• Skayline_ (5/5): Passez votre chemin - - Clim - Machine à laver - Cafetière - Petit balcon - Lit confortable - Toilettes sales - Le peu de vaisselle qu'on avait était sale, obligé de tout nettoyer avant d'utiliser - Idem pour les poêles et casseroles - Très très peu d'ustensiles, vraiment le strict minimum - Isolation pas top - Difficile d'avoir une réponse de la part des gérants, j'ai dû les harceler pour avoir le lien de réservation finale, et si un vacancier ne nous avez pas ouvert, nous n'aurions pas pu accéder à l'immeuble. - Trop cher pour ce que c'est ! Mais c'est Florence..
• Gil (6/5): - The bed was comfortable. The support on the contactless check in was fragmented and terrible, little or no support. The check in took over an hour. I've used booking in many countries and never had an experience like this. The dishes had to be washed before use as they were still covered with a film. The door handle to the apartment door came off when trying to open the door, not what I would have expected from a setting such as this or the photos.
• Krista (8/5): It was great! - The acs worked great and the beds were comfy! Also the best shower I have used in Italy! It was amazing. The property was not cleaned upon arrival and I had to reach out to the host. They came immediately but I was super upset at first. I have been sick all week and booked this location for a rest day prior to going back home to Naples.
• Jiaming (8/5): Good, bright lit, modern style, convenient - Very new and modern, the TV in the living room has free Disney plus accounts. The bed is big enough for four people. Convenient location just next to the tram station. Difficult access to the doors. Had to convene with the staff about the gate and the keys. Who unfortunately did not understand much English. So don’t telephone, just WhatsApp
• lucia (7/5): - L'appartamento è molto grande, ben distribuito e in una buona posizione. C'è una zona giorno molto spaziosa e grandi finestre luminose. Ottima pulizia. Manca qualche accortezza, come qualcosa per asciugarsi le mani in cucina (non c'è nemmeno uno scottex o tovaglioli di carta), manca il detersivo per lavare le stoviglie, non c'è nemmeno una tovaglietta di qualsiasi tipo per mangiare a casa. In camera c'è un grande televisore che copre lo specchio e sarebbe utile mettere delle lampade da comodino. Tutto molto facilmente risolvibile.

• Dechhen (10/5): - Very spacious, clean room. Value for money. Struggled at start to access inside the accomodation due to language barrier with staff. As they could not speak over the phone, but we could talk by messaging.
• Helen (9/5): A beautifully presented apartment with high standard of cleanliness. - Very modern and clean apartment. All amenities provided, including washing machine. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

• Elene (8/5): Very good - The location is great in 5 minutes distance from apartment is train station to go city center. It is very fast and cheap way to reach the city. Room is newly renovated and is clean. Staff is comfortable to connect.
• Fatemeh (9/5): Superb - Everything was great and clean. The location was perfect. The oven doesn't work for cooking. And if you need slippers for bathroom, bring for yourself. The holder give me check-in information a bit late.
