• Gerhard (6/5): Eine Enttäuschung - Die Lage war wunderbar und alles war sauber. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und der Kühlschrank extrem laut. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns der Haushund begrüßt und alle Taschen und Koffer abgeleckt- das fanden wir sehr unangenehm. Wir haben grundsätzlich kein Problem mit Hunden- aber das war zuviel..Wir konnten nicht aussteigen ohne beschnuppert und belagert zu werden. Von den Gastgebern haben wir niemanden gesehen und es hat sich niemand gemeldet obwohl sie nebenan wohnen. Alles sehr unpersönlich- schade. Keinerlei Informationen im Zimmer über mögliche Aktivitäten oder Restaurants.eine übliche Informationsmappe fehlte.Unsere Erwartungen sind aufgrund der Beschreibungen nicht erfüllt word Wir sind enttäuscht.

Ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Ruhige Lage. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr schön, dass man vor den Zimmern überdacht sitzen kann. Schade, dass man von den Zimmern den schönen Blick auf die Stadt nicht hat. Der relativ laute Kühlschrank stört in der Nacht..

If you prefer a quieter location that has a pool and Tennis Courts I would highly recommend! There is an excellent winery within walking distance that is excellent as well!

Very close to town but situated close to vineyards with a lovely view of the mountains and the Okanagan Lake. Everything was exceedingly clean and pool was an added bonus. Nothing. It was perfect. • Gabriel (9/5): We loved the location and we would definitely book again…but the King room next time 😁! - Rob & Michelle are wonderful hosts with a spectacular property in the hills around Kelowna. Guests have access to a tennis court, pool, a BBQ and outdoor seating area. The room itself (Deluxe Queen) was spacious and included necessities for breakfast or a quick meal. The deck with small patio table and chairs was a bonus. There were also chests of drawers and closets for longer visits. The owners were attentive to any requests we had regarding supplying the room. The whole property and views from the room were beautiful! There are three rooms available…a King, Deluxe Queen and, between those two, another Queen. All three rooms offer different amenities. We were in the Deluxe Queen for 8 nights and found the queen-sized bed uncomfortably small (unfortunately, the King room was not available for our trip). The room did not have a comfortable chair in it and, apart from the outdoor table, we only had a high, slightly wobbly table and backless bar stools available to us. Some may find this comfortable, but as an older couple we found it less than so. The only other negative is the ‘petite’ coffee maker that needed constant babysitting. Perhaps it could be changed to a unit big enough for two people?

• Gijs (10/5): Stunning location, a great pool, and an absolute must for anyone seeking peace near Kelowna. - We spent the final two nights of our road trip at Rob and Michelle’s place at Crawford View – and it exceeded all expectations. What an absolutely stunning location! The pool was perfect, and we enjoyed relaxing there both days. Fresh towels were always available, and the loungers and parasol made it even more comfortable. The room was great, and the terrace was a wonderful spot to sit and unwind. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful stay near Kelowna! “The only minor downside was that during our stay it was 34 degrees outside, and the room only had a mobile AC unit. It struggled a bit to keep the room cool, but honestly, it was fine and didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.”

Given that the amenities shown in the photos (pool, fire place, seating areas) were actually part of the owner’s home, it was hard not to feel like you were intruding on their personal property. The coffee maker and the toaster in our room did not work well.
• Soledad (9/5): Wonderful stay at a super clean and comfortable room, at a place with an amazing view! 😍 - The room seemed brand new, it was super clean and comfortable! It also had the basic necessary appliances to fix a quick breakfast. The bed was perfect, had TV with Netflix. The bathroom had all the toiletries too. The view from the place is amazing, surrounded by fields, with the mountains and the lake at the distance, and the facilities are simply beautiful. 😍 We even had the chance to enjoy the pool, which had warm water. If I had to suggest something to the hosts, I would just mention that maybe they should put darker-coloured or blackout curtains so that sunlight doesn’t get in so much in the mornings.

Van de comfortabele kamer tot het heerlijke zwembad en alle faciliteiten – alles is top. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Een absolute aanrader als je in Kelowna verblijft!

There was room on the work surfaces for all our bits and pieces (not always the case in other accommodation). There was a kettle AND a teapot (ideal for us Brits!). The swimming pool was a bonus. Sadly we didn’t have time to play on the tennis court. Another plus was the number of usb ports available at bedside for our iPads and phones etc. It was only 10-15 minutes drive to downtown Kelowna. We found it quite hard on arrival to know where to go to get to our room as there are no signs anywhere to indicate to go upstairs.

The room was nice and comfortable and had the amenities for convenience — mini fridge, microwave, cutlery, dishes, lots of plugs etc. They also offered separate towels for the pool which was really nice and easy to grab and go. Our room was extra clean, super comfortable bed, beautiful views of the vineyards, quiet and very private, with all amenities we need to prepare our breakfast that we enjoyed in the balcony overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our bbq dinner, our time by the pool (this felt magic to me…specially the sunsets). Rob and his family were incredible hosts! Crawford view felt very homey to us, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks for the fantastic experience! We will definitely go back!

• Ken (8/5): Otherwise, even with the small room, would have been lovely, and just fine for a short stay. - The outstanding view of the city, the wonderful (deep) pool, ample lawn, lovely big old shade tree, tennis courts and surroundings. Rob was very nice, but seemed to entirely forget the 'chemical detergents sensitivities' I had brought to his attention prior to booking, and which he had assured me wouldn't be a problem. However, and most disappointingly, uopn opening the room door for the first time, we were met with heavy laundy detergent odors, which spoiled our comfort in the (small) room, and made (trying to) sleep in the bedding, all laiden in heavy detergent odor, near impossible for me. I'm fighting early stage lung cancer, so this was a huge disappointment, and made for very little comfort, and worry.. over the entire two day/night stay. In fact, to try to get some sleep, I stached the pillows in the closet, and slept on my suitcase garments, but only got a few (exhausted) hours, total.

Room was clean, private and had everything that we needed. Plenty of parking. We played pickleball on their tennis court and used the pool which had an amazing view of the lake. • Valerie (8/5): Very enjoyable for a short term stay. Pool alone is worth a visit! - Quiet location. Lovely views. Beautiful pool. Host was very pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Wifi was weak and intermittent for us despite Rob's efforts to resolve it. Not a dislike but we thought probably most suitable for a short term stay as not really equipped for meals, which meant quite a lot of driving to stores and restaurants. Small fridge and microwave and outside table good for snacks and light meals.

• Lorne (7/5): Great for short stays, host and hostess very amiable to providing a relaxing experience - Great location serving my needs, however not easily accessible to convenience stores for breakfast items-- thus breakfast items including croissants or muffins and fruit would make this experience more enjoyable. Handrails in the bath tub to assist ingress/egress would be helpful. Pool and environs made for an enjoyable experience, as well as the scenery of the Okanogan and the aroma of the various fruit trees.
