• Jean (9/5): Loved Zadar and this location was perfect to get anywhere in OldTown. Easy to access and clean and comfortable - The shower was amazing! Could of had a little more coffee and at least salt and pepper in the kitchen

• Alma (10/5): - Location. In the center of the old town. Step outside and start exploring the town. Many restaurants just outside of the building. Very clean! Two minutes walk to catamarans if you want to explore some islands.

• Gallo (8/5): Si no piensan cocinar si se los recomiendo ampliamente - Limpieza, cómodas camas y moderno cuarto ! A pesar de que es muy moderno y bonito, es solo una recamara con un pequeño lobby y un baño pequeño, no tiene cocina OJO !

• Timothy (3/5): Just okay - Breakfast was fine, once I asked about it. The parking was a nightmare. We constantly were looking to pay, and we got two all day fines. We paid them at the post office before leaving. The staff said they would reimburse me, but they have not. The staff said they would not be in Zadar for 2 days while we were there, so it felt like we were on our own. We stayed 3 places in Croatia; this was the least of our three stays based on staff.

• Emma (4/5): Lovely apartment but poor communication and no drinks with limited breakfast choice. - The apartment itself is lovely and clean and in good position. Air con great and toiletries provided. Extremely poor communication. Asked questions about sage not working and did not get answer until late on last night of stay. We had booked as bed and breakfast but the breakfast is in a different location. On both days the choices we wanted were not available. The oven was broken on the second day so only limited choice. You have to pay extra for drinks and I did message property about this and they said they would contact restaurant but nothing changed. Tried to get compensation back from booking.com for price of drinks as felt it was a misrepresentation but as we paid cash for drinks and were given no receipt they are unable to provide anything. Please be aware to that when you put filter in for free parking with booking.com, that there is no free parking and it is chargeable with a third party between 11-22 euros a day.
• Cliodhna (10/5): Exceptional - This is a lovely apartment. Really well located and close to everything. There were some lovely restaurants close by too. Breakfast in the wine bar was a great addition too( great wine bar as well.) The apartment itself was as in the pictures- very clean, good aircon, newly renovated. Very comfortable beds and a cute little balcony. I would recommend for sure.

• Michelle (7/5): Could be great if fellow travellers are considerate - Location was great. Apartment was newly renovated. Had the feel of a modern hotel. Hosts were quick to respond and resolve an issue we had. There are 3 apartments in a common entry foyer area. This is ok and safe (each apartment locks separately) but we got unlucky with the other guests who had access to the other 2 apartments and treated the foyer as common space - leaving both their apartment doors open, screaming children running between rooms, parents yelling between rooms, kids constantly trying to open the door to our apartment (including in the middle of the night!)…all made for a non-restful stay, when it could have been very nice. Hosts can’t guarantee guest behaviour but there needs to be house rules that are reinforced if you are renting multiple apartments (unless you have all 3) that the foyer is not common space and they need to keep the doors closed.

It was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful enough for relaxation. • Min (7/5): Newly renovated apartment - missing some convenience - Recently renovated apartment so everything was new. The room was super clean and neat. The location was really central. Nice and clean space overall. 2 flights of stairs with suitcases weren't indicated. Finding the entrance was difficult and the lock code arrived after check-in time so we had to wait. The bathroom was missing a towel hanger and toilet paper hanger, so we had no place to put them. The room is super tiny for 4 people when the sofa bed is open.

The apartment has been recently renovated and features quality fittings throughout. It has an elegant and tasteful design. All in all, we were two very happy travellers. Thank you!

A really fantastic location for everything Zadar Old Town has to offer. Such helpful and friendly hosts too. Only a very minor issue, but would have liked some more clothes hangers. Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing!

• John (7/5): Modernized apartment central to old town Zadar, nice for a quick stay. - Clean and modern apartment. Well designed and matched the pictures on the listing. Air conditioner worked great in the heatwave. All of the finished and fixtures seemed new and were of good quality. We arrived early and the staff let us check in ahead of time so that we didn’t have to carry our luggage around the town. The location was central to everything we wanted to see during our stay. WiFi signal was spotty, and kept dropping out. The television was not set up (not that we came to watch tv) and though we tried, we could not connect to WiFi. World Cup was happening at the time, but no cable or satellite to get the game. Though the bed was clean, the mattress was not comfortable and the sheets didn’t cover two people at the same time.

Everything was new in the apartment - high quality bedding and towels. The bed was luxuriously large! The host was also super helpful allowing us to store our baggage on the day of check out. I would highly recommend staying in this property.

• Bruno (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at Arsenal Lofts was nothing short of amazing. The loft was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities one could ask for. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, as I enjoy cooking and it made me feel like I was at home. The location was also perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and were always available to assist with any requests. I will definitely be returning to Arsenal Lofts for my next trip to the city.

But what truly made my stay memorable was the stunning loft itself. The attention to detail in the design was evident in every corner, from the high-end appliances to the plush bedding. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were breathtaking. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I will definitely be recommending Arsenal Lofts to all my friends and family.

From the moment I stepped foot into the beautifully designed apartment , I knew I was in for a luxurious experience. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Located super central in heart of Zadar. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back and experience the luxury of Arsenal Lofts again.
