• Hans Gerd (8/5): Absolut ruhig, naturnah und erholsam. - Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberfamilie mit eigenen drei Hunden. Absolute ruhige Ortsrandlage direkt im Grünen. Drei Schlafzimmer, drei Duschen und drei Toiletten. Unser Hund hatte einen super Auslauf und konnte nach Herzenslust toben und schnuppern. Das Haus ist renoviert und quasi auf modernem Standard mit normaler Deckenhöhe, die Türen und Zimmerdurchgänge sind gefühlt nur 1,75m hoch. Die Küche ist auf zwei Zimmer aufgeteilt,

• Emily (10/5): Warm, cosy, well equipped and friendly host. - Friendly host, extremely well equipped and homely farmhouse with lovely views, quiet location. The host has not skimped on provisions - plenty of large towels, washing supplies, toilet rolls etc. Warm, cosy, clean and welcoming. Kids loved exploring the duck pond & swings in the garden. Would recommend and return!
• Rachel (8/5): Lovely house, feels more rural than it actually is so a nice quiet getaway. - House is stunning, very clean, well appointed and rooms significantly bigger than we expected. Its an old farmhouse so can feel a little cold compared to modern houses, but the hosts have put multiple throws throughout the house to wrap up in of an evening, without needing to put the heating on, making it feel more cosy.

Andrew the host was so polite and helpful. They wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The kitchen set up was unique but we had everything we needed and more.

• Bianca (10/5): Tolles Ferienhaus mit einem wundervollen Host - Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet und hat eine ruhige Lage. Trotzdem sind alle notwendigen Einrichtungen (Tesco, Pubs...) nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Alle Räumlichkeiten und der Gartenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns bei der Ankunft bereits erwartet und uns alles gezeigt, sowie Tipps für den Einkauf, Ausflüge oder Restaurants gegeben. Er war bei allen Fragen und Anliegen mehr als hilfsbereit. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt dort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es war alles perfekt.

• Raghav (9/5): Superb - The house was beautiful, the green spaces outside were amazing and the host was lovely. There could have been a few more appliances in the kitchen that would have made our stay more comfortable (blender, dishwasher, etc).
• Rachel (10/5): A lovely, scenic break away - We had a wonderful couple of nights at the farm house where we had everything we needed for a chilled out stay. The farmhouse is homely and welcoming. The host is very accommodating.

This was lovely and very personable to be met by the host which made us feel very welcome. There is absolutely nothing to complain about the house, the location and the host. It far exceeded our expectations and would seriously recommend this place to stay.

• John (9/5): We had a great stay and will certainly return. - We had a great stay. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean. Facilities good: good oven, air fryer, Tassimo coffee machine (pods provided), 2 TVs (!) etc. Towels and bedding great, shower in main bathroom excellent. Lots of space for sitting out including a summer house, and walks on the doorstep with spectacular views. Andrew (host) was friendly and very helpful, talking us through detailed directions to the house, recommendations for eating out as well as offering to lend us his barbecue. Being pernickety: it would be great to have 2 or 3 trays provided, not least because the kitchen sink is not in the same room as the rest of the kitchen appliances or cupboards and there is no dishwasher. Likewise, some egg cups would be good. Although dogs are welcomed it would be good to be clearer on the website that they are only allowed in the kitchen area not the sitting room and know about the additional charge up front (and be able to pay this on booking). Otherwise perfect!
• Judith (8/5): Disappointing weather but we returned everyday to a warm and cosy farmhouse. Enjoyed our break. - Location a little remote which we liked. Andrew provided support before we arrived to help us find the property so we didn’t have any problem finding it. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. A large, well maintained and clean property. The kitchen was modern and well equipped but the layout was unusual as the sink was in another room that was connected to the kitchen. Cooking without a sink in close proximity is awkward for hygiene reasons.

The farmhouse was larger than I expected, and decorated beautifully. There were plenty of towels, toiletries supplied. The kitchen was fitted to a high standard with top end appliances. The two lounges were very comfortable and cosy with large tvs and good wifi throughout. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. A private garden with summerhouse, a patio table and chairs to enjoy the mountain views. The adjacent field with a pond for dog walking was great. We had a fabulous stay with everything you could want for. N/A
• David (10/5): Exceptional - Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful location and the Farmhouse was well equipped and comfortable. Lots to see and do in the area. Lots of walks and lots of Castles! Pillows. Would have been nice to have one flatter pillow and one higher pillow instead of 2 higher pillows. I like the flatter pillow!
