- Megan (6/5): Overall a good holiday in this villa and lots of positivesbut impacted by the lack of fans & - The privacy of the pool and not having to share - main reason why we booked. Loved the bbq, and nice to sit at the terrace. Really liked the handiness of the utility room having a fridge which saved having to go upstairs to get a drink. Having 2 toilets downstairs and 1 upstairs also great, cooking facilities good too There was a heatwave during our stay and we all felt the villa was not prepared. For the first couple of days the temps were high 20s and we still struggled with the extremely intense heat in the Villa. There were ceiling fans but we found the positioning of these weren’t great, they were very small and really not powerful at all. Especially with 2 x people per room. It was really awful and we didn’t get much sleep. It was horrendous during the day and especially at night. Host & cleaner attended 15 minutes before official check out time and came in to the villa as we were taking our belongings and waiting for a taxi. We felt quite rushed and a nuisance.

- Ruth (9/5): Spotless accommodation in great location - Spotlessly clean, great location- some of the group had mobility issues, but had no problems here as flat compared to the rest of PDC. Lovely heated pool, used every day. Sharp knives in the kitchen , a rarity in rented accommodation! Plenty of kitchen utensils, all of good quality. Loved the fact that there were 3 bathrooms with showers. Good communication with owner. Only a minor issue.We were 6 adults, and it felt a bit squashed all together in the lounge, but that is something for me to take on board when booking again.

- Hilary (10/5): Villa Ardilla - Loved the pool, villa situated in nice quiet area in Puerto del Carmen but close to Seafront at the same time - shops were close too. There were no steep hills up to the property. Lovely small cove at the end of the road on the seafront, great for an early morning swim. Accommodation was clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Nothing!!
