• Lina (9/5): Загалом вілла «Avocado» дуже гарна і має потенціал стати ще комфортнішою для гостей. - Вілла простора, світла та має великий потенціал. Ми провели тут 2 тижні й загалом добре відпочили. ✅ Плюси: • Дуже велика й сонячна вілла. • Зручне розташування. • Простора тераса — приємно посидіти ввечері. • Тиха атмосфера для відпочинку. Пляж в 3-х хв. Що можна покращити: • Хотілось би більше вільного місця у шафах для речей гостей (багато зайвих речей вже знаходились там і займають простір). • На кухні бракує кількох сковорідок і каструль з кришками по розміру.Багато лишнього.Мікрохвильова не працює. • Немає посудомийної машини — а при 7–8 гостях це реально мінус, бо щодня витрачається щонайменше година лише на миття посуду. • Сніданок подається у вигляді продуктів у холодильнику лише на перші 1–2 дні — приблизно на один сніданок. Це варто уточнити в описі, щоб гості не розраховували на щоденний включений сніданок для всіх. • Гриль знаходиться не в саду, а за будинком — поруч облуплені стіни, і простір не пристосований для проведення часу, а лише для швидкого приготування їжі. • Матраци досить жорсткі, один із них має вм’ятину посередині, а подушки не дуже зручні. • Було б дуже добре додати дзеркало у повний зріст у спальнях — це базова річ для будь-якого житла. Додам, що не все виглядає так, як на фото — є багато дрібних недоліків, які фото не передають. Також багато декору створює гарне перше враження й візуально прикрашає віллу, але при цьому займає корисний простір, який гостям потрібен для своїх речей. Я завжди уважно читаю відгуки на Booking перед тим, як бронювати, і вважаю важливим залишати чесну оцінку свого досвіду. Мій відгук — у першу чергу для майбутніх відвідувачів, а не для господаря. Сподіваюся, господар сприйме це не як образу, а як щирі та доброзичливі поради.🤗

• Nerida (10/5): Delightful Villa Avocado in Kanali - Villa Avocado in Kanali is an elegant and beautifully decorated apartment.. The villa is spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with all modern conveniences, ensuring a comfortable experience. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by friendly hosts, who were easily contactable and, as a thoughtful gesture, they even presented us with homemade gifts upon our departure, which was a lovely touch. Along with the beautifully decorated interior, another of the highlights is the large patio space at the front furnished with comfortable seating, complemented by a smaller patio at the back. The larger patio offers a view of a well-tended garden and also the sea, providing the perfect spot for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining, making it easy to enjoy meals in. The bedrooms are generously sized, featuring comfortable beds, air-conditioning, and French doors that open onto the patios, enhancing the sense of space and light. The bathroom has an excellent shower and also a washing machine. Wi-Fi was easy to use and worked well. Situated on a quiet street in a tranquil neighborhood, the villa is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. Additionally, the lovely Kanali beach is just a short walk away, adding to the convenience and appeal of the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Avocado and would happily rebook this accommodation on another visit. Happy with the entire experience.
• Kristina (9/5): Superb - The villa is nice , spacious and equipped with everything needed for comfortable stay. Very friendly and helpful host. The only disadvantage for us ( we were 7 people) was just one combined bathroom with WC which caused lots of waiting and lost time especially mornings and after beach times.
