Guest Reviews
- Lina (3/5): Poorly maintained, terrible communication - It had a bathroom inside the room, it had air-conditioning, and it was close to the train station It was obviously poorly maintained, the buttons on the soap dispensers were broken, it wasn't very clean (the floor had lots of hair). Also, it was very noisy during the night, twice the staff knocked on the door and didn't say anything. We found a couple of roaches, the towels were stained, and even got a skin rash due to mites or other bed pest. Finally, the owner only told us as the last minute about the municipal taxes and didn't reply to messages sent before the booking (this is very problematic as we were travelling internationally and didn't have internet access, making payment, communication and thus receiving the address very difficult... If we couldn't pay the extra unknown fees for any reason, we couldn't get the address and we wouldn't have anywhere to stay)
- Iona (1/5): Bad - Close to metro station but quite a few stops away from Barcelona centre Host very unpleasant, room and bathroom was tiny. Shower didn’t drain properly and shower doors didn’t seal so tiny bathroom would flood, loud area. Hand soap and shampoo dispensers were pretty much empty when we checked in
- Luis (9/5): Superb -
- Forthofer (1/5): Bad -
- Richard (1/5): Not for me - Air conditioning and shower Bed too small, bare brick walls with holes in. holes in the ceiling, lights flicking on n off and burning smell from light switch bare wires behind bathroom door not safe.
- Trevor (5/5): Passable - Very basic, expensive room, exposed electrics in the bathroom.
- El (8/5): Very good -
- Melek (10/5): It was good - It was clean and close to subway so it was easy Isolation was kinda bad so I could even hear when someone was walking next to my room even though there was a small hallway between the rooms
- Kinga (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carandang (9/5): Superb - Location is very close to metro and had a grocery store beside it. Maybe just that the room was a little damp.
- Narisis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexander (4/5): It is ok, but due to the interpresonal stuff I have to say that they shouldn't be in hospitality. - It is quiet and close to public transport. The smell of paint in the room and open wiring.
All of which I could've lived with if it wouldn't have been for a) the hidden fee payable upon arrival and they will attempt to hold you hostage with it.(basically the levy the city of Barcelona imposes)
Calling them is tricky and when you get through you have to be fluent in Spanish and it sounds like a sweat shop run for apartments.
They have the attitude that you know their city, so reactions of not understanding how it cannot be found easily should be expected. They assume that everyone has Whatsapp and google-maps, which not everyone does have.
They shouldn't be in the hospitality business.
Also they probably violated their countries KYC-laws with me.

- Irina (9/5): Nice and affordable ! Not a lux class , but the big plus is you have your own room with private bathroom ❤️ - I liked it much. The location is not right in the center, but not that far away . The metro station is very close, so we needed 30 mins to reach the center of amazing Barcelona . Basically we only slept in the facility and took the shower. Mostly we were outside exploring the city. The staff was very helpful , allowed us to check in as early as possible, when the room was ready. The bakeries and markets are all around . If you are searching for something at low budget in compared to the other accommodation costs at this city, I recommend this facility . Internet 🛜 worked only at the bathroom. There were no connection at the room itself.
- Aivaras (9/5): Good place for exploring Barcelona, well connected with metro and bus - The rooms were clean, close to a metro station, had a fully equiped kitchen and all necessities in the bathroom. The check-in is done by yourself so technically you can arrive at any time. There was AC with heating in the room. Our room only had windows into the main hallway, meaning we had to keep curtains closed, there was no sunlight, and ventilation was not ideal. Aditionally you could hear everything going on in the hallway.
- Djoukouo (4/5): Disappointing -
- Md (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shrimali (10/5): Exceptional - Experience was amazing. We can Easily find transportation🚇🚍🚋 according to our plan📝
- Rzoo. (8/5): Very good -
- Joshua (7/5): It was a good stay of two days - The place was very clean and quiet. No disturbance at all. It is a little squeezed but enough. The facilities were all working including the TV Programs and high speed WIFI. The tax should be included from the beginning rather than when you arrive. It sounds like an additional cost not planned for. I had a challenge of communicating with the staff - I spoke English only and they speak Spanish only.
- Ienzura (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, next to bus stop and subway. Very easy access to the building and the room. The view point in front the apt is amazing to see the sunrise.
