): We were there only overnight so didn’t get to enjoy all that the space offered so it’s hard to make a full assessment of - It had everything you needed. Good location with plenty of on street parking nearby. The main thing was only 1/4 of a toilet roll was available. A vase of dead roses still on the table. The bed was small.

• Luana (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely everything, nothing to complain about. The flat had everything needed for short and long stays. Heater, quality internet, good TV, hot shower, comfortable bed. The host welcomed me and showed me what I needed with great kindness. I would definitely come back. the apartment was sensational, but the building is a little old and a little dark.

• Ruth (8/5): Traditional cosy Edinburgh flat in a great location. - Comfy pleasant one bed flat in a traditional Edinburgh tenement stone building. Comfy bed and living room. Clean and bright. Good location only 20mins on the number 3 bus into Princes Street in the city centre with plenty of supermarkets and takeaways locally. The host was lovely and very accommodating and stayed in touch with us before checking in and when checking out. It was good no complaints

• Pavla (10/5): Very nice apartment - Great location, just about 20 minutes by bus to Princess Street. Also, there's a lot of shops like Aldi or Sainsbury. The apartment is nice and clean. Definitely I'll choose this apartment in the future. There's nothing bad.
