Guest Reviews
- Dan (8/5): - Deposit money is too high. Bit confused regarding this. Defficlut to unlock front door for the first time, for me to took 10minute to unlock.
- David (9/5): Well situated, clean and comfortable flat at a reasonable price - It’s all what you need, nothing to flashy at a reasonable price. Parking is on the road

- Barltrop (9/5): A nice few days in a small but comfortable apartment - A very neat compact property ideal for a couple . Everything we needed and a very comfortable bed. Nothing to dislike
- David (10/5): -
- Vicky (7/5): - Exceptionally clean and tidy. New items and accessories with a well equipped kitchen. Original listing gave the impression it was an individual dwelling in a rural location, but once the location details were shared we realised, it was in a residential area in a shared building with shared access and staircases.
The listing should be updated to inform the customer of this, especially if there are mobility or access requirements.
Photos have been changed subsequently.
We lost power on our first night, for over an hour, isolated to just our room, probably the cooker or a kitchen appliance, despite being told they were "less than 6 months old."
We tried contacting the host via the contact given online, who initially was responsive... looking for "maintenance" or "Tom" to help us.
We waited an hour with no further response, leaving voice notes as that was all that was available . We asked to move rooms as we were getting ready for a family wedding, but we were told the other rooms in the building were reserved for the following day.
We negotiated accessing another room to fix the fuse box, which my husband did himself with Tom on the phone sharing instructions.
This needs addressing within a shared building. We shouldn't have to deal with this ourselves or need to access other people's rooms to rectify the problem ourselves.
I would suggest this is a new venture, with teething problems, nothing major, but from a guests point of view, an emergency contact really should be available, and a courtesy check subsequently would have been kind.
The room itself was immaculate and clean and well thought out, but not what we had expected due to the misleading listing details.
- Helen (10/5): Lovely weekend away at Donnington topped off staying at these beautiful rooms - The rooms were very bright and clean.
Everything you needed was in the room.
- Stuart (10/5): GREAT - Everything was there that I required, spacious and very clean which makes a big difference to feeling at home.
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carol (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped The bed was a little too hard for our comfort
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toby (9/5): Cosy studio accommodation. - Well presented studio accommodation in a converted property (which we understand was the local grocer shop) in the village of Hathern, just outside of Loughborough.
- Dickinson (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy. Lots of extras The weather
- Chloe (9/5): Superb - Key codes were difficult to get into at first but once we had a key fob it was easy! Other than that it was perfect Coded doors were difficult to use at first
