• Jacqueline (9/5): Ich kann es weiterempfehlen :)) - Es war sehr gemütlich, in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, gemütliches Bett, sehr nett eingerichtet :)) Ich hätte gern mehr Infos gehabt bzgl Dusche, Heizung und Türen schließen. War zum ersten Mal in Großbritannien unterwegs und kannte noch nicht die Gewohnheiten bzgl bestimmter Funktionen. Habe jedoch alles rausgefunden. ;)

• Doreen (7/5): Overall a nice property, but could use a couple of small tweeks to improve it. - The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the heating worked well. It was good to have a washing machine. It would have been nice to have a sensor light at the door. It was quite dark and I had to use the torch on my phone to find the keyhole and as I currently need walking stick, the pathway felt a little unsafe in the dark. There was quite a lot of noise from the property above the unit.
• Michelle (9/5): Great cosy compact accommodation - It was very cosy and private.bed was comfortable, kitchen good. Sofa, tv good in the living room. There was only one small mirror in the bathroom. So difficult to do hair and makeup etc. didn’t have a clue how I looked when I went out 😀. Pans weren’t great but they were quick to replace them, also heater wasn’t working. This was fixed on the same day. Was quiet at night.

• Steven (10/5): Well located flat in Penzance ideal for exploring the local and wider area - Good location about a 10 minute walk (uphill) from Penzance rail/bus station. Property was in excellent condition with all necessary washing/cooking facilities. Good size for two people. Check in/out was via a key safe - code provided before arrival. Independent access via it's own gate onto the street. Excellent transport links for those not using a car - local buses operate to all major attractions throughout the day (all day ticket costs £9/day or £3 per single journey) and there are rail links to other areas in Cornwall. The Isles of Scilly ferry terminal is about 15 minutes walk from the property. There were a couple of larger than normal steps to enter the property, not an issue for me but could be an issue for those with mobility issues. You would not be able to access using a wheelchair.

• Alina (8/5): Great value for money. - It's was a great value for money. Nice location, close to the sea and the high street. The place had everything we needed for our stay. And it was very quiet at night!

Cottage molto carino situato in luogo tranquillo, letto comodo e cucina ben attrezzata con forno elettrico, a microonde, lavatrice. -La strada per arrivare al cottage è in salita e chi ha difficoltà motorie potrebbe avere qualche problema. Dovrebbe essere segnalato - Vicini di casa (al piano superiore) rumorosi al mattino presto - Alcune stoviglie sono inutilizzabili perché arrugginite - Pur essendoci una smart TV non è possibile accedere ai canali terrestri Comunque in generale ottimo,con qualche piccolo difetto da risolvere
• ALEXANDRA (1/5): Whoever owns this dump should be ashamed of themselves for placing this place up for holiday.my asthmaticcomdition has w - Size of accommodation Heavy dampness and mould smell on everything. Walls showing heavy signs of dampness. Had to wash all crockery before use to get rid of smell from inside cupboards. For 7 night stay only given 2 towels and had to request extra. The shower had little water pressure and was very flimsy . Also showing sighs of mould. Paint coming off walls as dampness comes through
• Johannes (7/5): - It was spacious compared to a hotel room and the price was totally fine. The major topics have been named before: the smell, the toilet and especially the shower. For the most time the water was either boiling hot or too cold.

• Alison (8/5): Generally great, with a few tiny niggles - Wren’s retreat is a beautifully tastefully furnished, comfortable flat within an easy walk of all the facilities in Penzance. It was easy to find and to access, and all communication was friendly and helpful. It was also spotlessly clean. I’d definitely recommend it and would return. Although there is a smart TV, you can’t get terrestrial channels on it, so can’t watch anything without logging into your own BBC or Netflix account. The largest saucepan had burnt food residue and flaking non-stick coating, and the bedside light was literally on the blink. Finally, as it’s a downstairs flat, there was quite a lot of noise from above - mostly just footsteps, but honestly sounded like tap dancing elephants at times. On balance, it was great so just mentioning the niggles in the hope it’s helpful.

Shower head kept falling (not in original fitting). Entrance path full of weeds. Smells damp on entry (maybe locked up for a while.

Small outdoor courtyard, Having access to a microwave, fridge and washing machine is more convenient than staying in a hotel. The property is rather tired and dark. The bathroom sink is very small. Bathroom is located off the kitchen

Not a problem for us but worth mentioning the hill for people not so able bodied. Unhappy about the shower as head wouldn't stay up or in bracket so had to hold it in my hand while showering
