- François (9/5): Un séjour parfait en plein coeur de Londres ! - Emplacement idéal, facilité d'accès, communication rapide.
Logement bien équipé, parfaitement adapté pour un séjour à Londres.
- JEAN-LUC (9/5): Very nice cozy apartment - Very good price for Mayfair (only in low season… crazy high rates during summer!…). Very cozy, large and comfortable apartment. Clean and well maintained. Much higher standards than the average London rentals. Owners are quickly responsive on the app. Secured parking at a reasonable rate (for London!) at the Sheraton Car Park 1 minute walk from the apartment. Usual negative points for central London: noisy neighborhood because of downstairs pubs overloaded with loud beer 🍺 drinkers… Also, third floor without elevator but only an issue on first and last day if you have heavy luggage (well mentioned by the owners when you book, and they offer the opportunity to cancel if you don’t feel confident with the climb with luggage). But globally very good stay in a very cozy apartment.
- Renate (9/5): Cozy little home - Very pleasant contact with the landlords. The apartment with its small balcony was tastefully decorated, spacious, and clean. It felt like a cozy home. I would gladly stay again.

- lisa (8/5): would stay here again for the lovely neighborhood restaurants - location was great for walking to all the places we wanted to go unexpected street construction project
- Linda (9/5): -
- Ann (1/5): I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE MONEY SPENT - NOTHING EVERYTHING
- pasquale (7/5): -
- Eid (8/5): - Spacious with balcony. Quick responsive staff. Location is excellent Flat 4 the door has no inside locks and the entrance code is easy to guess. The stove did not work at all. Bathroom is cold as the heater did not work either.
- Veronika (10/5): - Loved the location couldn’t ask for better !The flat was very nice and clean , great communication with the hosts.
We would definitely recommend and come back again , if we are in London in the future I wouldn’t stay anywhere else 🤩 Only thing is the gallery flooring looked unfinished it didn’t bother us bur can be fixed easily.

- CAROL (10/5): It was a very comfortable apartment in a great location. - Very comfortable space in a perfect location.
- Kerstin (9/5): Großzügiges Wohlfühl - Apartment in toller Lage!
- Yaghoobian (1/5): For anybody who is even relatively fit, I've run a half marathon and it was extremely difficult for me to get my lug - I honestly didn't like anything about the property. It was very difficult to find and it was between a coffee shop and it was up legitimately 4 to 5 flights of stairs that are steep and extremely difficult to get luggage up. There were condoms on the floor when upon entry it was old. It was felt like very much like an addict, and in the carpet looked disgusting and dusty.
- CRISTINA (10/5): Great location, great price - Everything was great and the hosts were amazing in solving and comminicating
- Colby (9/5): -
- giuliano (8/5): Viaggio indimenticabile - Posto tranquillo e molto centrale
- Konstantinos (10/5): -
- Petrus (9/5): Gorgeous flat in a great location - Very central location, easy to walk to anywhere in central London. The building is located on Shepherd Market which has lovely, lively restaurant / pub / cafe atmosphere with no through traffic so noise is minimal after pub closing times. The flat itself was airy, light and well appointed with comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.
- Johnny (8/5): Overall, a very good stay in a great location and plenty of space for three adults. - The property is located in a safe, central, upscale area of central London, within walking distance of numerous tourist attractions, shopping and nightlife.
It was clean and had sufficient linen, and towels provided. I liked that mobile chargers were available.
It’s a great alternative to a hotel if you’re travelling as a family or group of friends.
I was not bothered by any noise as some of the reviews I’ve read. The WiFi was unreliable and when it worked, it was slow compared to what one would expect from a London property in 2025. We weren’t able to reset it so ended up using mobile data.
The floor on the loft appears unfinished. I’d suggest adding hardwood flooring or at least finish the paint job.
The bathroom is very small (not unusual for London) with a slightly odd layout with the mirror above the toilet rather than the sink (due to a window above the sink). The shower door didn’t close properly and the shower mixer button was hard to move and should be fixed or replaced.
There’s no furniture on the terrace. This should be an easy and cheap thing to fix for the owners.
There were a few coffee pods and toilet paper provided, however not enough for a week’s stay. I appreciate guests may be expected to buy these items themselves, but it’s such a small cost relative to what we paid for a week’s stay so I’d rather have the price marginally increased and have it covered instead of having to go shopping.
Our apartment was in the top floor without elevator. We knew this beforehand and it’s not unusual for properties in London to not have elevators. With that said, even for three mid-life healthy individuals, it was a bit of a challenge particularly with suitcases. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again, but if your elderly or disabled, consider this.
- James (3/5): Tired - The apartment and us! - The apartment was clean on arrival.
The location is very central, convenient for access to everything. The apartment felt quite tired and in need of updating.
Extremely noisy environment, with pub-goers outside until late at night, early morning bin collections, and construction noise starting very early — it would have been thoughtful to pre-warn guests and perhaps provide earplugs.
The bed was very uncomfortable, with a large dip on one side.
The main oven in the kitchen didn’t work, and there was a noticeable lack of basic kitchen items, which was disappointing as we had booked specifically to have cooking facilities.
The TV looked like it was on its last legs, with a poor-quality picture and very slow response.
This property is rated as 4 stars; however, it certainly doesn't perform like a 4-star accommodation.
