• Ramune003. (10/5): - Ypatinka vieta. Nuostabi terasa, aplinka, vaizdas. Visiškos švaros nerasite, bet turite pajusti kaimelio atmosferą. Mums labai patiko. Gaila, jog turėjome laiko tik vienai nakvynei, nes šiai vietai pajusti reiktų kelių nakvynių. Miestelyje yra nemažai pasivaikščiojimo takų Mums tiko viskas. Terasa galėtų būti tvarkingesnė, bet mes tai priėmėm kaip vietinių gyvenimo ypatumą. Vaizdas atperka viską. Tik atlikus užsakymą būtų gerai sulaukti patvirtinimo apie įsiregistravimą. Užsisakėme diena prieš, tai teko kiek pasinervinti ar tikrai mūsų kas lauks ar galėsime patys įsiregistruoti.
• Sofia (10/5): Unforgettable for all the right reasons - Excellent budget apartment for exploring the beautiful village of Makrinitsa. Genuinely breathtaking views both from inside and from the wonderful terrace. Loads of rustic charm, very comfy and cosy, and extremely handy for local shops and main square. All you can hear is the bird song and gentle gurgle of running water nearby. We absolutely loved it but if you’re looking for high end luxury or sleek finish/all mod cons it might not be for you.

• Kostas (10/5): Spectacular views, comfortable stay - Amazing views of Volos and the Pagasetic Gulf. Huge windows, lots of natural light, and a very comfortable, well-equipped interior. The terrace is superb. Access is via a steep, pebbly traditional path about 5 minutes from the main road, not very well lit at night.

• Ludmila Sasha (10/5): - Nos aceptaron llegar más tarde de lo que decía. Nos ponía nerviosas llegar pero las indicaciones con las fotos fueron claras y se llega bien. Lo mejor del lugar son la vista y la chimenea. Es un lugar que tranquila se puede vivir y definitivamente volver. Quizá sumar una pava.

• KONSTANTINOS PANAGOULIS (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού, η εκπληκτική θέα που έχει το σπίτι στον Παγασητικό κόλπο και στην πόλη του Βόλου και το παραδοσιακό στυλ του σπιτιού με τους πέτρινους τοίχους που τού δίνει την τέλεια μόνωση και ζεστασιά. Οι λίγες και παλιές παροχές του σπιτιού, η μη ικανοποιητική καθαριότητα του σπιτιού και της αυλής, η έλλειψη υπόστεγου για τα ξύλα που όταν βρέχει τα ξύλα είναι ακατάλληλα για το τζάκι και το WI Fi που δεν υπάρχει ενώ αναγράφεται μέσα στις παροχές.
• Ελένη (5/5): - Ωραία η θέα το σπίτι σαν διαρρύθμιση Η θέρμανση είναι μόνο με air condition και με τζάκι και το air condition δεν βγάζει τόσο ζεστό αέρα ώστε να ζεσταθεί το σπίτι άμα δεν ξέρεις να ανάβεις το τζάκι. Η καθαριότητα του σπιτιού δεν ήταν τόσο καλή είχε αράχνες στις γωνιές και το μπάνιο δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο ένα χαρτί υγείας και έφτασε οριακά
• KATERINA (3/5): - Τοποθεσία και θέα υπέροχη Γεμάτο υγρασία στρώμα απαίσιο καθαριότητα μηδαμινή σκόνη απίστευτη αράχνες στις γωνιές παντού είσοδος γεμάτη ξερά φύλλα τζάκι με στάχτες απ' τους προηγούμενους μέχρι πάνω και ο γύρω χώρος παραμελημένος.

• Hervé (10/5): - Une fois que nous avons atteint ce nid d'aigle un peu à l'écart du boug, nous avons découvert, à travers les magnifiques baies vitrées de notre logement spacieux et plein de charme, la vue la plus belle et incroyable de tout Makrinitsa, ce qui n'est pas peu dire ! Merci Maura.

• Dimitra (3/5): Poor - The apartment has an amazing view of the whole city and sea. We arrived during a day with snow and the apartment was extremely cold. We tried warming up the place but the only heating method was an air condition inappropriate for such a house. We couldn’t get warm and ended up leaving the place without even staying the night. The way there was not easily accessible especially on a snowy day. I believe the house would be fine for summer but for winter accommodation I would definitely not recommend it since the air condition is clearly not enough to warm up such a place.
• Chara (9/5): Superb - The view towards the city is amazing! The house also is very cozy and well maintained! Of course you have to walk a bit from the main pathway to get to it, but once you re visiting a greek picturesque village you should expect that! The fireplace is amazing!

• Alexandra (10/5): A wonderfull view, close to city center, perfect also for families with kids. - The view is breathtaking, the house is well equipped and the fireplace is quite a nice touch. Parking is 5 min walk to the house, still, a great walk, enchanting your senses;)

• Carol (10/5): Exceptional - The kitchen and living space were great. The bathroom had some water leak from the shower but not a big problem. The entire wall facing downhill to Volos and the ocean bay was glass windows. Wonderful view and very walkable to the town. Nice visit with the owner

It rained during our stay and the roof leaked above our bedroom. - Historical building, 80-100 years old, which consists of only 1 room, about 35 sq.m. with one double bed, one sofa and a bathroom. The host had made sure that the cleanliness was good and that we did not lack basic things. There is a wonderful view from the terrace. Peace and quiet most of the time. Beautiful nature around. The village of Makrinitsa is a historical landmark and interesting to explore. The description of the property incorrectly says it has one bedroom, it is all one room and it was not suitable for our family of two adults and one 14 year old son. The sofa cannot be used as a bed, except for a small child. The main shower in the bathroom is not connected to the plumbing, you only have one small hand shower. There was a very strong smell in the house, of wood maintenance and a dirty drain. We understand that this is an old house and it's hard to keep smells out, but we had to keep the windows open all the time. The photos in the description do not show the actual condition of the property.
• Olympios (4/5): Disappointing - Excellent view There was no information book about the property which was advertised as a 1 bedroom one but this is a studio with no separate bedroom. The path leading to the property is slippery and risky mostly during the night as there is no light at all in the most dangerous part of it. The only heating was an A/C for the whole place providing very poor heating. Although there are radiators and an electric one ( plugged in)none is working. The radiators are not connected. The spa shower system is not connected as well and doesn't function. The fireplace was dirty and full of ashes.There were no woods available at the property and we had to buy some from Volos town as at Pelion mountain nobody was selling them in order to heat the house a bit. In addition, one of the four wooden chairs was almost broken. I travelled with my 22 years old daughter who used the double bed to sleep (we don'tsleep together). I chose to sleep on the sofa but there were no extra sheets nor duvet,blankets neither pillows anywhere in the room. As a result and because of the cold in the room,I had to sleep with my clothes and coat on for two nights,still feeling cold,having nothing to cover myself. I sent a text to the landlady the first night in regard to the above and called her several times the next day but there was no response at all ignoring us completely. She only sent a text the morning of checking out informing us that we had to leave by 11. We adore Pelion and have been there plenty of times but never again at this room which was so different from the advertised one and with such sn indifferent landlady.
• Lp (5/5): Not what I expected. - The view only is everything about this place. Very small bathroom. It was not cleaned. Lots and lots of hair behind the bin and toilet. Smelly. They offered the next day to come and clean the apartment but I had already done it. Kitchen Sponges where used ones.