- Marianna (7/5): Good -
- Aurelian (8/5): Very good -
- Ullah (9/5): Superb -
- Giwrgos (1/5): Πολύ κακή διαμονή - A terrible room with a bathroom overflowing with dirty water, resembling a public restroom without toilet paper. The room was filthy, with grease stains, dust, and strong odors, combined with poor communication from the host. In my opinion, avoiding this place is the best option.
- Matyas (9/5): Overall it is a great room for a couple of nights, especially for the cheap price. - Location, comfortable bed and easy access to public transport Thin walls
- Alicia (10/5): Great price. Lovely location with great local views of Barcelona just a short walk away. - As described. Perfect for a few days away in Barcelona. Only issue was with the toilet in the bathroom, and I got moved rooms instantly when I mentioned the problem.
- Chasqueira (3/5): Dissapointed - Location is quite fair and close to the metro. The room has a horrible smell like a sewage. Even on the bedroom area you can feel the bad smelling. Really annoying and unpleasant.
- Justin (6/5): Great price, less quality - It’s private and you can use a kitchen. There were a lot of cockroaches in the room and the room we expected was not the same as the photos.
- Wajahat (8/5): Very good -

- Yervand (1/5): Bad -
- Anvero (10/5): Exceptional -
- Csilla (9/5): From the aspect of Barcelona's reality regarding accomodation the price and value is 10. - Detailed instructions by the owner before arrival. The room was unique, nice, wooden furniture (even in the bathroom!) altough a bit small for a double bed (to the room's size a single bed would fit better) well equipped, clean, nothing is leaking in the bathroom. Everything I used was functioning perfectly. The location of the domicilio is in a neighbourhood where a wide variety of locals live. From the aspect of being able to reach the sites such as Park Güell, Plaza Catalunya, Rambla, Plaza Espanya, Aquarius, Passage de Gracía its location is perfect; L3 is two minutes walk from the house - it takes 20 minutes to be in the heart of Barcelona. Absolutely recommended to someone who doesn't want to spend a fortune on even just a hostel, but prefers to have private room and bathroom and at the same time wants to be able to be in the city in literally no time. (Of note: the metro lines in Barcelona run through all night during the weekends.)
- Flores (10/5): Recommend it - Clean All good
- Kateřina (5/5): Noisy. Look different then on photos. - Comfy bad. Water pressure. Close to the metro station. The property smell funny. The room looked completely different on photos - we were shocked at the first time. Something burned in the kettle. Extremely noisy street - people enjoying stopping and screaming in front of the window. Dirty walls and floors.
- Ihssane (7/5): Good -
- Judy (7/5): Passable! - The power shower. A convenient store next door, and it was close to the metro. There were too many insects and there was a strong smell of air freshener which was over powering, not only in the room but in the general areas also. We left the property early.
- Mrdenia1 (4/5): Disappointing -
- Donevska (1/5): Bad -
- Nicholas (10/5): Good budget priced room, well connected to the city center! - I was very satisfied with this place! The location is good, since it's only a few minutes from a subway station. In about 25 minutes, you can reach the city center. The room itself was basic but very comfortable. The shared bathroom was clean and big. The checkin process was easy and automated. There are a lot of good and cheap restaurants in the neighborhood, which are better and cost a fraction compared to those in the city center.
The room had air conditioning and a large television.
If you're looking for a basic, no-frills place just to sleep, you will be happy!
- Ahmed (10/5): Perfect -
- Bea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Balázs (6/5): Dissapointing - Next to the metro In the room a fan was noising all the time (awful loud), and it was requested by owner not to turn it off.
The accomodation has a not too good smell.
- Kemo (2/5): I won’t recommend the place overall - Shower flooded. The checking process is too inconvenient. The hallway is too deep, exiting your room feel like you’re falling into a valley.
- Muhammad (7/5): Good -
- Tamás (2/5): Very poor - After all it was dirt cheap. I booked a private room with bathroom, instead they gave me a hostel box (a bed) in a shared room because of some technical issues. It was too late to find a place that could have been good in a fair price.
Significant downgrade as you can see. I was with an ASD child it was kinda stressful to ensure he doesn't lock himself out when he goes out to pee etc. I couldn't sleep much, and of course the owner couldn't care less about anything I said. If he would have said it was an error in the system or refund me partially for the major downgrade I would not be so negative.
