• Christine (10/5): Loveky apt, great location. - Lovely apt in beautiful building. Everything was very clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Very central, would definitely stay again. The lady managing the property was very helpful and answered texts very quickly. Our flight was delayed, so arrived very late, but she put our minds at rest as we were worried about accessing apt so late. Nothing.

• Lisa (8/5): Great location but overpriced. - The property was well located. The noise from people returning at night as the gates slammed shut. We had an ant infestation but totally our fault that we didn’t let the owners know until the last day. It would’ve been a good idea for a bottle of water to be available for when we arrived. There were building works being done which started early so we were woken up. We think the property was overpriced unfortunately.

The location was excellent, with easy access to multiple transportation options, making it very convenient to get around the city. The apartment itself was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the sophisticated interior design to the well-equipped amenities that made the stay both comfortable and stylish. The courtyard was absolutely beautiful, adding a peaceful and charming touch to the experience. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and considerate, always ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Rome.

• Lucylofa (7/5): Our stay was ok but cramped. Property was clean and very accessible. - The lady looking after the check ins and breakfast etc was lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was ample and the only thing I queried was that it was all sweets, nothing savoury at all. The kitchen/breakfast area seated 6 people only so both mornings we had breakfast we had to have it in our room. The room I ordered and paid for was not the room I got. When I mentioned this to the lady in charge, she said owner was never there and couldn't help me. Rude to say the least!
• Ashvin (3/5): Will never choose this one again. - Location 1. Tax payment not mentioned on ad - 18 euros / day - hidden fees 2. Cleaning, bedsheet change not included which is no problem at all (what Airbnb are like), bear in mind folks that paper towels are also in that "cleaning" which will cost you 32.50 euros. Fees not mentioned - hidden fees and host says she doesn't have space to write it down on booking.com.... For 6 days of stay, one and a half roll were provided for 3 adults and one infant. This will cost you 32.50 euros if you need more according to the host, thinking tourists do not think and you scam no problem. Local store is 2 euros for a pack. 3. On purpose there is no brooms etc, so you cannot clean, hence the fees scam of 32.50 euros. - hidden fees 4. Hot water first night and day didn't work, but fixed next day. Still very inconvenient. Hot/mild showers are only for 7 mins (timed) then cold water it is. 5. Uncomfortable bed the mattress is sinking some sides. 6. Ants in the kitchen bins, countertop, sink, dining table and under the fridge. 7. Toilet brush - filthy first day. - very much left on purpose to scam 32.50 euros. 8. Mould present in all the tile cracks in the shower. Anyone beware of the fees that could be asked after your cc has been charged. This is ad should not be on booking.com, As Airbnb won't allow it anyway, too many complaints.

• Khalid (1/5): Stay away - Nothing Let's start from the beginning 1-there is some hidden charges after you pay for your reservation 2-on the third day two people entered the apartment unannounced and when confronted they claimed that they are here to clean (if they are who they claim to be the host did not inform me) 3-it is not a two bedroom apartment

• H:o)nza (7/5): Quiet location almost in the centre, but the apartment is not suitable if you want to use both rooms - Communication with the hosts was excellent. When my wifi wasn't working, they were present and tried to explain everything. The accommodation was in a quiet location in the centre. The wifi didn't work, it was too complicated to log on via qr code. The apartment did not have a window in the small room, or you could not open it, so unless you wanted to have the air conditioning on, you could hardly sleep in it what was the heat. I missed at least a small sofa where you could sit. Please try to buy bigger mugs for tea. I understand that they drink coffee in Italy, but your guests might like something else. And unfortunately the apartment was right next to the main hallway door, which kept slamming if someone came in and out, even at night, so we had to sleep with earplugs in.
• Yevhen (9/5): Superb - good location, close to the station, the main sightseeings. We just walked there. the apartments were freshly renovated and equipped with all necessities. The country yard in Italian style was perfect, having morning coffee there was great. the host was always in touch about any questions. everything was good