- Lewis (10/5): Perfect - Very clean, right next to everything we wanted to see, great location Nothing, was fantastic
- Adhiambo (7/5): A bright, well-located apartment with great hosts - just be prepared for some construction noise. - As a solo female traveler, I loved the apartment’s proximity to parks, public transit, and fantastic restaurants. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with my late checkout request, and the space had plenty of natural light. While there’s no dedicated work desk, the kitchen table worked just fine. Major construction nearby, with heavy trucks operating late at night (past midnight) and early in the morning (3 AM, 5 AM), even on weekends. While the hosts have no control over this, light sleepers should bring earplugs. Noise from nearby pubs dies down around 11 PM.
- Jonathan (6/5): Mayfair Mixed Bag - A real mixed bag. Amazing location in Mayfair, looking out onto Shepherd's Market, which is also it's key weakness: there is a lot of noise from the 3 nearby pubs until 11:30pm-ish, then delivery vans and garbage trucks from 5am onwards. So pack your earplugs!
The apartment was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable, but very run down.
On balance we would stay again.
- Lewis (9/5): Superb -
- Olena (10/5): It was a joyful experience of being in central London. And time of Christmas added a lot of charm to my trip. Great loc - Big windows with a view! Oh! I love the street and ease of getting anywhere I want in just 5-15 minutes of walking:)
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- David (1/5): Complete disaster never recommend - Absolutely nothing so unfortunate We had flies noise of construction all night till 7 in the morning
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- Flávio (8/5): I loved it! - Honestly, I liked everything: location, accomodation, facilities, etc... except the stairs! It was perfect. Congratulations! With the purpose of improvement, I have to mention that I got somewhat confused with the doors opening system. It happens that I received a flyer showing an old mechanical device, with 4 numbers and explanations about how it worked. But, at the same time, I received a written explanation mentioning a code of 6 numbers! Surprisingly, at the door there are 2 devices, one with 4 numbers and another with 6. I recommend to update the flyer with instructions / video showing the current electronic device that is being utilized.
- Marita (9/5): Highly recommend - Fantastic size of the apartment - just like in the photos; Excellent communication - they checked in regularly to see if there were problems; Fantastic location. We were very happy. The stairs, but that's what you'd expect for an apartment on the top level.
- Kayleigh (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (9/5): Superb - Location is amazing and nice little apartment Small bathroom but not a big deal
- Hakki (3/5): Poor - Very good location, quick reply to text by the staff Old fashion, heat insulation very poor, very limited availability of hot water. (Appx 10mins later, water gets cold)
- Clare (5/5): Pleasant , convenient would stay again . - Convenient for work and amenities Noise from the pubs and single glazed windows
- Jason (10/5): Brilliant location, nice room and cosy flat. Perfect for my two week trip in London - Location is fantastic
Cosy room
Good kitchen and utensils Bit noisy, if you’re a light sleeper maybe stay at the pub till closing on the busy nights
- Vaninna (9/5): Superb -
- Pierre (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous location, Shepherd 's market is like a little village in the heart of Mayfair.
The apartment is quite large and it has all what is needed. Host was very nice and helpful.
I certainly will come back That I had to leave... I would have gladly stayed longer!
- Kathrin (7/5): Very nice apartment but noisy neighborhood - The location on one hand side is really great; spacious, cosy, very well equipped, close to the tube. On the other hand side the neighborhood is very noisy as there are lots of pubs and restaurants around. The dirtiest windows we've ever seen in an apartment. The noise from the neighborhood and the smell of the restaurant below. Lots of trucks are un- and uploading from the early morning at 6am to late night.
- Anant (9/5): It made our trip really successful - Clean well maintained property.
Exactly as advertised.
- Qingchao (10/5): decent townhouse in Mayfair - the hotel is in the central part. The house is big, there is a spacious living room , with a TV , an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom.
The room is very lovely. Sofa and lamps are very decent. it's a little expensive. it's unfriendly for us to bring luggage to four floor without lift.
- Nicolas (10/5): Hidden hipster gem in the middle of elegant Mayfair - We had an incredible experience at Flat 2 of the Hub Townhouse. The apartment boasts considerable space, especially for London standards, featuring a generously sized bedroom, a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom. Every corner feels ample; the bed and sofa were both cozy, and the living room table served perfectly for our work needs (although we aimed to keep work to a minimum!).
The location is exceptional! Shepherd Market, a charming cobblestone enclave, is adorned with local pubs, delightful brunch spots (though I must recommend exploring L'Eto Caffe spots across London for an even better experience!), and various dining options like Italian and French restaurants. The pubs close by 11 pm, ensuring a serene night's rest, while the absence of bustling roads keeps the area blissfully quiet at night.
In the evening, the neighborhood transforms into a beautifully illuminated paradise—such a delight to return to after a day's adventures. The best part was the convenience; we could walk to Piccadilly, the West End, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Hyde Park, Westminster, and the Natural History Museum—all within a 15 to 30-minute stroll. We only needed the Tube for the airport shuttle on the last day.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive. They greeted us with a thoughtful gesture—a bottle of wine, coffee pods, tea, and an abundance of bath towels and toilet rolls, ensuring we lacked nothing during our stay. The only few things that we thought could be better were communicated to the owners who seemingly were willing to look into them - nothing important though.
- Grant (9/5): It’s a comfortable apartment in a great area easily accessible to everything - Location is great
Comfortable bed
Good size apartment
- Mike (10/5): Fantastic - Great location, very clean.
