• Myles (9/5): - Lia was very communicative and helpful Bed very comfortable Bathroom room spacious and shower very good. 10 minute walk from centre, just off a main road; however very quiet as looked onto a courtyard (small balcony) Lounge/kitchen area a bit tight.
• Hans (10/5): Schön, ruhig und doch zentral - Die kleine Wohnung war makellos sauber, die Einrichtung und Bad waren wie neu. Die Wohnung liegt rückseitig, daher absolut ruhig. Wir konnten in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß ins Zentrum und Lebensmittelgeschäfte waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wein, Wasser, Kaffeepads und frische Blumen waren in der Wohnung. Parkplatz haben wir immer in der Nähe gefunden. War alles in Ordnung.

• EVANGELIA (10/5): - Ερχόμαστε πολύ συχνά Ναύπλιο. Τοποθεσία και αισθητική άριστα. Παρκάραμε πολύ εύκολα μπροστά στο διαμέρισμα και αποφύγαμε την ταλαιπωρία του να ψάχνουμε θέση στο λιμάνι.
• Rachel (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a perfect location of lovely Nafplio - Beautiful high class designed apartment. A real WOW. Very comfortable and well equipped. The host arranged a beautiful decoration of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and eggs from her garden, mineral water and a bottle of wine. The host is super nice and helpful. Helped us with local recommendations. Location is very convenient on the main (not noisy at all) road so shopping is just there. We used the grocery store that was only 2 minutes walk away. Shopping for sports clothing, shoes and other fashion stores is also handy. Short walk from the beautiful old town and the harbor. It is perfect for a couple but it is not very spacious
• Ναντια (10/5): - Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα σε τέλεια τοποθεσία! Η διακόσμηση σου χαρίζει την άνεση και τη χαλάρωση που ψάχνεις, η οργάνωση δεν αφήνει τίποτα να σου λείψει! Filoxenia με τα όλα της! Η Λία μοναδική, αξιαγάπητη και συνεπεστατη! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! Έχουμε έρθει πολλές φορές στο Ναύπλιο αλλά αυτή φύγαμε με τις βέλτιστες εντυπώσεις. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο! MUST visit, καθώς η διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα συνιστά μια εμπειρία από μόνη της!

• George (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή σε άψογο χώρο, ιδανική τοποθεσία και ζεστή φιλοξενία. - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, μόλις 5 λεπτά από το ιστορικό κέντρο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας υποδέχτηκε με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα, αφήνοντάς μας φρέσκα φρούτα από το κτήμα της, κρασί, τσουρέκι και καφέ. Όλα ήταν περιποιημένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια — είχε φροντίσει ακόμη και για χριστουγεννιάτικη διακόσμηση στο τραπέζι, δημιουργώντας μια ζεστή και γιορτινή ατμόσφαιρα. Η καθαριότητα ήταν πραγματικά άψογη, τα κρεβάτια άνετα και ο χώρος πλήρως εξοπλισμένος για όποιον θέλει να μαγειρέψει. Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Δεν θα επέλεγα να μείνω ξανά πουθενά αλλού στο Ναύπλιο. Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά.

• Efrat (10/5): דירה מתוקה קרובה להכל חדשה ונקייה - ליה המקסימה חיכתה לנו בכניסה כדי להראות לנו את הדירה. וגם דאגה לנו לפינוקים כמו ביצים טריות שהביאה לארוחת הבוקר, פירות הדר ישר מהעצים בגינה שלה, עוגיות, בקבוק יין, מים קרים... הדירה עצמה מאובזרת במלואה, נוחה, הכל חדש ונקי. מקלחת מפנקת ומיטה נוחה. נמצאת ברחוב מלא חנויות ובתי קפה. ממליצה מאוד

Alles notwendige vorhanden, Flschenwasser in Mengen, sehr gute Kapselkaffe, Tee, Cookies, Bonbons, toller Wein, einfach ALLES.....

• Donna (10/5): Delightful stay in Nafplion highly recommended - Lea went above and beyond what we would normally expect. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the bed and furnishings were comfortable. Lea also supplied many extras such as farm fresh eggs, oranges and wine. Although not in the old town it was a short pleasant walk to the old town and harbour using a pedestrian path. The neighbourhood was quiet with bakeries and grocery stores near by.

• ATHANASIOS (10/5): - Πολυ ομορφο και προσεγμενο διαμερισμα κοντα στην παλια πολη του Ναυπλιου. Μειναμε πολυ ικανοποιημενοι κυριως απο την καθαριοτητα και λατρεψαμε την κα Λια που ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικη και περιποιητικη. Αν επιστρεψουμε στο Ναυπλιο θα ειναι η 1η μας επιλογη για διαμονη!

