• Simone (8/5): - La struttura e' molto carina, letto matrimoniale molto molto comodo, in bagno e' presente una doccia all'interno di una piccola vasca idromassaggio. Dopo una giornata di cammino la vasca è un vero plus. La posizione è all'interno del Barri Vell, quindi in una collocazione favorevole però è situata a bordo strada. Fortunatamente la via dove è posizionata è di scarso passaggio La cosa che ritengo più importante quando si viaggia all' estero è la comunicazione con l'host. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il wifi e dopo aver provato a contattare più volte la proprietà, questa non ha mai risposto. Tale comportamento lo considero molto grave, in quanto, in questo caso si è trattato di una semplice connessione non andata a buon fine, ma il problema poteva nascere per cose più gravi
• Diegom63 (9/5): - La ubicación, la cama era muy cómoda, el sofá cama no tanto.. Demasiadas instrucciones online para todo, deberían poner una copia física en el apartamento para facilitar las cosas un poco.. pero es una sugerencia más que una queja.

• Guylene (10/5): - Bien sûr. Voici une version plus naturelle, dans le ton d’un avis : J’ai passé un très agréable séjour à Girona. L’emplacement de l’appartement était vraiment idéal, en plein cœur de la vieille ville, à seulement deux minutes à pied des principaux attraits. C’était parfait pour tout faire à pied et profiter pleinement de l’ambiance du quartier. Le seul petit inconvénient est que l’appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Comme les fenêtres donnent directement sur la rue, il n’est pas vraiment possible de les ouvrir, même si elles sont sécurisées par un grillage et que l’endroit est tout à fait sûr. Cela rend aussi l’appartement un peu plus sombre, puisque les passants peuvent voir à l’intérieur. Cela dit, cet aspect était bien indiqué sur le site, donc cela ne m’a pas surprise. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et je recommanderais cet hébergement à toute personne qui souhaite loger dans un emplacement central à Girona. Je peux aussi vous en faire une version plus courte, plus chaleureuse, ou plus “style Booking”.

• Rene (10/5): Fantastisch plekje voor een paar dagen Girona! - De accomodaties is aan de rand van het centrum. Je loopt zo de binnenstad in. Prachtig ingericht en een heerlijk bed. Alles is aanwezig voor een comfortabel weekendje in Girona. Wij waren op doorreis maar hebben een heerlijke wandeling gemaakt door Girona. Lekker gegeten en fantastisch geslapen. Niets!

• maria isabel (10/5): Super apartamento en el centro - Estaba perfecto todo, a pie de calle peatonal pero no se escucha ningún ruido . Los detalles de cafés, tés y manzanilla entre otros,todo un acierto. Que acepten perros sin limitaciones de talla es de agradecer. El aparcamiento es fácil a mi parecer si no te molesta andar unos minutos.

We had no difficulties at all in this process. only the bathroom, although clean and equipped with everything, has difficulty in getting rid of some humidity post shower. Not a big deal, only negative thing we noticed ;)

• Paola (10/5): - L'appartamento è a piano terra, a 2 passi dal centro. Davanti è presente un parcheggio gratuito. È arredato davvero con gusto! Spazi molto ampi, ci si sta comodamente in 4, essendoci una camera matrimoniale e in salotto un divano letto doppio! Bagno con vasca, ma si può fare anche solo una super doccia. Location approvata! Grazie! Nulla, tutto perfetto!

Solo, que si somos 3 personas deben colocar toallas para todos y creo que un juego de sábanas para ponerle al colchón del sofá cama para dormir más cómodo

• Wharrad (10/5): a beautiful well equipped apartment, in an excellent location - we thought the location was absolutely perfect, and was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the apartment was. everything was so clean, and was very well equipped in the kitchen, more than I've had at other apartments which was a nice addition. the decor was beautiful, and we would 100% stay here again. Girona is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. not alot, other than maybe another couple of pillows as the bed wasn't the comfiest.

• Dallan (9/5): The perfect apartment for a couple in the perfect location of the hidden gem that is Girona ! - The apartment is located in the perfect position , just at the far end of the the old town . The famous cathedral steps - for all you game of thrones fans - are a 2 minute walk maximum , as are the Arab baths . There are plenty of restaurants , cafes and shops near by ( there are actually a couple of restaurants and a small shop within a few metres of the apartment) , and Placa Independencia is at most a leisurely 10 min walk. The bus/train station is an easy 20 min walk. The apartment itself is not particularly big but is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you will need . There is a 2 ring oven , toaster and a microwave if you like to cook at home (we dont !) , there is also a nice selection of condiments , oil, salt , pepper etc to get you started. The apartment has a TV (with netflix- although the tv also accepts mirroring - so i just mirrored from my phone rather than logging in ) an iron and ironing board (under the matress of the bed) and a nice modern bathroom with a good powerful (non electric) shower. we checked in advance and had good communication with the host who responded to us very quickly through Whattsapp . On the day it is a very simple process to get the key to the apartment , which is stored in a lockbox in a hall that also requires a code (all instructions will be sent to you). We arrived before check-in time but it was not a problem , we could still go into the apartment and leave our bags , we just had to put the key back so the cleaner could enter later . In all i would say it is a really good property for a couple and would highly recommend it ....if we ever go back to Girona i will stay there again ...as long as it is available ! our apartment was on the ground floor and we did experience some noise from the apartment above on one of the nights of our stay .
• Helena (8/5): This apartment was good value for money and in a great location. It is well presented and furnished - Great location. The apartment was very pretty. I hadn't appreciated that the apartment being on the ground floor meant that the windows were directly onto the street. Passers by could look straight in. Consequently we had to keep the curtains closed.

• Justin (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and the air-conditioner was brilliant during hot summer. Unit had everything that was required to enjoy the use and feel at home. The.key pick up and drop off was extremely.easy and the owners, made contact with very clear instructions as to how to access unit. The unit was smaller than expected and as appeared in photos, although did still have everything as required.
• James (6/5): Not an apartment I wanted to spend time in. - Great location, nice building and interior, well equipped On ground floor of old building so a bit damp. Quite gloomy, lack of privacy as lights need to be on- meaning passers by can see in, front door opens directly onto street. Security bars on windows did make apartment feel hemmed in. Poor dialog between booking .com and owners made possibility of changing apartment not a possibility.
• Helena (7/5): Clean but too small. - It was clean. It had a washing machine. Coffee machine was good. It was very small for 3 adults. The pull out couch had no support and once it was pulled out there was no room in the living area. Even the bedroom was very small. Maximum here should be 2 people. The washing machine had no soap and there were no tea towels to dry the dishes.

• Elisejh (9/5): Great stay in a beautiful city! - Cosy little studio in a great location, right in the old city centre. Great that you have your own well-equiped kitchen. It was nicely decorated and had everything we could want for. It was perfect :) It's expensive, but that goes for everywhere in Girona/Catalonia and here you get your own studio with kitchenette included so that was great!

• Wendy (8/5): see above - I sent TWO URGENT emails to Booking.com without help or reply. I continually asked the apartment for arrival instructions without success. Owner said she sent arrival email 3 days before but not received by me and if that was the case how come I was STILL getting online check in email even day before. Only the help of tourist office was successful in getting hold of the owner to get the key lock codes. This spoilt our trip.
