• Rhys (9/5): Enjoyable stay - would recommend. - Easy key collection. Responsive host. Clean property. Good shower strength/heat. Lots of clean towels provided. Heating can be manually controlled as required. TV with integrated streaming services (no Spotify, but can Bluetooth connect to device). Reasonable WiFi (note, the password in the hallway is incorrect, but the one on the box works). Lots of glassware and crockery. Large decking. Lock box so easy arrival and check-out. No toilet door lock. Would recommend more forks and another tray for the oven. One bedroom only had USB-A slots integrated into the bed (plug sockets inaccessible), whereas USB-C is increasingly required nowadays.
• Janet (7/5): One night was fine - It was very elegant. The decor and oppulance were lovely House very cold. TV didnt work. Wifi password in hallway was wrong so we could not connect. Clock on wall didnt work either.
• Lisa (5/5): Disappointing that it smelt of damp only i nice house .God quality beds and furniture.neeed bit of t - I loved the bed .a quiet place to stay.host was very good with communication.little area to sit outside . .clean towels was nice.and dishwasher was helpful.liked that there was dishwasher tablets left for you and washing up liquid.the shower was nice and hot. Toilet downstairs smelt damp.and there wasn't hardly any pans for cooking or pizza tray.smelt damp.the bathroom upstairs wasn't very clean nor was the cupboards ,hence I opened them looking for a oven tray and saw they were not clean. Big wardrobe in main bedroom and beds were so comfortable.

• Tracy (8/5): Elegant house was perfect for what we needed and a good location couple of things were an issue but were dealt with very - Exceptionally clean great location great communication small issues dealt with very quickly and WiFi was very good Back door didn’t unlock but not a big issue as patio doors opened also there are locks on 2 of the bedrooms which if they shut you are locked out

• Matt (9/5): Very nice and warm stay. TV to be updated for a superb stay - Clean, modern and well laid out property. Had the family visit from sheffield and they really enjoyed it. First night was ruined by them not knowing how to use the heating so had a frosty and cold night but I sorted that out the next morning. The Tv is quite old and slow. Struggled to get the channels to work. Tried connecting a fire tv to the tv that I know works for certain and it just came up with a blank purple screen but when you moved the controls the sound was working but no picture.

• Jacqueline (7/5): Clean and comfortable stay with very attentive host. - Loved the cleanliness and the size of the bedrooms. Towels were plentiful, very large and soft. We had everything we needed. The host was on hand when we had an issue with the heating. We asked for an iron and ironing board and they were delivered quickly. The heating needs sorting, something just isn't right and it's either on or off. We couldn't get the patio doors to lock after we opened them on the last morning, just before leaving.

• Margaret (9/5): Had a lovely time in Barnstaple visiting our cousin who’s in a nursing home sadly. We were brought up in Barnstaple so e - Very nice. Clean and comfortable. Quiet with nice views from back of house to fields and hills. Harun is very helpful and responsive to queries. Easy to get in to town from the house. Would not be suitable for anyone really elderly as it has quite steep steps down to front door. (Trivial point- Could do with a washing up bowl and some egg cups and perhaps a couple more saucepans!)
