• Eva (2/5): Tres mauvaise expérience - La localisation était assez proche des transport en commun et pas trop loin du centre ville. La société de gestion nous a contacte une fois que nous les avions avertis des parasites et nous ont rembourses un montant de 15%, ce qui est gentil mais moindre au vu du désagrément. L'appartement est très mal isole. Le sol se décolle dans la cuisine. Nous avons découvert un nid de pigeons dans une aération de la cuisine qui laissait entrer des parasites dans la cuisine et la chambre. Nous avons été piques par ces derniers dans le lit pendant la nuit... Le canapé est en mauvais état et pas confortable. Le frigo est dans un assez mauvais état. La machine a laver est dans un mauvais état (rouillée), nous ne l'avons pas utilise. La plupart des placards de rangement sont condamnes.

• Marg (7/5): - The location was great, close to everything I wanted to do. Aircon was a bonus also. It would have been nice to be told where the light for the stairwell was before I arrived as it was extremely dark in there. I needed to use the torch on my phone to see. Directions as to how to use the TV, coffee machine and washing machine would be helpful. A microwave would have been nice also. The couch was quite uncomfortable.

• Patricia (3/5): El peor piso en el que he estado. - La ubicación. La ubicación del baño y el estado del mismo, ya que el inodoro y el bidé se despegaban del suelo, también olían las cañerías del baño. El menaje de la cocina era escaso y estaba en mal estado (sobre todo las sartenes). Piso muy caluroso y aire acondicionado ruidoso y poco eficiente. Ningún mando de la casa tenía pilas y tuvimos que comprarlas nosotras. Las escaleras de entrada no tenían luz y tenías que poner la linterna del móvil. La nevera estaba oxidada, sucia y con una enorme capa de nieve en el congelador. Poco sitio para guardar ropa, ya que los demás armarios estaban cerrados con llave. Cobran demasiado por la limpieza para como nos encontramos el estado del piso.

• Fincham (8/5): Great location and comfy - Close to station and bus stops and walking was easy to all main tourist spots Shower curtain and no kettle.
• Balazs (7/5): Over all, a place with good price-value ratio. - The place is close to every tourist attraction in Florence (the main ones at least). Prompt communication from the host. The main bed was good and comfortable. Very easy to get through the main entrance to the building, literally a button press. Relatively quite, considering the downtown location. The shower curtain does not prevent water from leaking out the shower, perhaps a later upgrade could be a shower with a door. The toilet seat and the toilet bowl itself was wobbling around as people sat on it. The floor was not clean enough. The sofa bed in my opinion was uncomfortable. As for the tourist tax, the host wanted us to leave it on the table in cash (that did not happen, I later paid it by card), this practice is neither acceptable nor safe, booking should control this better. We did not receive instructions about the operation of the lobby lights, which we figured out a day later on our own. It is extremely cumbersome and I should add dangerous to walk on the stairs without lights. The floor was not properly vacuum cleaned.

• Benedicta (5/5): Passable - Location was ok not far from the train station and city center. The stairs from the ground floor to the entrance of the apartment is very dirty and it's gives a negative impression of the place. There is a very strong bad scent in the bathroom,I guess it's from the connecting tubes.

• Gabriel (9/5): Superb - Amazing location. Everything is nearby. The owner was very kind and helpful. Instructions to enter the apartment where delivery after arrival. We had to contact the owner for instructions. Remotes controls out of battery (AC)
• Anton (2/5): Very poor - Did not like anything in this accomodation. It's not a place for guests, owner uses the half of the facilities as storage for his/her purpose. The bathroom is disgusting. Stairways are stinky. Damn air quality in the accommodation. Air-conditioning does not work.

• Mycal (2/5): Bag of dirty laundry in the door. Which was ridiculous. - No extra towels, no iron. No second wine glass, no instructions to work the TV.
• Agoston (1/5): Dissapointed. - Very bad communication with the host. I asked for an invoice and they are not responding to my request. They said they redirected my request to their office but still no answer for almost two weeks. The apartment was ok and location is good. Too bad that after you pay, they don’t respond to you any more. Verry dissapointed.

• Sherry-ann (5/5): Not worth the money - Location was near the Arno River and not far from the train station. Big windows in the living room. Sofa bed. Sofa looked dirty. Lacked any charm - bedroom looked unwelcoming. Water not flowing well in sink. No opportunity to check in earlier or leave a bit later. Stairway smelled very bad.
• Olga (8/5): Nice stay in Florence - Apartment was clean,very comfortable beds and pillows,location was great,everything is nearby. location was great,15 minutes walk from Uffizi gallery, many restaurants and shops are around,trail station is 7 minutes away walk from apartment.
• Konstantinos (10/5): I would stay again! - In an excellent and safe neighborhood, next to the center, the station and the tram to the airport. Beautifully decorated, clean, bright and fully equipped. The price was fair for the quality and location. The staircase was narrow enough to carry large suitcases and should be considered by people with mobility difficulties. We personally had no problem with that. The soundproofing is not good and curtains could be put on the living room windows.

• Adriana (5/5): Good but need improvement. - The location in proximity with city center, and the guest was responsive with our requests. The bed was not comfortable.
• Nisha (4/5): Nothing much to say. - It’s a very old property and not maintained well either. The only thing good about the property was that it was close to the station Nothing. The bedroom has some stinky smell. Also the layout of the property is weird. To get to the bathroom one has to pass through the kitchen .

• Roberta (8/5): Great location and has everything one needs for a short stay! - Straightforward check in and convenient location. Well priced and has everything you need for a short stay. Cute view from the Living room. Beds were not the comfiest, but it's also very subjective and ultimately not a big deal for a short stay. We were all woken up in the middle of the night by the boiler noise turning on. It then got really warm, which made the night sleep more complicated. Finally we were woken up again between 4 and 5 am by noisy neighbours. We have appreciated the convenience of the location and cleanliness of the flat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for short trips.

• Flavio (5/5): Great convenient, clean and easy place but it was a very unpleasant morning - Great price for city centre, clean and cozy. The Smell of sewage from the bathroom was too much. I closed all the doors that divide the bedroom from the bathroom but in the morning I woke up stuffed with that smell. They also put electric deodorant at the plug, you realise that when you wake up in the morning and you have both that pungent odours… it’s really unpleasant, I had nausea in the morning. I understand the problem with the sewage in Florence but this is really a major problem for that apartment.

• David (10/5): Comfortable short stay with walking access to locations that suited our preference. - Location was better than expected. Room to do your own thing re having kitchen and food preparation. also had a washing machine. Outlook from the apartment was good. Located just out of the main centre and comfortably away from the tourist crowds TV reception was frustrating as could not seem to open any channel. Maybe there was a technical solution not aware of it.