• Tsiopelakos (10/5): Προτινεται ανεπιφυλακτα - Το διαμερισμα ειναι καινουργιο και μοντερνο, πεντακαθαρο και πολυ ανετο.Ευχαριστη εκπληξη το παγωμενο νερο στο ψυγειο, ενα μπουκαλι τοπικο κρασι ,καθε ειδους καφε,τσαι, χυμο ,κουλουρακια ,μεχρι και φρεσκα αυγα ειχε!!! Βρισκεται σε κοντινη αποσταση απο την παλια πολη, ουτε 10 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Παρκινγκ στο δρομο , πολυ ευκολα ομως βρισκεις θεση. Η Λια που διαχειριζεται το καταλυμα, η οποια μας υποδεχθηκε οταν φτασαμε , ειναι εξαιρετικη !!! Η επικοινωνια μας ηταν αμεση, μας εδωσε πολυτιμες πληροφοριες τις οποιες αξιοποιησαμε με τον καλυτερο τροπο. Αξιζει το 10αρι και με το παραπανω!!!

• Kelly (10/5): Nafpllio Gem with a Wonderful Host! I will definitely be back ! - Lia is the perfect host and her beautiful condo was a wonderful treat for our stay in Nafplio. The extra attention to details, from the decor to the modern upgrades, to the generous treats (fresh eggs, wine, coffee, cereals and milk) made us feel special and welcome. The location is perfect...within walking distance of everything you would want to do or see in the town. Shopping, restaurants, castles, sunsets and more. Nothing...it was perfect

Wir waren sehr beindruckt als wir so herzlich empfangen wurden und dann auch noch den riesen Blumenstrauss, Wein, frische Eier, alle möglichen Frühstücks Produkte und Beaty Produkte sahen. Absolut mehr als üblich. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Die herzliche Vermieterin, hat viele gute Tips und ist immer erreichbar. Wir haben schon viel in Griechenland gesehen und dieses Schmuckstück können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Free street parking nearby was also a big plus. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She not only recommended fantastic places to visit but also introduced us to local delicacies and provided thoughtful toiletries that made the accommodation feel extra welcoming. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nafplio and will gladly choose it again on our next trip! -

She left us wonderful local produce & food items. The apartment was very quiet & beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were luxurious & the bath products were lovely. The tiled walk-in shower had lots of hot water. This was one of the best travel apartments that we ever stayed in. Nothing, it was perfect!
• Charles (10/5): Beautiful, well appointed studio in Nafplio. - The studio apartment was artistically designed and very well appointed. It was spotlessly clean. The fixtures were top quality and the shower was one of the best that we have experienced in Greece. For a relatively small space it was very functional and comfortable. Lia was a wonderful host and strived to make our stay enjoyable. She provided fruit, bread, rolled oats, coffee and a bottle of wine. The location was tucked inside of the main shopping area of Nafplio within walking distance of the old town and historical sites. Thank you, Lia, for a great stay. Nothing. For some, the studio apartment might be a bit small for a long stay.

One of the highlights was discovering fresh eggs, tomatoes, and other thoughtful items waiting for us—such a lovely touch that truly made our experience special. Lia, our host, was exceptional! Her caring nature and attention to detail made a significant difference. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This place felt even more welcoming than a luxurious five-star hotel and highly recommend this apartment. We wish we had time to stay longer. Perhaps next time!

Easy access via train to syntagma square and Monastiraki to most major sights of Athens. Close to a number of places to eat or to get coffee. Cobblestone sidewalks and narrow streets made pulling luggage somewhat of a challenge.

• Anastasia (10/5): Stylish apartment. - What’s not to live about this property? It is stylish, practical and extremely comfortable newly refurbished apartment. We had the best night’s sleep here. Lia was super helpful and friendly. She greeted us at check in, made sure everything was as it should be during our stay and was there at check out, treating as like family. Her attention to detail within the apartment is superb. The welcome basket of wine, water, fruit, snacks and bath products was beyond generous. We loved the fact the apartment was 10 minutes walk from the port and old town. There are numerous cafes, bakeries and car parking spaces around this safe and friendly neighborhood. Will definitely stay here when visiting Nafplio again. The elevator was a bit noisy initially, but we hardly noticed it after the first day.

• Christina (10/5): Exceptional - Choosing to stay at Philoxenia luxuryy apartment in Nafplio was a right decision and a very pleasant surprise. The hostess is very kind and willing to serve in everything. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and very nicely decorated. It is much more beautiful than the photos. Is in an excellent location, short distance from downtown and you can easily park your car in front of the apartment. I highly recommend.
