• marie noelle (8/5): - La décoration et la disposition de l'appartement. La salle de bains. L'emplacement a côté du métro. Très mauvaise isolation phonique des fenêtres. Appartement très bruyant et très chaud. Nous avons dû acheter des bouchons d'oreilles pour atténuer le bruit et pouvoir dormir.
• Magda (10/5): Cosy small apartment in great location - The apartment was small but got everything you need for a stay. The pillows were the most comfortable we ever had! The location was great - metro station is very close. You also have a lot of shops and food places nearby.

• Adrian (5/5): - The location was for me mainly the attractiveness. I also appreciate a lot the direct and immediate attention of the hosts for the check in and when I requested some extra information. It is a noisy area. Overall speaking, it is worth mentioning that is too expensive for a touristic apartment if you put into perspective what hotels offers in the same area.

Seguro y muy, muy cerca de estaciones de metro, lo cual facilita llegar rápido a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. El agua del baño tiene buena presión. Moderno y buenos acabados. NO tiene nada de malo. Pero si es necesario diría que el televisor es algo chico. Pero no es algo relevante, puesto que no se va a esta hermosa ciudad a ver TV. El espacio es algo justo, pero considerando que en europa no se dispone de grandes espacios para las habitaciones, para nuestros objetivo, estuvo bien.

Большие алюминиевые окна нагреваются и работают как батареи, кондиционер работает только в определенные часы днем, утром и ночью летом невозможно находиться из за жары. Сам дизайн квартиры на фото выглядит не плохо, но очень не удобно, все маленькое, мало вероятно что там 27 кв м.
• Francois (10/5): Ottima sistemazione per chi lavora a Nuevos Ministerios - Piccolo, ma per me perfetto perché ero da solo. Ha finestre molto grandi esposte al sole e l’aria condizionata non basta a raffreddare il monolocale. È una cosa veramente minima e si sopravvive benissimo lo stesso.
• Simone (7/5): A good place for a solo traveler who comes for business or leisure. Well connected and functional. - It's a convenient flat, which is well located. Despite my late arrival, I was met by a friendly gentleman. Overall, everything worked and there was nothing specific to complain about. It's a rather regular place. Having travelled a lot to Madrid, I would say that comparatively it's not ideal in terms of value for money.

• Ming (10/5): Great secure studio apartment, easily accessible. - Host (Carla) was friendly and easy to contact for the check-in and check-out process. Apartment/office complex is very secure, with security and locked doors on the ground floor, and self-locking door to the apartment (be careful not to leave your keys inside). Studio apartment is a good size. Murphy bed was easy to access, also comfortable. Foldable chairs to complement table for dining if you do not wish to use the bench. Comfy couch cushions and pillows. Clean apartment, nice décor. Washing machine with dryer function was great. Induction stove for cooking. Plenty of cutlery and tableware. Great location right next to the metro station. Bathroom could do with more hooks to hang towels from to dry.
