• guiom (8/5): Ronda est une ville magnifique, nous reviendrons, mais surement dans un autre logement - Emplacement super, idéal pour visiter la ville à pied Ascenseur Très propre Le canapé lit n'est pas extraordinaire, il n'est pas très confortable et grince (ce sont mes filles qui ont dormi dedans) L’appartement est au 2eme étage d'un immeuble dans lequel au RDC il y a un bar karaoké. les sons montent jusqu'à l'appartement, particulièrement dans la salon où est situé le canapé-lit, le vendredi soir et surtout le samedi soir jusqu'à tard dans la nuit

• Gerda (5/5): Very nice location but cleanliness was an issue. - Location was the best. The apartment was also very spacious and contained everything necessary for our stay. The instructions for check-in were clear and sent ahead which made the check-in process very easy. The bathroom had visible mold on the ceiling and the bathroom overall smelled bad. The couch is not comfortable for sleeping at all and looked dirty. The surfaces were not wiped down (still dusty) and kitchen utensils were not clean.

• Leslie (7/5): - Loved the size and location of the apartment. The couch and bed were both comfortable. We appreciated the heaters in the living and bedroom. There was no heat in the bathroom. A tea towel, sink plug and dish drainer would have been helpful.

Pero hay algunos detalles a mejorar Pequeños detalles pero a tener en cuenta, no había tijeras, que la cafetera italiana estuviera rota y no tuviera asa. En el baño hacía bastante frio y no había ninguna estufa ni calefactor. Aunque en el armario del dormitorio quedara espacio suficiente para colocar la ropa, que también se utilizara como escobero y dejar secar las bayetas, ... pues no sé. Respecto al aparcamiento en la calle en la zona no es nada fácil, hay que recurrir a los aparcamientos privados.

Las fotos que aparecen en la publicación se ve un departamento nuevo y bien, pero llegamos a un lugar mal mantenido, con sábanas transparentes, muy usadas, en la cocina ni un paño, las chapas todas caídas, toallas de color oscuro que eso solo transmite suciedad, las almohadas malas y si. Fundas adecuadas para el sillón cama, el sillón cama malo, uno de los lados tenía la pata mala y se caía … la verdad mala experiencia, NO lo recomiendo.

• Noelia (8/5): - La ubicación era perfecta, estaba cerca de todo, nosotros aparcamos cerca de la estación de autobuses y estaba a menos de 10 minutos andando. Fácil de hacer el check in. Para una o dos noches está muy bien. Había cosas que necesitaban mantenimiento, pomos de puerta, persianas. Faltaba un paño en la cocina para poder secar. El papel de cocina estaba acabado y el gel de baño también. Que son cosas que no necesariamente tiene que poner el anfitrión pero ya que se ponen uno se espera que estén llenos o casi. Lo dicho, para una o dos noches está muy bien. Quizás para más tiempo se hace escaso. Pero por el precio que tiene no se puede pedir más.

• María (7/5): Ubicación ideal - La ubicación es increíble. Está al lado de todos los sitios de interés. Además tiene bares y restaurantes muy cerca. El apartamento es bastante amplios Las almohadas incómodas y el apartamento tiene algunos desperfectos en pomos de puertas o persianas. No es nada relevante para una estancia corta.

• Andrea (3/5): La peluqueria - Bella la posizione, con un po' di pazienza si trova parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è bello, completo di tutto e il letto è molto comodo. L'aria condizionata nuova. Un plus alla presenza del phon col diffusore, non banale (per questo non abbiamo dato meno). L'appartamento non era stato pulito da un pezzo e il proprietario è stato generalmente insofferente alla cosa nonostante le segnalazioni. Abbiamo trovato sporco e capelli OVUNQUE e la cosa non ci avrebbe infastidito troppo se non avessimo trovato un salone da parrucchiere nel letto. Invece che scusarsi o cercare di rimediare, il proprietario ci ha detto che è normale trovarne alcuni nelle lenzuola perché si attaccano naturalmente (?). Non abbiamo problemi a trovarne un paio, succede. Ma erano così tanti che abbiamo deciso di dormire senza coperte. Anche senza capelli, erano decisamente sporche e macchiate di non si sa cosa. Alla richiesta di un cambio di federe (almeno) ci sono state indicate quelle di scorta sotto al divano. Lì c'erano le ciocche direttamente. Abbiamo dormito senza federe. Volevamo cenare in appartamento. Una volta aperto il cassetto che troviamo?! Sporcizia. Guardando in giro il resto dell'appuntamento non era da meno. Capelli sul tavolo, tavolino del salotto, cucina, finestre, a terra un'infinità... Basterebbe tenerla un po' meglio e sarebbe perfetta come struttura... L'unica cosa "pulita" era la copertina del divano che abbiamo usato per la notte. Viste le recensioni precedenti mi aspettavo molto ma molto di più.

