The private restaurant service directly to the villa made the whole experience even more special. Truly one of the best places I’ve stayed highly recommended.

• Melanie (10/5): A great stopover - pool villas are exceptional. - The villas were immaculate. Clean, comfortable beds and linen and the pool (especially when heated) was so good. There isn’t much around but the restaurant meals are excellent and can be delivered to your room. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great place for a stopover. There’s not much around and it’s in a fairly drab part of town, but the hotel itself has everything you need.

• Gabriela (10/5): - 1. As soon as we got out of the car in the parking lot, the owner was already coming toward us to welcome us with smile. 2. Check-in was very quick, and I was able to pay by card without any issues (payment accepted in ALL or EUR). 3. The villa was very tastefully furnished and had everything you might need for a short stay (wine glasses, a corkscrew!, an electric kettle, coffee, tea, a fridge, seating both indoors and on the terrace by the pool, bathrobes, slippers for the pool!, and an extra blanket). 4. The cottages are located in a beautiful, well-maintained, fenced garden with a stunning view of the Drin River — absolutely breathtaking. 5. The pool was perfectly heated and very clean. 6. There is another beautiful garden by the restaurant, with tables arranged under the trees, and it is wonderfully peaceful there. 7. For dinner, we had crab rolls, grilled eel, an excellent vegetable salad with toasted bruschetta, and fries — everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. 8. Breakfast was also excellent. We were served something like small doughnuts (not sweet), which were delicious, along with butter, eggs, honey, and an amazing jam - PLEASE SEND ME THE RECIPE!!!, fresh cheese, vegetables, fruit, and fresh white bread — all excellent. 9. The host who served us breakfast was also very kind and cheerful, which made our already perfect start to the day even better :) 10. There is a large fenced parking lot in front of the restaurant, which is locked at night. 1. The bathroom was quite small and not ideally designed, but if you are staying for only one or two nights, it is not a problem at all.

• Pamela (10/5): We loved our stay at Villa Teverde - 4 very nicely appointed , modern cottages on the Drin River just outside Shkoder . A mile or 2 from Rozafa Castle . Nice restaurant on the property for the big and delicious breakfast. Restaurant also has great dinners . The owner and staff of the property are very helpful and happy to share lots of information on the area .

Ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd in het restaurant. Wij hadden twee huisjes met zijn vijven dus bij een huisje een uitklapbed - maar dat wisten we vooraf en was goed genoeg.

• Petra (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf gehad met de kids - Super mooie villas met eigen zwembad, deze was verwarmd. Wij hadden deze locatie gekozen om naar de shala river te gaan. Hiervoor moet je 10 min rijden naar het centrum en daar parkeren. We hadden ontbijt meegekregen omdat we zo vroeg weg moesten. Bij het restaurant kun je lekker eten. Het ontbijt is trouwens super lekker aan te raden! Super vriendelijk personeel. Het uitzicht van de villa’s is fenomenaal aan het water De accomodatie ligt wel een stukje uit het centrum. De omgeving is niet heel bijzonder we dachten eerst waar zijn we terecht gekomen. Toch kun je makkelijk naar een andere restaurantje lopen.

• Gashi (7/5): Good experience overall. - Location was amazing, facing the river with a view of the Castle. Few minutes drive to the city. Food was very tasty. Big portions and cheap prices. The little garden was amazing for a toddler. He loved the three cats roaming around! The room was clean and comfy. The service was superb, the staff was always there to help. Pool was heated only for half of the first day, even though we paid for two days. The staff said they are going to fix it, but they never did! Was expecting our money back at least, since the pool was separately paid. The villa was tiny, and had very little space to hang our clothes. We had to keep them in our luggage. That would be a nightmare if we stayed for more than two nights. Breakfast was good, but needs more variety and choice! The playground toys were a bit old, and some felt unsafe for kids.
• Janine (8/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt - Schöne Anlage, etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück auch jeden Morgen sehr gut. Es war auch möglich das Frühstück bzw. das Essen vom Restaurant direkt zur Villa gebracht zu bekommen. Der Ausblick auf den Fluss und die Berge ist auch wirklich wunderschön gewesen, genauso wie der beheizte eigene kleine Pool. (dafür kann der Betreiber natürlich nicht wirklich was!) Leider hatten wir ein bisschen Pech und es wurde ringsherum einiges renoviert bzw. gebaut (u.a. die Hauptstraße), sodass ausschlafen nicht wirklich möglich war. Der Nachbarshund hat auch permanent jede Nacht gebellt.
• Ranson (10/5): Superbe - Très jolie villa avec une belle vue. La piscine privée peut être chauffée si besoin, et un petit ponton permet de profiter du lac. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable. La villa est propre, fonctionnelle et décorée avec quelques touches albanaises. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de chercher un restaurant chaque jour : celui de la villa est très bon, avec un large choix et surtout des prix vraiment très abordables.

