• Borja (7/5): No cumplió nuestras expectativas - La ubicación y que estaba muy limpio El sofá cama es bastante cómodo incómodo. El tema de la humedad no lo comenta en ninguna parte y no es muy lógico encontrarse con un aparato para ello al lado de la cama, por mucho que sea Valencia no es normal. Luego el tema de los extractores que se encendieron a las 7:00 de la mañana porque no estaba bien regulados según me comentó el anfitrión. No volvería a alojarme allí.

• Pilar (9/5): Como en casa! - El alojamiento al completo, tiene un carácter especial, es cómodo y estaba preparado para todo. Gran atención del anfitrion Me costó un poco aparcar, al final encontré espacio junto al parque de bomberos (5 min a pie)

• Ryan (10/5): Beautiful apartment, fantastic location - The apartment was in a brilliant location, with a bus stop right outside and a metro stop a 5 minute walk away. We parked at an underground carpark nearby which was 22 euros per 24h. There was street parking, but we found it impossible to find a spot. The apartment was beautiful with a fantastic attention to detail in terms of its design. The facilities were fantastic and we had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine and pods can be purchased at the Consum nearby. Nothing.

• Maria Juliana (10/5): Muy bueno. - Es un bajo perfectamente bien distribuido, tiene hasta una terraza, decorado con muy buen gusto, todo de diseño (Pocas cosas de Ikea), está prácticamente nuevo. Hay secador con difusor!!! Las rizadas lo agradecemos. Está super bien equipado, lo tiene todo. La ubicación está muy bien, se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y familiar, hay un ministerio justo diagonal al piso. Muy bien comunicado y si vas en coche hay parking gratis en la calle. Se encuentra cerca del centro, caminando a unos 25 min. Todo estaba limpio, las toallas de buena calidad, mullidas. Los ambientadores Ambipur. El anfitrión me explico que si sentía humedad encendiera el humidificador pero la verdad nosotros no sentimos nada. Las fotos corresponden, es tal cual. El colchón del sofá cama, solo este porque las demás camas tenían colchones buenos.
• Yann (9/5): - La décoration de l'appartement est magnifique. Le bus qui emmène à la vieille ville passe juste devant. Les places de parking à proximité sont gratuites. Il y a des jeux pour enfants pas loin de l'appartement et le nécessaire pour les commodités. Petite négligence sur la vaisselle rangée et mal lavée des personnes précédentes.

• Veronica (3/5): Poor - Unfortunately there is a lot of humidity in the apartment which is certainly not due to the fact that Valencia is a city near the sea…Neither the dehumidifier nor the air conditioner can dry the apartment! Furthermore, the unpleasant smell of sewage that rises from the pipes, especially at night, is quite annoying. The various air fresheners scattered throughout the apartment are unable to cover the smell of sewage. From the photos on Booking the house seems very bright, but in reality not a glimmer of light enters, given that there are no windows. Mold on the bedroom wall and cockroaches are not at all pleasant, let alone healthy

• Melody (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, beautiful home. Also has washing machine that was free for us to use which was a huge plus. Also had a dehumidifier in the room which made it more pleasant. Free street Parking lots, whilst available all around the apartment, was on a first come first served basis. For a foreigner who is not used to narrow parking/squeezing to fit, it was challenging to find an available parking lot!
