• Anonymous (1/5): It was cancelled after the owner did not respond to phones and messages. You still have my payment!! - Arrived at the property and could not get hold of the owner, they weren’t taking calls or allowing messages through Booking.com. Eventually received a message to say that they could not accommodate my booking and my booking was cancelled despite me paying and receiving confirmation. Didn’t stay at the property, due to it being cancelled after I arrived. I was left stranded and struggled to find alternative accommodation in the area. Booking.com still have my full payment for this.

• Kristína (4/5): We were a bit disappointed with our stay and did not feel very comfortable. - The location was near the tube or train station, so that was very convenient. The flat was spacious, it was clean and there was a kitchen with basic equipment - ideal if you want to make breakfast or quick dinner. Also the kitchen and living room was a nice place to hang out and have a meal or sit on the sofa. Great advantage was also a self check in, as we arrived to London in the late evening. The host responded very quickly to all of my questions. There was cold, the heaters were on max, but they were just slightly warm, rather cold. It was not enough to make the whole apartment warm. I had to sleep in my hoodie. I wrote to the host and he said, that he will send someone, but it did not happen. We were a group of four people who stayed for 3 nights and expected there would be a sofa that folds out to a bed (as it was said by the host) but it was only some kind of futon with very thin mattrace - very uncomfortable. Would not recommend the apartment for more than 2 people. The bed in bedroom was a bit better, but also the mattrace was of a poor quality. We also had to look for towels, etc. because it was not prepared for 4 people. There was mould in the barbarom drawer. You could also smell the mould in the bathroom. As mentioned in reviews before, the sink is cracked, but it was not a problem. Toilet seat is broken and fixed with tape. You must work out how the shower works and then you can have a proper shower, we had no problem with it.
• Briannah (4/5): It was disappointing and not what i would hace expected for the price, we took a video and screenshots from the video ar - The living room was spacious and kept comforting and clean The shower was broken so we couldn’t have a regular shower we would have to hold to shower head up with the other broken shower head just sat on the side of the sink, the sink had a big crack in it, the toilet seat had part of it ducked taped assuming where it was broke and the heating would be on full yet still freezing cold.
• Jarde85 (2/5): Disappointing - Location, nice kitchen, clean and tidy. Had booked for 3 people, the sofabed is a really basic futon pull out not a proper sofabed, there was no bedding or towels arranged for there being 3 of us, luckily we found the duvets and covers etc and sorted ourselves. The toilet seat was gafataped up as broken, the sink in the bathroom is cracked and the shower has had multiple dodgy repairs on it and the temperature control doesn't work so the shower was scolding hot and non of us could have a shower in the morning. I messaged the host whose response was simply ' thanks for your feedback ' no apology for nothing being set up or the shower clearly being broken which we believe he knew about anyway from his response and the obvious repair jobs on it and the toilet. Disappointing and when reaching out to booking.com for support they responded with 'we emailed the host but they didn't respond, you can contact them directly '....
• Michelle (1/5): AVOID!!!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING, DISTURBING, UNSAFE and HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH - Nothing it was disgusting, had no option but to stay in this dinghy disgusting place. Four of us having to find somewhere last minute, in an hour in London at the area we needed to be around Alexandra palace was impossible. We looked as we really DID NOT want to stay but it was that or the street. (Which may have been safer 🤣 however refused refund and thinks it’s okay to rent out a dogs after dinner place like that! That it is fine to have someone stay in a place with black mould and broken amenities and NO fire safety! Water marks everywhere Broken bathroom with leaky sink Couldn’t get to the terrace as blinds were broken had to sleep on the floor in the living room. All four of us. black mould in the bedroom, on the mattress they expect you to set up yourself and sleep on (NOT A SOFA BED) Not as advertised No smoke alarm This place didn’t even provide basics!! Not as advertised save your money and stay at a hostel or even some hole in the wall would be just as good and cheaper for the privilege. Wish I could attach photos as they would shock you to your core!
• Emily (8/5): Nacer was very accommodating for us at very short notice, we had a lovely time and the flat had everything we needed. - The flat was very spacious and as shown in the photos. It had all the bedding, kitchen equipment and toiletries we needed for a 1 night stay and we had no problems. Nacer replied to my messages very quickly and did everything he could to make our stay pleasurable. Thank you :)