Each house had a outside seating area and a little platform at the river with sun loungers as well. You can order at the restaurant to bring food to your house - great service

• OUAYACH (10/5): The best place to stay! - Villa Tvaerde is an amazing place in every aspect. The small villa was wonderful, with modern décor, excellent cleanliness, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also beautifully designed and fully equipped. We really appreciated the attention to detail: large and small towels, bathrobes, and a complete care kit including a toothbrush, comb, soap, shampoo, and even shaving tools. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and varied. It can be enjoyed either at the property’s café-restaurant or delivered directly to the room, which is a great option. The staff were very kind, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect and memorable experience. If it were possible, I would rate this place higher than 10. Nothing 😃

If this was not the case, I would have rated it 12/10.

We had a fair bit of rain on our visit & works to build the river defense so obviously this was not ideal but not the place's fault just one of those things. The staff are such a credit, nothing is too much trouble, two big mentions to Eli and Gysi who really made us feel looked after. The breakfast that was included in our stay was absolutely fantastic. Rain and works to the river - not the hotel's fault.

It’s a pleasant place to stay, with clean rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the restaurant by the water. The food was tasty and nicely presented, with a good mix of local and international dishes. Dining by the river was a lovely experience, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we had a positive stay and would recommend Villa Teverde to anyone looking for a peaceful spot with good food.

Preis-Leistung im Restaurant hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Frühstücksauswahl, aber es war gut und man konnte es sowohl im Restaurant oder dem Außenbereich und im privaten Bereich essen. Aktuell Baustelle gleich nebenan, dadurch Lärm, was uns jetzt aber nicht gestört hat.

Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder auswählen. Aufgrund der Lage am Wasser sehr viele Moskitos. Aktuell (September 25) eine Baustelle in der Nähe, die uns aber nicht sehr gestört hat.

• Safaa (7/5): Rapport qualité prix à revoir - Le logement est très beau et bien décoré Le petit déjeuner était généreux et très bon Le restaurant de l'hôtel permet un room service très attractif et vraiment délicieux La vue depuis la chambre était très belle et le cadre est reposant Pour le prix payé à cette période je trouve dommage que les équipements ne soient pas tous fonctionnels. La bouilloire ne marchait pas, le robinet était bancal, une fuite est présente dans la douche ce qui nous obligeait à nettoyer le sol en dehors de la douche après chaque passage, les fils de la lampe de chevet étaient sortis, des traces d'humidité sont visibles sur les murs. Globalement il est visible que la villa a bien vécu et que du monde y est passé Si on ajoute à ça le fait que la piscine n'est pas chauffée et est donc très froide, le rapport qualité prix est vraiment ce qui casse la note, cela se joue sur du détail mais quand je compare aux logement que j'ai pu trouver à 40 euros tout équipé et pleinement fonctionnel, je reste un peu sur ma faim

Inoltre le villette sono adiacenti al ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo e fatto un'ottima colazione. Speriamo di tornarci presto per poter godere per qualche giorno in più della tranquillità del luogo e del servizio impeccabile.

The villa is stylishly designed, and the hosts are truly wonderful – warm and kind-hearted. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. we were disappointed that we couldn’t really use the small pool. In August the water was very cold, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy, even though such a pool could easily be heated. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially with such a beautiful view.

Le logement est très bien équipé avec une vue reposante qui nous manque déjà. Le personnel est très attentif et le service est irréprochable. Des excursions sont possibles en partant de l’hôtel (Shala River, Theth). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et savoureux. • Narjiss (10/5): Cozy family stay with excellent service and dining - We had a lovely 2-night stay with our family in this cozy and very clean place. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We tried several restaurants in Shkoder, but the dinner here stood out as the best. Laundry service was also available, making our stay even more convenient. Definitely a highly recommended spot to relax and enjoy
