• FM (8/5): - Ideale se dovete muoverti in zona Porta Pia/Nomentano. Vicino c'è anche un bel mercato coperto e strade con bar e tutti i servizi. La stanza è grande, arredata nuova, c'è una bella TV e bagno è spazioso. I vetri non sono doppi quindi c'è troppo rumore che proviene dalla via Alessandria sia di giorno che di notte.

• CHAMOTHEOU ELENI (9/5): - The room The room was generally clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay overall. The host was very kind and always in contact with us. However, the coffee machine was not properly cleaned and the pot had some mold inside. The sound insulation could be improved, as there was noticeable noise from the street. Also, the toilet seat wasn’t perfectly clean when we first arrived.

Our room was very comfortable and the bed was unexpectedly soft ( there was a mattress topper ) . We slept really well !! I was unreasonably excited to find an iron and ironing board in the kitchen .. a lot of places don’t provide one . Kevin was easy to contact and very helpful All good .

• Cindy (9/5): Excellent! - The apartment is a short bus ride from Termini and we were satisfied with everything. It had everything we needed and location-wise it's also very convenient. They have 3 separate units within the apartment, so it's also possible to book several rooms if you're coming as larger/multiple families. AC was working well, which really helped as it was blistering hot in Rome. WiFi was also never an issue. The building is an old one that also had an old elevator, but it was good enough for us to carry our travel buggy up and down. Overall we'd recommend this property for couple or even family with kid(s).

• Slavica (10/5): Amazing spacious and clean apartment in a great neighborhood, a bit further away from city center - Amazing, spacious and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. Comfortable clean bathroom. Beautiful neighborhood with stunning buildings and some shops around. A bit further away from city center if going there by foot. Buses are also available, enjoyable 10-15 min ride, but I wish the place was closer to the center.

The owner? was constantly checking us if we are okay out of kindness and answered all the requests we had. We would definitely stay in this place if we come back to Rome. • Valentina (9/5): Recommended indeed. - The property is clean, new and well kept. The staff was superb: kind, available and with a lot of attention to all our needs. The position is great, the subway is 15 minutes away but we walked from the Termini train station. The bed is too soft (but honestly, this is very personal, not their fault).

The location was perfect—within walking distance to the city center, yet in a calm and safe neighborhood. The bus stop was conveniently around the corner, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with housekeeping available every morning. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed upon arrival and always available in case we needed anything. There were also some lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