• Esther (8/5): Aparatamento muy bien ubicado y correcto. - La ubicación es ideal para visitar Ronda y el acceso al apartamento muy cómodo, ya que te dan unas claves. Echamos de menos unas buenas almohadas para el sofá cama, ya que las que había eran muy antiguas (esas típicas de gomaespuma antiguas) y ni siquiera eran del tamaño de las fundas, sino más grandes y además incomodísimas. El apartamento estaba bien en general para una estancia corta, aunque faltaba algo de mantenimiento (el grifo de la cocina estaba medio roto, por ejemplo).

La serratura del portone difettosa. Le luci cadevano a pezzi e molte non funzionano. Il miscelatore del lavandino era praticamente rotto. Il piatto doccia esterno completamente pieno di calcare. Il phone funzionava malissimo.

• Andreas (2/5): Do not book this! Misleading pictures - Central location. Relatively quiet. The apartment is nothing like it seems on booking.com. Bedroom in the basement without window and very low cealing. Smell is terrible and it is very cold. Steep staircase up to toilet and living room. Unfair and misleading to have picture of pool when it is 10 minutes away and not really accessible. We thought we booked a place to stay with nice outdoor area with a view but the apartment is in a backyard in a basement. Stay away from this. Our contact called and asked for booking number and pin and when I was a bit hesitant (because I never experienced that before) she accised me for being rude! Terrible attitude!

• Niamh (3/5): Disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations based on pictures and description. - The apartment is in a good location - close to restaurants and very central. Apartment was clean. The apartment is not located beside the pool - it’s a 6 minute walk away in a different apartment complex. Apartment is not on one floor - the bedroom is on the ground floor with poor lighting and no windows. There are steps leading up to the kitchen and bathroom which isn’t clear when booking. AC located upstairs which meant bedroom was really warm. There was an awful sulphur smell coming from the bathroom. The host was really defensive and rude when I contacted them regarding these issues and asking for a refund.

It looked more enticing in the pictures, but it's OK for a short stay if you don't need to spend much time in the apartment.

• Martina (9/5): Incredible stay in Ronda - The apartment was very big and very comfortable! The location was perfect to go everywhere walking. Even though it does not have parking within the building; the adjacent street has white spaces to park for free and we were able to find a parking spot very close every day. We have stayed at several other apartments and usually there are some small commodities provided, like coffee, sugar, oil, stuff like this. In this apartment there was nothing. We know it’s not compulsory to have these things, since it’s not a hotel. We weren’t staying for long and we wanted to use the washing machine and to make breakfast and we had to buy everything for just 3 days. But this is a small thing compared to the commodity of the place.
• Caroline (2/5): if we would have had to stay more than one night would have not remained. it is not what we expected - location was extremely central however the apartment was not reflective of the photos on the book.com site and the state of the bathroom was far from ideal. there is only one airconditioning in one bedroom for the entire apartment. the keys to the first gate get stuck so you run the risk of not getting back inside in the evening.

• Susan (1/5): A very unpleasant stay in a dirty, smelly and poorly maintained property with dishonest owners - Ronda is fabulous and well worth a visit but we liked nothing about this property. The appartment we stayed in is dirty, unhygienic and poorly maintained and does not warrant a 3 star rating. On arrival we struggled to unlock the access gate and had to reach through and unlock it from the inside. On entering the appartment my wife immediately commented on the unpleasant smell in the appartment and said that was not the one she thought she had booked based on the first several images on the booking.com listing for this property. The tiled floor was filthy, we found muck on the fridge door handle and a lot of dust under the bedside tables. Worst of all we found a toe nail on one of the bedside tables - disgusting! There was no wall bracket for the shower so the shower had to be held in one hand, the shower tiles had black mould and the bathroom tap was loose. There was a leak stain on the sitting room ceiling and the overall decor standard was poor. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy and we were subject to loud music from the neighbours through thin walls. There is no street view from this appartment as claimed on the listing, just a dingy corridor to a shopping area. We had booked two nights but stayed only one and booked elsewhere for our second night in Ronda and were glad to leave this place. We contacted the property owner to complain and ask for a refund, the upshot of which was for them to falsely claim that we were a no-show and cancel the booking, perhaps to try to prevent us from leaving feedback. Later, when we raised a complaint with booking.com, the property owner lied again and said that we only entered the apartment for a few minutes and then left for external reasons. Absolutely false, we did stay one night and tried to arrange to meet the property owner the next morning to discuss our concerns but they couldn't come early enough. I have time and date stamped photos of the many issues in the appartment that prove we stayed there. Booking.com have compensated us for this stay and have enabled us to leave this feedback.

• Agnes (1/5): Fake - Location I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the 10-point reviews for this apartment. It’s definitely not exceptional. The photos make it look like there's a pool or at least a nice view, but that's not the case. The bedroom is reqlly disappointing— it’s located below the living room and has no real window, just one that opens to the corridor. The place didn’t feel clean. Bathroom with toilet is right next to the kitchen and only one light si working. The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Other than that, it’s a letdown. If you’re looking for a place with a 9.0 or even 8.0 rating, this isn’t it.
