Lovely house - Location was excellent, parking nearby, beautiful views Towels could be provided and a little hamper eg tea bags, milk, bread, etc, as we travelled a long way and after carrying the luggage up the stairs, we all really fancied a cuppa! Luckily the post office was open until late evening :)

• Alistair (9/5): Beautifully presented cottage with great amenities - Fantastic location, beautifully furnished cottage with a great surf shack in the garden with stunning views across the Dart. No welcome pack, not even a tea bag which wasn’t ideal after a 4hr drive.

• Maciej (10/5): One of the best houses you can book in Kingswear. - Most amazing location we could wish for , overlooking the river straight from the window, everything at the door step basically, car park, ferry to Dartmouth, steam train to Paignton, dont have to even break a sweat it all there, house itself was a high quality decor , very comfortable high tier. And also there a little garden with tables for a evening glass of wine or so with the river view. Simply amazing and exceeded our expectations. 10 out of 10 for sure No towels, I haven’t read the instructions in separate email and ended up on the first night without towels, my bad but usually all the airbnbs i booked in my life had towels. But no big deal

• Joanne (10/5): Fantastic Christmas Time With Family! - Home from home accommodation in a beautiful location looking over the Dart towards Dartmouth. We had a wonderful Christmas week here with family coming and going. Parking is provided by the hosts at Darthaven Marina, a 2 minute walk down the steps. The property is laid out over 4 floors, has the most amazing views and is very well equipped. We loved the log burner and the heating with hive. We did lots of walks with our dog and found a couple of great places to eat close by. Highly recommend. We will be back! There was nothing that we did not like! However, if mobility is a problem for you there are steps both up and down to the property.

• Claire (10/5): Gorgeous house, fantastic location…A perfect holiday retreat 🌺 - The location of Morocco House is wonderful…views over the Dart from all front and some side windows, a gorgeous little garden and a bench right outside the front of the house. The owners of the property went out of their way to b3 h3lpfulwhat not to like!! All good…Nothing not to like 👌
